Whether in terms of service, hygiene or quietness, it all met my expectations. The most surprising thing is that I can use the gym and swimming pool for free, which gives me a 200-point experience!

Not far from airport . The breakfast has no western style. I couldn’t able to have good breakfast. The room size good but the carpet needs to be cleaned.

Very good airport hotel with a free shuttle service. Only about 10 minutes to the airport. Clean and spacious room. Not too noisy. Great pick if you have an early morning flight. Perfect for 1 night.

The front desk is on the 25th floor, and the greeters downstairs are really sharp and attentive. The front desk staff are efficient, thorough, and patient. My room was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete

This prime location makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Food deliveries are left in a special locker on the first floor, so guests need to pick them up themselves

As for the subway, it generally stops around 11 PM and resumes service around 6 AM. I'm a light sleeper who often needs sleeping pills, but I didn't find the noise level too bothersome; it was acceptable

He was very diligent; I just told him what I needed restocked, and he made sure to provide it, and he cleaned the room exactly as I requested. I really appreciate his excellent service

The next morning, around 10 AM, the housekeeping uncle came by to ask if I had any laundry for dry cleaning. I didn't, so I asked him to clean my room

The hotel beds, especially the pillows, are very comfortable. I have back and neck issues, but I slept soundly for two nights with no discomfort

Excellent check in - lovely lady upgraded us to a bigger room for free seeing our 3 suitcases and stroller with baby. And we checked in 4 hours early too. Water, toilet paper and towels are replaced every day

The location is superb, only 600 meters from Nanjin pedestrian street. The nearest metro (Nanjing St. East) is also very near around 200 meter away. The hotel doesn't have a breakfast option but it's not really needed

2 subways a couple minutes walk away. Loads of restaurants just minutes away. Only thing i will say is that taxi's struggled to find us as the hotel is in an alleyway, not on the street

A very recommended hotel when you stay in Shanghai. The location is very strategic, you only need to walk around 15 min to reach the Bund. A lot of Shanghai culinary and souvenirs around there.

The light switches in the room is traditional and easy to use. Just the front door has several high steps (the staff are very helpful) and the water pressure in bathroom is suboptimal

I really liked the room where I stayed. It was on the 7th floor so it was very quiet even if I had to take the stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and polite
