Cleanliness: There are some old grime stains; the shampoo and shower gel provided seem like cheap, large containers, and the smell is subjective—I personally didn't like it!
Environment: The location is near the road and relatively quiet, but the exterior windows are very dirty; they don't seem to clean them!
Service: I don't know why checkout is required before 12 PM!
