Our family really appreciates the helpful and friendly staff, especially Duty Manager, Gordon Li and staff Qian, who helped us resolve the booking problem; Supervisor Apple who introduced us to the restaurant within the hotel and have a good dinner. Dylan helped us in the direction of the city and assisted us in booking transportation to visit the scenery. They are very professional and provide exceptional services. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends and family members for those who travel to Beijing.

I stayed in Sunworld Dynasty Hotel for 4 night and I very satisfied with clearness, delicious food and good location.

The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive. The service attitude was good, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. It was a great experience bringing my child to Beijing, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Wangfujing, within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The lobby is grand and impressive, and after a recent renovation, the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing is quite good.

The service is warm and attentive; the front desk handles check-ins efficiently, and the housekeeping is meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes that are delicious. There's also an indoor pool and a gym, making it suitable for both family trips and business travel. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city and offers great value for money. This is my top choice for a trip to Beijing, and I'll definitely stay here again!

My first time in Beijing and this was honestly the best location for a first timer, the room and the space was awesome, amenities were cool and the food from the dynasty plaza was excellent, only thing that bothered me was the lobby service, when I arrived there were quite a few doormen standing outside, some were helping other guests with their luggages, but the ones that were free didn’t even offer to help me (checkout day as well), nor did they welcome me or greet me, so I didn’t know if I was in the right hotel bcuz a few meters away was another hotel with the same name. I wasn’t greeted even once in my entire stay, instead the lobby/doormen would always stare at me like I was an outsider every time I returned to the hotel. Felt really unwelcomed. Checkout on trip says 14:00 but they said no, its at 12:00 .

The room service was excellent – very friendly and responsive. The hotel facilities are also new, and the location is good. However, the room was quite small, and the night staff, including the manager and security, didn't meet five-star standards.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. I was traveling with my mother and wanted a hotel that offered good value for money, a pleasant living environment, and a convenient location. This hotel is an older five-star property that has been renovated. The facilities are not outdated, it's clean, has windows for ventilation, and is a good size. The service was also very good; they even called me before check-in to confirm my room preferences, and I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay.

The air-con was not working on the very day I checked in. I called their helpline and they offered me a standing fan to be delivered to my room. I did not accept and in the end, they changed another room for me. Other than that, the service, food and location were excellent. In terms of cleanliness, I found food remains on the carpet. Perhaps, this is just one-off as the room and bathroom were quite clean in general.

This is our 2nd time returning back to this Hotel again. Due to the current cold weather in Beijing, most of the room is warm n hot. We have feedback this issue to Miss Apple and she have extend her utmost assistance to find us a much cooler inner room. On our very last day of staying, she even bring us gifts and souvenirs to our room. ( i can say, she is the best hotel staff i have ever met, will sure return back to this hotel again. )
