Where to stay in Ayia Napa

A lovely and peaceful place in an excellent central location. The hotel grounds are cozy and quiet. Our two-story room was very practical, although the shower didn’t have any cold water and the warm air lingered in the bathroom for hours. It was quiet at night — we couldn't hear street noise in our room. Breakfast was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There were 4 options of plates...

A lovely hotel with great pool and plenty of sunbeds. Very friendly staff and good choice for breakfast. Only 3 minutes walk from the main street, but far enough away from any major noise.

Absolutely fantastic little apartment hotel in a great location. The room we stayed in was small, clean and simple. Rooms cleaned everyday and surrounding areas kept lovely and clean with a great pool. Pool bar food and drinks are brilliant and extremely cheap. Fantastic hotel in a great location. All staff were super friendly and the pool area had plenty of loungers. The staff even came round with watermelon and cold towels throughout the day. I couldn’t fault this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. We will be back.

We are here now, been here for 10 days. 4 more days before we go home. Amasing hotel, love the swimming pool. Everything is clean and nice. Good drinks that are halfprice compared to every other bar/cafe. Very nice staff from the amasing cleaning service to the other staff here. I love this place and i will be coming back. The hotel is really nice, close to all the bars and clubs but very quiet at night.  The only thing I didn’t like is that the AC wasn’t included, and 16€ a day it’s ridiculous, thankfully it wasn’t that hot at night and I didn’t need it.

We stayed for a week, had a hoteroom and went for the breakfast buffet. Room was clean, good beds and clean bedding. Small tv, never used it. Closet to put your things in. Also a desk, good for make up and other things not fitting in the bathroom. Shower with good pressure. You can borrow adapters from the front desk for chargers etc, and you pay a small fee, you get back at the end of your stay. All...

We had a wondeful week at Pavlinia Hotel Apartments right in the center of Ayia Napa. The first time we were there in 2015 and since 2020 five times a row. The facility is super clean and well renovated. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The location is great and you only walk a short distance to the bar street. If we come back to Napa, then we will definitely stay here.

New apartments clean include kitchen/can fet to family +2 or 4 friends so close to main avenue nissi street local food/markets/the bar strip is only 1 minute walk/fast food near by a dry wash machine for clothes,also car rentals park play for kids

We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well. The only downside are the rooms, where the furniture is oldish but in good shape though.

My experience at this hotel was brilliant! The staff are nice the rooms are a decent size. The food is great a big buffet every night whilst on all inclusive and the drinks on the all inclusive menu are better than the drinks on the normal menu. The swimming pool is huge! Great location, great pool area and friendly staff. Rooms are clean with small kitchen area, very spacious and with a balcony. Good entertainment in the evening. Stayed only self catering as there are so many food outlets in a short walking distance at great prices. Would definitely stay again.

Has everything you need, and it's run well. Its even better if you meet a guy for a bit of fun and he pays for everything (I NEVER pay for a thing)!! ;)

Good location in heart of Ayia Napa. Not much of a beach. More rocks. Staff were hit or miss. Some great some surly. There are maintenance issues. However we did visit in middle of off season.

I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. The place is really clean, around 150m far from one small beach. 5 mins by bicycle from Nissi beach. 15 mins by foot from center of Agia Napa. Shops and supermarkets, rent a cars etc very nearby. For normal people who know what they pay, pretty cool place. For those pretenders nothing special...

Eligonia was very lovely place to stay. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Big plus was big balcony! Location is central of ayia napa, so keep that in mind when booking. It means there is sounds of life and you can hear the sounds from bars also. These didn't bother us because we knew what we were booking and the location was priority (and we slept very good 😄). Lovely hotel/apartments with a very cozy pool area, and the best bar in town. Normally we don't use the hotel much when we travel, but the ladies in the Lobby bar made it feel like we were home. Hotel is right in the center of Ayia napa, and we didn't feel any noise while we were there.

Once again, at Eligonia Hotel. It was an awesome stay. The apartment was so good and comfortable. We stayed on the top floor on the other side of the road, which for us was perfect. Only a couple of days here sadly. If you want to visit Ayia Napa you have to check this place out. It’s right in the centre of Napa, right next door to The Hard Rock Cafe. Everything is in walking distance. They offer a great breakfast and you have to try their ice latte. The room was really nice. Beds are very comfortable. Air Con is excellent. Very modest room, OK for sleeping. No chair o desk. Electric kettle, but no socket except near bed and the kettle with European plug. Excellent breakfasts. Good localisation. Parking place very tight. Not enough room for all the guests, we had to park nearby.

Great location. Good breakfast. Very dirty floor,- someone’s hair everywhere in room, in corridor, on beds, on floor, on new towels… it is disgusting! Do something with it! It is the only critical remark.

We stayed in the hotel for the week 2 weeks ago. Small hick up with the rooms but it was sorted quickly and we even get free lunch vouchers. Nice hotel, lovely pool, great drinks. Bar man Dimitris made our holiday 10x better thanks to his great attitude every day without fail, he was super engaging and polite. He would go the extra mile for us by recommending places for us to go. On top of all of this Dimitris makes a super cocktail😋

Brilliant location. Rooms and facilities were great. It's a shame the gym is not on the premises but other than that we had a great time. Great location, clean hotel, nice pool. Does not have a gym, which we were disappointed with as it is advertised as having one. Nearly got off to a bad start on our holiday due to this but Dimitiris the bar manager redeemed our holiday by putting us all in a good mood. He was a pleasure to deal with. The perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa. Centrally located for the beach, harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and friendly owners.

Rooms are dated and in need refurbishment but the pool area is nice. Visited out of season so it was peaceful and relaxing.

The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, 10-15 minutes walking distance. The rooms are nice and have a pool view, you can go out to the balcony and have a coffee with the pool view, but yesterday there were 15-20 ants crawling on a bed, that's why I took off a star. But in general, it's a nice hotel and the staff is friendly. I recommend it for families, it's a hotel that deserves 4 stars

The location is great, close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The swimming pool is clean and they have enough sun-beds for everyone. The place is pretty quiet, so we enjoyed some peace after a day at the beach and around town. Unfortunately the cleaning products used to tidy the rooms and the bathroom are no of good quality. First day we had to open all windows to get some fresh air...

Excellent, I recomand it,great view from terace,huge apartment great for two people. Kostas is very kind and helpful,you'll enjoy your stay. It's not quite area because its located very near centar and many caffe's are there with laud music,just in case that someone have problem with sleep 🙂 I was sleeping like a baby 😁.

Very nice place. The staff is available and service is really great. The position is 10 min away from the city center but surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The bus station to the main cities of Cyprus and to the beaches is right behind the apartments. Very comfortable to everything. The apartments also include a swimming pool and a gym. We had a very nice time at Adonis suites. The room was really spacious and we got a pretty sweet deal which made it even better overall. The room had a view to the ocean, the bathroom and kitchen were very well equipped and there was air-conditioning in both rooms. Good for the price room are clean air conditioning is excellent and perfect location but keep in mind that it is an apartment not hotel the room service is only available in certain time.

The price is good, the location also but there is a huge uphill. The pool was very clean and the staff is kind. The pictures not even close shows the reality, the room needs renovation, the sunbeds are very dirty. There is no wifi in the room, only in the public areas.

I stayed here for three days and it was not bad at all but i saw many negative things which i have to tell you! First of all, there is no restaurant or bar so no food or drink. The room was very small for 3 people. The sofa bed was hard for the person who slept on it. It is a very good choice for 2 people. It is very clean and new.
