Here, Anya and Chris graciously helped me unwind from my exhaustion. It's more than just a place to rest; it's like a re-energizing station.

They offer a wonderful array of cookies, pastries, light bites, and salads at the Guest Lounge buffet tea break, which includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruits, desserts, cookies, and light salads.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall right downstairs from the hotel.

I have to commend the hotel on the meticulous details! They provide high-quality tea bags and coffee. The shower has excellent water pressure, which is consistent and heats up instantly. These seemingly small details collectively created an extremely comfortable stay, clearly showing Anya and Chris's thoughtfulness and care.

This spacious apartment-style room, at 60 square meters, was incredibly comfortable and fantastic! The service was excellent, and the reception was very welcoming. The location is super convenient, with the subway right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's tropical pool and the views from the room are unbeatable – every photo you take will look like it's from a magazine. Special thanks to Anya and Chris for their consistently great service from start to finish. Definitely worth another stay!

This is a high-spec hotel, with many international guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The facilities were new, and the linens were of good quality. The location is excellent, just a little over a 10-minute walk to Tiananmen Square. The service was top-notch; they even helped me find the 'Temple of Heaven' themed cake I really wanted, which was incredibly thoughtful.

The hotel environment is great, the location is excellent and convenient for getting around, and the service is spot on. The front desk lady was so thoughtful, arranging an upgrade and bathtub disinfection in advance based on my order notes! Our room for the extended stay was cleaned immaculately. The food voucher we received allowed us to order pasta for a late-night snack, which my child loved! But the absolute highlight is the stunning swimming pool – it's truly the best of all time!

The views at Grand Hyatt are absolutely stunning! Amy at the front desk was so lovely; she not only upgraded me to a high-floor room but also kindly allowed a late check-out until the afternoon when she learned I had a late flight. She even messaged me later to ask if I needed luggage storage. The environment is beautiful, and the service is even better. This will definitely be my top choice next time!

I chose the Grand Hyatt for my medical check-up in Beijing because it was nearby, and as always, I was completely satisfied. Although the room was a bit cramped and there was some renovation noise during the day, the service was excellent, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location was superb. I had dinner at Restaurant No. 1 on the first floor and even got to try Laba porridge. Afterwards, I could walk directly to Oriental Plaza without needing a coat, and I managed to snag a limited edition pair of headphones I really wanted. They even offered gluten-free options at breakfast. The butler service was also very attentive. Considering its location on Chang'an Avenue, right next to协和 (Xiehe Hospital), the room rate was more than reasonable. It was definitely better value for money than my last stay at The Peninsula. I also bought two lollipops from the dessert shop in the lobby on the first floor. 🍭

I'm completely won over by the heating at Grand Hyatt Beijing! Even though I visited during the coldest time of the year, the entire hotel was wonderfully warm, almost like the 25-degree weather in Shenzhen. The front desk service was incredibly prompt; someone came to take my luggage before I even reached the counter, and check-in was handled swiftly and seamlessly. The fresh flowers in the lobby were elegant and sophisticated, and the carefully placed greenery brought a touch of vibrant green to the winter. The gym facilities are comprehensive, and the swimming area recreates a tropical beach vibe, making guests feel as if they're on a beautiful island at sunset. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a blend of Chinese and Western dishes and catering to various regional tastes. Room service was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Amy and Anya for their thoughtful service.
