Hilton Suzhou in Suzhou

Decided last minute to take the kids to Suzhou, and after a lot of searching, I settled on the Hilton. Although it was pricey, the service, environment, and facilities lived up to the big brand name. The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel's pool, gym, and other amenities were all excellent.

The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a large fridge, induction cooker, and microwave. There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars nearby, plus a gym. It's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with direct access to Suzhou Center, Pingjiang Road, and more.

We booked this hotel because it was close to where my child had a competition, which was very convenient. The room overall was pretty good – clean and with excellent soundproofing; you could barely hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was also quite substantial. After checking out, we were even given a parking voucher for the underground parking garage. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience.

I came to Suzhou for Liu Yuxin's Xanadu concert, and the hotel was very conveniently located near the Olympic Sports Center. The front desk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite, which was very spacious with excellent facilities. The concierge staff were also very helpful.

I was a bit worried after seeing a few negative reviews before arriving, but everything went smoothly from the moment I checked in. The hotel environment is top-notch, and the staff are very welcoming. I was traveling with my child this time, so I chose a one-bedroom suite. The room was on the other side of the hotel, part of the extended stay section, and it was incredibly quiet and spacious. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again.

I came to Suzhou for Liu Yuxin's XANADU 2.0 concert. I chose Hilton because it's a well-established brand and not far from the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, which proved to be the right decision. I was very satisfied with the environment, service, and comfort. As soon as I arrived, hotel staff helped me with my luggage from the car, and then again when I got to my room. They also greeted me every time I took a taxi in or out. When I left, they helped with my luggage too. While I feel these services should be standard for a five-star hotel, not all five-star hotels pay attention to these details, so it's great that they maintain this standard! The room was also very comfortable and clean. My concert trip this time was satisfying in every aspect. Seeing my favorite singer perform, falling in love with the beautiful city of Suzhou, and a hotel that met my expectations – I'm very happy!

Had a very satisfying stay! The location is super convenient, and parking was a breeze – no stress at all. Check-in was incredibly efficient; everything went smoothly with no waiting. Qing, one of the staff members, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. She proactively helped us bring a whole cart full of luggage to our room. At breakfast, she greeted us warmly and was quick to clear our plates when they were full. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

👌 A fantastic experience! The Gate of the Orient is grand and imposing. Last October 1st holiday, I rode a shared bike around it, and this time I had the opportunity to stay here while giving a leadership course for Suzhou Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals, which was a real pleasure 😃. I've tried both the Cantonese restaurant on the third floor and the Italian 🇮🇹 restaurant on the fifth floor, and both the taste 👅 and service were excellent.

First off, I have to commend the cleaning staff; the room was incredibly clean, which made even someone with my germaphobia very satisfied. The hotel's soundproofing is also excellent – you can't hear a thing at night (aside from the unavoidable sound of other rooms closing their doors). I slept really well every night.

Since it was my birthday, the hotel even gave me a Basque cheesecake. The executive lounge is available for purchase at 300 per day (for two people), and if you're not too picky about food, you can have all three meals there.

Now, for a few things that I didn't like. On the day of check-in, I was waiting in line at the front desk with my room key to change the executive lounge usage time. A staff member was handing out water. The first time, everyone but me received water, including the person behind me. I thought maybe they just didn't see me. After I finished changing the time, as I turned to leave, someone else was handing out water again, and they walked right past me without offering any. I was ignored again. I'm not sure if I didn't look like a guest or if the water is only for Hilton Diamond members? Also, one of the young women at the front desk had a really sour expression! All the other young women were smiling and friendly.

The gym equipment is relatively comprehensive, and breakfast was average.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent. There's a mall downstairs, so dining options were very convenient.
