Just one traffic light to the left of the hotel entrance, there are many small bars and restaurants! There are even two Michelin-starred restaurants! It's definitely worth a walk and exploring

I was truly touched by the hotel's thoughtfulness, it made us very happy! **Facilities**: The TOTO toilet at the Garden Hotel is my favorite because of its washlet function, making going to the restroom so comfortable! The depth and length of the bathtub are also perfect for me

This is an established five-star hotel, and overall, everything is still great. The breakfast is decent, with a slight Japanese influence. The location is excellent, and you can get a late check-out, plus parking is free

The marble in the lobby, the Rose restaurant, and the small mosaic tiles in the corridors still maintain their grand and elegant style. That's why I always come back to this familiar place whenever I return to China

The concierge meticulously recorded everything and delivered them to our room! When we left, the concierge helped put our luggage in the car trunk, opened and closed the doors, and politely bid us farewell

Absolutely loved the massage bed! Coming back from Disneyland on the Line 11 metro, it was so relaxing and comfortable to lie down on it. The metro access is super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained, and the service feels truly homely. The breakfast, in particular, was absolutely delicious; you can tell the chefs put their heart into preparing the food

Fantastic hotel! It's close to the subway, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find out it's a movie-themed hotel. From the front desk to the elevators and even the room corridors, everything has a cool movie theme

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with multiple subway and bus lines nearby. It's easy to go anywhere from here. The rooms are comfortable, and as a Marriott property, the quality is guaranteed

I wish Courtyard in the US was up to this standard! This particular location is also very close (a few hundred meters) from two subway stations (take your pick) and the Shanghai Railway Station, so is almost entirely convenient for any trip to the city or region

It's very close to the subway station and easy to find. It's just two stops on foot to the Shanghai Natural History Museum, which was a comfortable walk on a cooler day

The Shanghai Natural History Museum is a real gem; my 6-year-old loves animals and had a fantastic time exploring it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai

I'd also recommend the breakfast buffet; it has a great variety, especially the noodle soup I had for three days straight – so many toppings, I never got tired of it

There are also academies, markets, and shopping malls nearby, which is great for both living and working. Service: A wide variety of food delivery options, and robot delivery is super convenient

The room layout was reasonable, but the shower was a bit small. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear noise from the room next door

The hotel also equipped itself with delivery robots, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout – super convenient! As for Dong Tai Xiang (the restaurant), it's just okay now, doesn't taste as good as it used to

There are also 2–3 restaurants within the building itself if you do not mind the pricing. The hotel surroundings are mainly office buildings, so there are no nearby restaurants or shops within walking distance

The hotel management does not allow food deliveries to be sent directly to the rooms, and they do not provide robots for delivery either, which means guests need to personally come down to collect their food

However, the 基隆路 metro station is easily accessible with an 8–10 minute walk. For ******* food deliveries, all orders must be sent to the locker located outside the hotel lobby near the drop-off area

The hotel breakfast was average. Although there were many choices available, the taste could definitely be improved. I took some buns from the steaming area, but they were still cold and hard

Their laundry service team was efficient — they collected the clothes directly from the room and returned them in good condition, neatly hung in the wardrobe. Room cleaning was done daily

Although the hotel has a counter to receive parcels (refer to picture 2) and store them temporarily, guests still need to collect them personally from the counter

My friends came to visit Shanghai, and we booked the Marriott Executive Apartments Pudong, Hongqiao (Jingqiao) on a whim, just to try it out

We stayed here from May 8 to 10, 2026. We're so lucky to be able to enjoy absolutely amazing view of the center of Pudong from our room. The room was very clean and very quiet as well
