This stay was just okay. The front desk staff has changed, and the overall feeling isn't as good as before. Hardware-wise, the room had a smoke smell, and when I switched rooms, the bathroom door was broken. For this price point, they should really be checking things daily. As for service, I stayed for several days, and every time I was in the lobby on the 64th floor, the same male staff member would ask me what room I was in, sometimes twice a day. If you can't manage executive courtesies, then at least train your staff to recognize guests, or just be more welcoming.

I was not happy at all because they cancelled my Trip reservation and made me pay again on arrival. They wanted me to pay via Alipay, where I get an extra 4% with my Visa card! I already I stayed there before and everything went very well, but this time it wasn't the case! I'm not at all happy with this way of doing things.

The Cloud Hotel offers spacious rooms with high ceilings, bright interiors, and elegant decor. Our suite featured a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, with the latter (including the shower and walk-in closet) being almost as large as the bedroom itself, creating a sense of openness. The layout was well-designed, with clear distinctions between areas and excellent wet/dry separation.
Choosing a west-facing room allowed us to overlook the main city, with faint glimpses of the Forbidden City's yellow roofs, Beihai Park's white pagoda, and Ritan Park's green lawns. It was a visual feast to enjoy the sunset and truly relax.
The service was attentive and responsive to all our requests. The location is also excellent, right next to China World Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

Love it as always 😘, and I loved it again on my return visit! It's our top choice for staying in Beijing! The soundproofing is excellent! The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, and breakfast is full of pleasant surprises! The pool attendant provided really great service!

Staying at the China World Summit Wing, Beijing was an excellent experience. The lobby on the 64th floor truly showcases luxury, and the room offers expansive, unobstructed views that are stunning both day and night. The Shangri-La service is attentive and meticulous. The facilities are new and comprehensive, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The night view from the 80th-floor lounge is absolutely breathtaking, and the dining quality is superb. The location is convenient, making travel effortless. The overall ambiance is fantastic, making it the top choice for luxury accommodation in Beijing.

The hotel has a wonderful view. My child had a nosebleed and accidentally stained the bedsheets, but the hotel was very generous and didn't charge me for it. I'll definitely come back next time!

My family absolutely loves this hotel, and this time, my child came back from abroad for the holidays, so we stayed here together. It's consistently good, with beautiful scenery and a rich breakfast. The only regret was that a female front desk staff member (wearing what looked like a yellow uniform) was very rude during checkout, answering my questions with irrelevant information. I hope the hotel can train every employee well so they don't tarnish the hotel's reputation!

Our three-night family trip with the kids at the China World Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The quality of everything, from the front desk, rooms, dining, views, and service to the surrounding amenities, was top-notch and made us feel truly at home. The hotel thoughtfully arranged birthday decorations and a cake in the room for the children, which genuinely surprised and delighted them. We were also able to take in panoramic views of the Forbidden City and the stunning Beijing cityscape on a beautiful, clear day – it was breathtaking! After two years, I revisited Beijing for a 4-day, 3-night trip and chose the China World Summit Wing, Beijing, located by the Third Ring Road.
**Environment**: The hotel view is absolutely stunning, situated on the 70th floor directly facing the Zun Tower and the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Tower). The sunrise 🌅 was especially breathtaking!
We upgraded to a Grand Premier Executive King Room, which was quite spacious, with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was incredibly luxurious, featuring an à la carte menu and attentive service. While I wasn't keen on the traditional Beijing stir-fried liver, everything else was exquisite and delicious. Afternoon tea and happy hour were also very rich and diverse. For a window seat with a view, it's best to go early.
I have two minor suggestions: firstly, the shower water temperature fluctuated quite a bit, especially towards the end of a shower, needing significant adjustments to stay warm; secondly, happy hour felt a bit too much like afternoon tea. It would be perfect if there were more options for hot dishes.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.
