Environment: I wouldn't recommend staying on the fifth floor; there's a swimming pool there
Cleanliness: A bit disappointing. When I came back on the second day, I noticed the crumbs from the fried skewers I ate the night before were still on the table. Service: The service was very good
The hotel has a lovely ambiance, friendly service, and a great breakfast spread. There are multiple shuttle buses to Disney every day, and it's also very close to the subway
Located right next to Disneyland, the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, train station, Disneyland, and the Bund is incredibly convenient
It's our go-to hotel whenever we take the kids to Disney
The service from the front desk and concierge really stood out; their teamwork made everything super efficient. They were always willing to help, and the butler service was thorough and attentive

Last but not least, Helen, who was the first person to greet us after we got married, and fittingly the last person to help us create personalised room key cards with our wedding photo on it, and most recently a special photo of family from our honeymoon
The hygiene and service were excellent! They even gave my child two free breakfasts, which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was plentiful and the view from the window was unique
I highly recommend the Bund River View room! The view is absolutely stunning!! Although it's a bit older, it's very clean. And the fried dumplings at breakfast were delicious!!! The breakfast overall had a Western focus
Stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong for a night during the Chinese New Year. Even though I usually prefer newer hotels, the Ritz's unique charm convinced me. The check-in process was a pleasant surprise
The facilities are really well-maintained. If you're looking to avoid the crowded Bund, this place is an excellent choice. The views are superb, and getting around is very convenient
The room was a bit small, and changing elevators was a bit inconvenient. However, the afternoon tea was exquisite, and the view was absolutely stunning

The room was spacious, clean, and had a really cozy atmosphere – it definitely exceeded my expectations! For breakfast, there was a wide variety of options including Western, Chinese, local specialties, and vegetarian dishes
I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and this one is generally very good. There's a huge ship right at the hotel entrance, and the lobby looks very grand. The front desk staff were also very friendly
The self-service breakfast was good. I stayed for two nights, and the young man at the front desk, employee number 8, was very polite
The food isn't great, but the drinks definitely live up to the name 'lounge,' especially finding Baileys Irish Cream
Everything tasted great too! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay!!
Over the past few days, whether it was the cleaning staff or the check-in personnel, the overall experience has been excellent

Beautiful resort, out of the way location Good food, good service, zero to poor wifi, Nice pool and view from hotel
Although the hotel is a bit old and the decor is outdated, overall it's still decent. The breakfast is alright, with a reasonably good variety, though not exceptionally great
The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep for my child. Guests have access to the gym and pool, perfect for some light exercise with the kids
Excellent! The facilities are pretty good, the service attitude is great, and the cleanliness is spot on. While I didn't experience the university visit reservation assistance service, overall, it was a very good stay!
The hotel's location is a definite advantage, being very close to Fudan University. Many people attending classes or events at Fudan choose to stay here
The front desk can assist with booking Fudan University visits, which is a huge plus, as the saying goes, 'the one nearest the waterhole gets the moon first' (a local advantage). Breakfast offered a good variety

I recommend putting up a sign near the window advising guests to contact engineering if they wish to open it, along with a phone number
My second stay here. The location is great, right above Hopson One, making dining and getting around very convenient.
Facilities: The elevator design is terrible; the button numbers are hard to see. Breakfast is very poor and needs improvement
The kids had a blast at the pool!
My personal suggestion is that while I understand the hotel's concern for safety in preventing guests from opening windows on higher floors, perhaps the window sealing could be more thorough? In my room, the lock securing the window was loose
The housekeeping staff was also quick to respond when we requested cleaning or additional amenities – kudos to them!
2. Our room was on the 18th floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be stifling hot, like a sauna

I called at 1:20 PM to see if I could get a late check-out. The female front desk agent just coldly said no, without asking why or trying to communicate, just a quick 'sorry' to brush me off
This is by far the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. The most frustrating thing was when I was out on business and couldn't make it back to the hotel by 2:00 PM
There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and with the Inner Ring Elevated Road right next to it, getting anywhere is a breeze
Firstly, the carpet wasn't clean. Secondly, the faucet at the sink was problematic; water splashed everywhere
From the room's decor to the hand-drip coffee on the first floor, every detail made me feel warm and comfortable. If you're looking for a place where your soul can rest, this is definitely the top choice
My three days at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Daning were the most memorable part of my trip. The room was clean and well-equipped, and you could see the hotel's care and taste in every corner

Huge shoutout to Sean at Parkyard Hotel for making my 50th birthday celebration so amazing! 🎉 As our liaison officer, he handled all our room bookings and event details with such care—he was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always quick to respond to every request we had
Booked this hotel last minute because my child had an exam nearby, and overall it was a good experience. Parking was convenient for coming and going, and the food at the park across the street was also quite good
The hotel service was excellent, and our room attendant Sarah was very responsive. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. I had a great rest during my business trip
We arrived early and had other matters to attend to, so the attendant Lily thoughtfully arranged an early check-in for us
Sean’s positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made our day feel so special, and we left with nothing but happy memories
Great hotel, great location for the Expo center, great service and affordable price. 4 to 5 Stars hotel...

I can be honest to tell you, guys, that it was the most friendly and benevolent staff I'd ever seen in the hospitality industry! We were accommodated right on our early arrival, the room on the 37th floor was perfect, it had mesmerizing view and was perfectly clean
Service girl brought a very comfortable extra bed for our adult kid in no time. Housekeeping was perfect all the period of our stay. The revolving restaurant on the 50th floor makes definitely great impression
At first the whole window was closed, but I got down to reception and asked to resolve this minor issue because of the allergy. We were immediately allowed to open small window to allow the room to ventilate
This hotel is a place where sorcery happens. It was a magic trip, and Novotel Shanghai Atlantis made a very significant contribution to the overall impression
The revolving restaurant is also a big draw, and Manager Chu was very friendly. The kids loved it and want to stay here again next time
It's one of the unique features of this hotel. Breakfast is great, there are a great variety of meals and the food quality is high

My child wanted to call for ice, and one of the staff members offered to arrange it for us, saying it would be delivered shortly. It was a really nice touch and definitely an example of service exceeding expectations
Hyatt's F&B is consistently excellent. A small detail that stood out was after I finished my coffee, the server proactively asked if I wanted a refill and brought it right over to my table
Both check-in and check-out were convenient, and the staff were friendly, making me feel at home during my travels. If I come back to this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel
Upon check-in, I met Agnes, whose professionalism and attentiveness made me feel so welcome. She handled both check-in and check-out swiftly and efficiently – truly professional
While I know a bit about the Andaz brand philosophy, it's still a service industry, and that felt a bit too 'free-spirited' for my liking. On a positive note, breakfast deserves praise
Great location. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Great amenities. Only downside is the beds I. The double-bed rooms are the smaller double sized in stead of queen size

We drove into the hotel grounds, and the lush gardens, blooming flowers, small bridges, flowing water, and green lawns immediately greeted us. It felt like we made the right choice
Atmosphere: The hotel's greenery is absolutely beautiful. The best part about staying here is definitely the comfort of being surrounded by nature
Service: It was a bit frustrating that check-in wasn't until around 3:30 PM on a weekday. There were very few seats in the lobby for guests waiting, maybe only about ten, with the rest being in paid areas
The decor was unique, with copper strips embedded in the doors and windows of the rooms, lobby, and other areas, giving it an elegant and luxurious feel. Staying at Xijiao Hotel in Shanghai left a wonderful impression
This hotel is indeed a gem tucked amidst the skyscrapers in Shanghai. It is a State Guesthouse that is open to the public for booking only when there are no visiting dignitaries. The experience is indeed a privilege
The Cifangao (fried sticky rice cake) was particularly good, and the blueberry cheese soda crackers were also tasty. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating and attentive to my parents

Great breakfast! It's super close to the North Bund, and you can even see the Oriental Pearl Tower! I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and the price is always fantastic! The location is also excellent, definitely worth it!
Booked this hotel last minute for the May Day holiday, mainly because of the price. For just over 800 yuan, it included three breakfasts, and the location was great
That's why I'm giving it a full five-star rating! You can tell from the photos how valuable this room was. I suspect this used to be an executive suite, it's large and luxurious, even with an entryway
In short, what could be better than lying on the sofa and enjoying the night view of the Oriental Pearl Tower (until its lights went out)? Great value for money! I'll definitely be back!
This hotel, part of the COSCO Group, is a well-established property. The interior decor has a vintage feel, a bit dated but generally well-maintained and clean
I was incredibly lucky to get a room with a view, and even better, one overlooking the Oriental Pearl Tower! I slept wonderfully, and breakfast was abundant

Despite its century-old history, the hotel boasts comprehensive and modern facilities. Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, perfect for photos. All the staff were warm and polite, providing very thoughtful service
The Peace Hotel is an absolute classic, with a constant stream of people taking photos by the entrance. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its impressive historical grandeur
The concierge manager in the lobby was excellent, proactively helping guests take pictures and even giving tips on the best spots and angles within the hotel for amazing shots – truly adding to the experience! The room was impeccable, very spacious, and the view was fantastic
Came to Shanghai with my family specifically to experience the renowned Peace Hotel. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a connecting city-view family room. The breakfast was definitely good and we enjoyed it a lot
Excellent location, right by the Bund. It was Mother's Day, and I wanted to make it special for my mom. The service was fantastic! A big thank you to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded our room.
I chose the Peace Hotel for its history, prestige, location, and the vibrant Bund area. I was truly impressed by the meticulous service and attention to detail after checking in

We were celebrating a holiday with our family, and the front desk noticed we had seniors and children with us. They prioritized our check-in and arranged our rooms on the same floor. The service was excellent.
This hotel is right next to the elevated road, near Shanghai South Railway Station. Compared to other hotels in the area at the same price point, this one has the best facilities
This time, Diana and Nancy at the front desk were so thoughtful; they upgraded me from a king room to a suite. And knowing I would be extending my stay, they allowed us to remain in the upgraded room for the extension
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby
The bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathtub was also clean. The swimming pool was quite satisfying, heated to a constant 30 degrees Celsius, so it wasn't cold even in winter
However, after some communication later on, they did rectify the issue. Now, the overall service has also improved. As a regular guest, I can truly feel the genuine hospitality from the hotel staff

This hotel offers excellent value for money! It's especially generous for Accor members; I got an automatic upgrade to an executive suite for a three-night stay, and the first round of the minibar was complimentary
Plus, there's an outdoor pool and a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for longer stays. The location is also handy, and the service is warm and welcoming. Definitely a five-star recommendation!
A really great hotel! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is also quite good, with plenty of options that kids will enjoy. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
The breakfast spread is amazing, with freshly made pan-fried buns, omelets, and fresh juices. The room is spacious, offering a distant view of Pudong's 'three titans' (Lujiazui skyscrapers)
Hot water wasn’t available immediately for the first shower—you need to let the tap run for a while before it heats up. One big plus is the room size, which is very spacious
It was great! The lady at the front desk was very kind. The hotel room had a classic decor, a bathtub, and a very comfortable sofa and table. All in all, it was excellent!

A friend recommended this place, and I can see why! The location, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was fully equipped
As an older, high-end hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, but everything else was great. It's also super convenient to walk around and explore the area
The breakfast environment is also excellent, elegant, and the variety is good. Fifth, the hotel also houses Meilongzhen Restaurant, making dining very convenient
This hotel offers great value for money. It's nestled in a quiet spot yet conveniently located for getting around
The hotel environment is comfortable, with a large green space outside, complete with a pond, a pavilion, and surrounded by lush greenery. I was assigned a corner room, which was quite spacious
During this May Day holiday, I stayed at five different hotels, and this one offered the best value for money! It was the most comfortable stay. Service: Excellent service, staff members always greeted us

Due to some reasons, we might have exceeded the 12 PM check-out time, but the front desk didn't hesitate to extend it by two hours. All in all, it's a truly wonderful hotel where we made some beautiful memories
We chose this castle-style hotel for our anniversary. It looked grand and comfortable even on the platform. After booking, I specifically asked the hotel to help decorate the room
Although it was simple and rustic, it still created a lovely ambiance. The complimentary tiramisu cake was especially delicious, and we also received fruit
Facilities: Fully equipped.
Environment: Beautiful surroundings.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Service: Excellent room service!
Great location, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
The only drawback is that the surrounding amenities are incomplete; you have to walk quite a distance to find dining options beyond high-end clubs
The breakfast restaurant was also very impressive, and the cheese there was my absolute favorite. Finally, there was the late check-out service

The baby pool's water temperature was very comfortable in winter, and both the buffet dinner and breakfast were quite good
This is my second stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. The seafood buffet on Friday night had fresh and abundant ingredients, and breakfast was also delicious
We even saw a beautiful fireworks display on Saturday night
A special thank you to the front desk gentleman who kindly upgraded us to a balcony room with an expansive lake view. The room amenities were all new, and the hygiene was excellent
The beds were larger than those typically found in twin rooms at most other hotels, which was perfect for our 'awkward' family combination of two adults and two children – no cramped sleeping! The bathtub was spacious, and the toiletries were very complete, including facial soap, mouthwash, and disposable razors
It's incredibly pleasant to walk around the hotel grounds this time of year, with beautiful spring scenery both day and night! If I had to make a suggestion, I wish they also offered dry saunas for women; the steam room feels a bit pointless

The hotel is conveniently located for transportation and shopping, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. Marry Liu at the front desk provided excellent service with a smile
The front desk staff, Marry Liu, provided excellent service. The lobby had a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive

Thanks for your hospitality Grand Soluxe Zhongyou Hotel. You guys help us to making good memorios in Shanghai 🤍
The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable
The location is superb, with convenient access to transportation; Metro Line 6 is right outside, making it very easy to get to Nanjing Road and Lujiazui. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices
I’ve stayed Grand Soluxe Zhonguou hotel before and every time I’ve had nothing but excellent service, breakfast is always great, amenities are top notch and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended this hotel, love the view from the room too
This is my second stay at this hotel; I'm a returning guest. This time, I wanted a west-facing room, so they upgraded me to a Premium King Room
You can even catch glimpses of the 'Three-Piece Suit' (Pudong skyline) in the background, which is almost like a full view, haha. Cons:
There aren't enough charging outlets in the room; there's only one by the bedside
