I've stayed here multiple times, and my last two bookings through Trip.com were quick and easy. Xiao Hua at the front desk was very professional, warm, and attentive. She proactively asked about my travel plans, informed me of important details, and made sure my accommodation was well-arranged. The room was, as always, clean and quiet, and the bathroom had no strange odors. Breakfast starts at 4:30 AM, and the shuttle to T4 at 5 AM takes only 5 minutes, which is incredibly convenient!

Outdated but Outstanding Service! You stay here for one reason: to catch your flight with zero stress. The staff's attention to detail regarding flight times and shuttles is better than 5-star hotels. This is the best airport transit hotel in Hangzhou.

The front desk proactively upgraded me to a premium king room. The room was spacious and well-equipped, the AC worked great, and there were no strange odors!

Pros: The room was spacious enough.

Cons:
1. Their business practices are poor. They only offer either double breakfast or no breakfast when booking through Ctrip, never a single breakfast option. For guests, this means either a slightly cheaper room with no breakfast, or paying a bit more and still not getting breakfast if it exceeds their budget.
2. The front desk staff's communication and decision-making skills are also lacking. It was a hassle trying to ask if I could add breakfast at the front desk, if all invoices could be issued together, or if they could contact Ctrip to cancel an offline booking, etc.
3. Hardware: The soundproofing is really bad. All I heard at night were car horns honking.
4. The toothpaste was not good.
5. The mattress was mediocre, an old spring mattress.

Recommendation: Stay at the Holiday Inn across the street or go to Chimelong instead.

My friends and I chose the Radisson Hotel at the airport because we had an early flight. Xiao Hua at the front desk arranged a spacious and bright room for us. She also helped us with our flight plans for the next day, which was very helpful.

It's a good hotel; I basically stay here every time I have business near the airport. The environment is nice, and transportation is convenient. The only downside is that vehicles have to manually register in a logbook every time they enter and exit, which is quite inconvenient.

The room exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried because I'd seen some reviews saying the hotel was a bit old, but the room I got was really comfortable. Front desk staff member Xiao Li provided excellent service. The room was spacious, and it's very close to the airport with a convenient shuttle service.

Checked into the Radisson Hotel late at night. Haihong at the front desk was very helpful with the check-in process. Breakfast is on the 9th floor, and they also offer airport transfers. I'll definitely be back.
