The restaurant on the second floor stinks big time though, filthy, smelly, etc., reminds me the worst Chinese restaurants in the rural areas in the states.
On the plus side, the shared courtyard (with the neighboring several condo buildings) is pedestrian only and even provide a playground for the kids, which is a rarity in crowded downtown Shanghai.
