Stayed for one night due to overtime near the company, and it was great! The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. It was very convenient to pick up amenities yourself, and the delivery robot made getting food quick and hassle-free!

The location is very nice, about 5-7 minutes away from the metro station. In 15-20 minutes on feet there’s also a large pedestrian street, Nanjing Road. Around the hotel, there are many stores and cafes. A great Japanese restaurant is in the same building. This is one of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. The location is unbeatable for convenience and delicious food. The staff here is always nice, professional, and helpful. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and there’s a daily special soup. Even though the prices here are relatively high, I always have a nice stay!

Expect ervice in this hotel to be lower than other hotels in the area. Stated to provide mini bar, however other hotels provide better mini bar even without stating that they’ll be providing complimentary mini bar. Room does look good but that’s all. Lots of stuff in the room doesn’t work. Curtains doesn’t open, television isn’t connected to wifi.

Great stay, very good location with a lot of restaurants and sights nearby. Staff was super helpful and helped us retrieve a phone that we lost in the taxi.

Hotel is always busy and the butler system wasn’t effective. I had to remind numerous times for delivery of items. It is really quite frustrating. I didn’t find the location to be strategic, it’s quite a walk to nanjing road but still walkable. We appreciated the afternoon tea, supper and laundry by butler. Other than that, it’s quite an average hotel.

The service was amazing in this hotel. Food was really good, we really enjoyed it. We also appreciate the hotel's attention to detail, they noticed a birthday was coming soon and they prepared a happy birthday cake and sent it up. The service was excellent, much better than WA. Kevin Gao, our butler, was incredibly nice and provided very thoughtful and detailed service. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the Bulgari even sent us a special anniversary cake. The window view was great. It would have been even better if it had been a sunny day!

The overall environment is great. The room is clean and tidy, and you can see the 'Three-piece Set' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers in Lujiazui: Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, and Shanghai Tower) directly from the room. The hotel is good location connected to the metro line 10, 12 and has Bao shop for breakfast and also Starbucks. We feel very comfortable to stay in the hotel. But a thing quite difficult is some staffs cannot speak English, they speak Chinese and use translator that’s OK.

The location is fantastic! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Waibaidu Bridge, which is great. On a nice day, you can enjoy a coffee by the riverbank and savor the slower pace of life.

The front desk staff was quite welcoming, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioner in this room seemed to be broken. It was dripping, and a lot of water was dripping onto the pillow. I hope it can be repaired soon.

Hotel is basic standard and good value. Unfortunately there was smell of cigarette smoke in the room even though I booked a non-smoking room.

I went to Shanghai First People's Hospital for medical treatment and stayed here. The location is excellent and I can walk to the hospital. It is also close to Sichuan North Road subway station, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding businesses.

It's pretty good. It's good enough for the price. I'll stay here next time. The Bund is not far away. I'll ride a bicycle. Please note that bicycles cannot enter the Bund area. I need to find a place to park in advance.

Basic good hotel: not big room, but good for tourists who spend most of the day sightseeing; clean; literally, 10 minutes from the main Nanjing Road, metro stations, cafes and the famous riverbank with Shanghai Pearl. The price is perfect.

The location was excellent, close to public transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. The service from the staff was good, and they were polite and willing to help whenever needed. However, some of the amenities could be improved.
