Located away from the crowded downtown area of Suzhou, yet still close to shopping malls, this hotel offers very competitive pricing. However, the body lotion in the room was not refilled during my stay.

The Executive Lounge has a nice location and pleasant atmosphere. However, the happy hour could be improved — the wine tasted like it had been opened for quite some time, and the selection of hot food was rather limited.

Got a free upgrade to an executive room! The view from the window was great, and the hotel itself is new and very clean. I loved that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and it was quite spacious. The bedding was super comfortable. There was even a free espresso machine in the room, but unfortunately, I was in a rush in the morning and didn't get a chance to try it. 😆

Came to Suzhou for the weekend with my child. The hotel environment is great, and the location is very convenient, right next to a shopping mall. There are small play facilities within the hotel, perfect for kids after dinner. We were very satisfied with this trip.

Our destination this time was the Redwood Tree at Huqiu Wetland Park, about seven or eight kilometers away, and the wide roads made for a very smooth journey. The hotel exudes French elegance, and the breakfast is fantastic, especially the high-quality Western pastries. The buffet dinner on the first floor also offers great value for money. The service is exceptional, from the front desk and restaurant staff to the housekeeping team. Absolutely impeccable.

The gym is fantastic, fully equipped, and there's even a bathtub, making this a great value-for-money hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. However, the front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic, and there's room for improvement in their professionalism.

The service staff across all departments of the hotel were excellent, with only a few exceptions who felt a bit "stiff." Yesterday afternoon at 3 PM, when checking in, I noticed a man in a suit, around 30-40 years old, slightly built with dark skin, working at the Concierge. He wasn't very welcoming. There was no warm welcome... alright, so when I asked him if I could check in there, he just looked down and stiffly told me it wasn't there, but next door.
