The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The rooms were spacious, the beds super cozy, and the amenities well-maintained. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore Hangzhou.

Wish I booked somewhere else
Arrived very late 11pm so couldn’t be bothered to move to another hotel

Shower areas need proper scrub lots of mildew and marks
Bedding was torn and room hygiene was unclean
It’s ok for the price but not your normal holiday inn quality
I gave feedback at the front office and was told the hotel is old.
Would definite not stay there again
Below average. Very cold staff. Extremely slow check-in. We were the only people there and it took 10 minutes. The receptionist didn't know what a residency permit is and he couldn't find our reservation on the computer. He said he'll upgrade us and then he downgraded us and put us into a corner room with almost no daylight. After we complained that we booked a room with a bathtub another receptionist offered us a new room, saying it's not renovated but we went to see it anyway and took it immediately as it was way bigger and better than the original room. When my husband went to get a new room key the original receptionist complained that we were only staying for 1 night, even though he checked us in for 4 nights.

Below average. Not many choices. When the food runs out it's not replaced. You have to ask for each item separately. It's the same with cups and plates. The tables are not cleaned after the people leave. Not worth it.

Very nice. The hotel us relatively clean considering his old it is.
