Environment: I wouldn't recommend staying on the fifth floor; there's a swimming pool there

Cleanliness: A bit disappointing. When I came back on the second day, I noticed the crumbs from the fried skewers I ate the night before were still on the table. Service: The service was very good

The hotel has a lovely ambiance, friendly service, and a great breakfast spread. There are multiple shuttle buses to Disney every day, and it's also very close to the subway

Located right next to Disneyland, the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, train station, Disneyland, and the Bund is incredibly convenient

It's our go-to hotel whenever we take the kids to Disney

The service from the front desk and concierge really stood out; their teamwork made everything super efficient. They were always willing to help, and the butler service was thorough and attentive

Last but not least, Helen, who was the first person to greet us after we got married, and fittingly the last person to help us create personalised room key cards with our wedding photo on it, and most recently a special photo of family from our honeymoon

The hygiene and service were excellent! They even gave my child two free breakfasts, which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was plentiful and the view from the window was unique

I highly recommend the Bund River View room! The view is absolutely stunning!! Although it's a bit older, it's very clean. And the fried dumplings at breakfast were delicious!!! The breakfast overall had a Western focus

Stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong for a night during the Chinese New Year. Even though I usually prefer newer hotels, the Ritz's unique charm convinced me. The check-in process was a pleasant surprise

The facilities are really well-maintained. If you're looking to avoid the crowded Bund, this place is an excellent choice. The views are superb, and getting around is very convenient

The food isn't great, but the drinks definitely live up to the name 'lounge,' especially finding Baileys Irish Cream

The hotel's location is a definite advantage, being very close to Fudan University. Many people attending classes or events at Fudan choose to stay here

The front desk can assist with booking Fudan University visits, which is a huge plus, as the saying goes, 'the one nearest the waterhole gets the moon first' (a local advantage). Breakfast offered a good variety

My second stay here. The location is great, right above Hopson One, making dining and getting around very convenient.

My personal suggestion is that while I understand the hotel's concern for safety in preventing guests from opening windows on higher floors, perhaps the window sealing could be more thorough? In my room, the lock securing the window was loose

The housekeeping staff was also quick to respond when we requested cleaning or additional amenities – kudos to them! 2. Our room was on the 18th floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be stifling hot, like a sauna

I called at 1:20 PM to see if I could get a late check-out. The female front desk agent just coldly said no, without asking why or trying to communicate, just a quick 'sorry' to brush me off

This is by far the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. The most frustrating thing was when I was out on business and couldn't make it back to the hotel by 2:00 PM

There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and with the Inner Ring Elevated Road right next to it, getting anywhere is a breeze

I can be honest to tell you, guys, that it was the most friendly and benevolent staff I'd ever seen in the hospitality industry! We were accommodated right on our early arrival, the room on the 37th floor was perfect, it had mesmerizing view and was perfectly clean

Service girl brought a very comfortable extra bed for our adult kid in no time. Housekeeping was perfect all the period of our stay. The revolving restaurant on the 50th floor makes definitely great impression

At first the whole window was closed, but I got down to reception and asked to resolve this minor issue because of the allergy. We were immediately allowed to open small window to allow the room to ventilate

This hotel is a place where sorcery happens. It was a magic trip, and Novotel Shanghai Atlantis made a very significant contribution to the overall impression

I’ve stayed Grand Soluxe Zhonguou hotel before and every time I’ve had nothing but excellent service, breakfast is always great, amenities are top notch and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended this hotel, love the view from the room too

This is my second stay at this hotel; I'm a returning guest. This time, I wanted a west-facing room, so they upgraded me to a Premium King Room

You can even catch glimpses of the 'Three-Piece Suit' (Pudong skyline) in the background, which is almost like a full view, haha. Cons: There aren't enough charging outlets in the room; there's only one by the bedside
