They upgraded my room for free and even sent some fruit. The cleaning lady came every day, and they could even help deliver packages to my door. The upgraded one-bedroom luxury apartment was very comfortable. I'm really grateful, especially given how hard it was to find a room during the holidays.

Not cooking pots or pan given. No dish washing liquid. No detergent or powder given Plates and utensils are dirty when I checked in. The beverage wasn't top up full range every single time It's supposed to have milk, coconut juice on top of just the cola and Schweppes. The service was great overall.

The price/performance ratio is acceptable, the transportation is convenient, and it is more suitable for budget travelers. It is close to the city center and convenient to go to any tourist attraction. There is Metro Line 8 that goes directly to People's Square.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, with meticulous cleaning. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water are working well, and the public areas are also kept clean and tidy. The facilities are very complete.

The double bed in the standard room was a bit too small, and the toilet and shower area were too small to move around freely. The room was generally clean, with a layer of dust on the TV and remote control. The mattress was a bit hard, but it was acceptable for this location and the price.

Overall it's OK! There are no toiletries in the room.

The price is affordable, and the most important thing is the convenient transportation. You can get to Metro Line 8 in five minutes. In addition, it only takes 5 minutes to walk from my training location. Overall, it feels good.

Excellent value for money! For this price and location, it's truly a steal. The hygiene is also very good. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly, and the environment is pleasant.

There was a smell and the room had alot of hairs and the AC was not working properly

I have had a terrible stay at this hotel. I had a little issue when i checked in at the counter and the lady there (Ms Wang) was rude and very non-chalant. She has not even tried to help in any means. The room is quite small and the amenities are very poor but i guess you get what you pay for as the price is quite reasonable for the location. The room is niche but dirty and with a bad smell. A lot of damp and a dirty floor. Sleep inside the hutong was a very nice experience.

It's relatively close to Hongkou Football Stadium, so you can walk back after the concert. The room's soundproofing was so-so, and the room was a bit small, but otherwise it was decent, and overall I was satisfied.

There's no limit to bottled water, and they also provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for the kids, which is really great!

The room was very comfortable and close to Shanghai Hongqiao Football Stadium. This was my first time in Shanghai for Sheng Ge's concert, and I'll definitely stay here again if I come to another concert next time.

The door lock is faulty; it takes a lot of force to close, otherwise it just keeps rattling. The shower drain is clogged; it feels like the shower is turning into a swimming pool. The room also smells bad, and the windows don't let in much airflow. I'm not very satisfied.
