The room was very clean and quiet, almost no outside noise, so I slept really well at night. The view outside was also great, with the river and Oriental Pearl Tower visible. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Traveling by car was very convenient as parking was free. The room was very clean with a wide view. Since we had a child, the hotel thoughtfully contacted us in advance to prepare children's toiletries and extra blankets. The twin beds were large and very comfortable; it didn't feel cramped sleeping with a child. I recommend this place for families with kids.

Overall, the welcome amenities were very generous, with plenty of fruit and cake. However, the front desk service has significantly declined compared to my previous stays. The staff member who checked me in was aloof; they didn't proactively inform me about the breakfast location or mention any executive lounge benefits. There was no smile or polite language throughout the process, which felt perfunctory and just going through the motions. Later, when I had some issues during my stay, the duty manager who contacted me was also impatient, with a rather irritable tone and attitude. This was completely lacking the warmth and enthusiasm expected from a five-star hotel. I hope the hotel strengthens its service training for front desk staff and duty managers to restore its previous service standards.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Huangpu River. The bedding is very comfortable, especially the latex and buckwheat pillows. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel for our European partners who were here on a business trip. They only stayed one night, but they kept telling me how great it was. They're usually quite particular about their business trip accommodations, but this hotel satisfied them in every aspect – from the room itself to the surrounding environment. The room is quite spacious, and it's secluded from the bustling Bund area. Downstairs, along the river, there are many cafes where you can grab a coffee and wait for the sunset. There's also a running track and cycling paths, making it a good spot for a vacation. From the hallway, you can even catch a glimpse of the 'three-piece suit' (referring to the iconic Lujiazui skyscrapers).
