The service was good, but breakfast used to be included and now it's not, plus the price has gone up. We've stayed here many times, so the hotel really should give us some kind of discount!

It was my second time staying here. Everything was perfect. A nearby halal restaurant, near to metro station, and proximity to tourist attractions make this hotel a go to choice for me whenever I plan to come to Shanghai.

The family room was amazing and great value for money! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 It's super convenient for getting around, and there are lots of breakfast options nearby, so you can skip the hotel breakfast if you want to try local Shanghai specialties. It's less than a 15-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, which is very handy.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Location is good, close to Metro station, about 3 minutes walk. There are lots of places to eat close by, within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel room is surprisingly large, has cooking facilities and washer/dryer. The room is clean

Room was good, ample sized, clean and fairly modern, and the location was great, just by the railway station. However the breakfast was terrible. The croissants were cardboard, the bacon was not fried, the sausages were cold, the apple juice was a cheap substitute. They upgraded my room for free and even sent some fruit. The cleaning lady came every day, and they could even help deliver packages to my door. The upgraded one-bedroom luxury apartment was very comfortable. I'm really grateful, especially given how hard it was to find a room during the holidays.

This was an absolutely flawless stay at Novotel Living! The modern, minimalist decor felt really high-quality, and the room had amazing natural light. This apartment boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and impeccable cleanliness, making it a top choice for accommodation when traveling.

Not cooking pots or pan given. No dish washing liquid. No detergent or powder given Plates and utensils are dirty when I checked in. The beverage wasn't top up full range every single time It's supposed to have milk, coconut juice on top of just the cola and Schweppes. The service was great overall.

The hotel is very good and the location is very convenient. The rooms are large and clean, and the restaurant and spa are excellent.

The price/performance ratio is acceptable, the transportation is convenient, and it is more suitable for budget travelers. It is close to the city center and convenient to go to any tourist attraction. There is Metro Line 8 that goes directly to People's Square.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, with meticulous cleaning. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water are working well, and the public areas are also kept clean and tidy. The facilities are very complete.

The double bed in the standard room was a bit too small, and the toilet and shower area were too small to move around freely. The room was generally clean, with a layer of dust on the TV and remote control. The mattress was a bit hard, but it was acceptable for this location and the price.

Overall it's OK! There are no toiletries in the room.

The price is affordable, and the most important thing is the convenient transportation. You can get to Metro Line 8 in five minutes. In addition, it only takes 5 minutes to walk from my training location. Overall, it feels good.

Excellent value for money! For this price and location, it's truly a steal. The hygiene is also very good. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly, and the environment is pleasant.

I have had a terrible stay at this hotel. I had a little issue when i checked in at the counter and the lady there (Ms Wang) was rude and very non-chalant. She has not even tried to help in any means. The room is quite small and the amenities are very poor but i guess you get what you pay for as the price is quite reasonable for the location. The room is niche but dirty and with a bad smell. A lot of damp and a dirty floor. Sleep inside the hutong was a very nice experience.

Shanghai Railway Station is very large and well organised. We came to Shanghai from Beijing in the bullet train. The trains were very fast, comfortable and efficient.

First impression is a well modern and upscale hotel for its price. The accommodations , services , and features of the hotel truly is worth more than the price of a night here , I would actually pay 4 times the price a night here as it even rivals some of the best hotels in Shanghai.
