Where to stay in Ayia Napa

The rooms we're clean the staff was great but the hotel should not be open this time of year the whole resort is shutdown we checked out early because of that

We have visited this hotel in 2023 and we loved it. To say it has gone down hill since then is an understatement, rooms are dated, falling apart and dirty. The pool area is tiny and the sunbeds are taken at 4am in the morning by older people who believe they can tell children not to splash. Lovely hotel- some good some bad. Booked with Jet2, on arrival to hotel they had no booking for us! Not what you need when you arrive after midnight and a long day travelling. Night reception put us in a room ( family of 3 with 2 beds) but this was quickly rectified in the morning by the reservations manager. Who did her best to ensure we were happy. Stayed here from 20th August for 2 weeks. Had a great room 4039 on the second floor overlooking the pool. Room size was great for the 3 of us and had plenty of storage. Room was cleaned and towels restocked everyday. Had to get up at 6am to get a lounger or you had no chance of sitting round the pool. You could get pool towels for free from reception. Great rooms, great seafront location midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach, super friendly and helpful staff. Food variety and quality was great. The only negative was the slight inconvenience of no WC facility at pool / reception / restaurant level - you needed to go either 1 floor up or down.

So far holiday is ok hotel is small not much to do . Entertainment doesn't almost exist. Food is ok some days better some worse. Dont expect any decent evening entertainment its ok for a hotel this size. There is no sport bar just lobby it will be nice to have sport bar so you can just chill in a evening. Great location if you are looking for somewhere quieter from the Ayia Napa craziness yet still lively in a more relaxed environment. I had a wonderful stay at Fedrania! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations. A special shoutout to the incredible night staff member Paul, who was just a calm man. Wry beautiful place with wonderful amenities and very relaxing and chill outdoor pool/garden. FYI is one of the few pet friendly places you can stay in whole Ayia Napa. Very clean and great location.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days for a last-minute getaway . We had a deluxe double that wasn't very big. The pictures made the rooms look larger on the website when I booked. Wow what a gem this hotel is! We stayed as was attending our friends wedding at a nearby hotel. Normally we wouldnt stay out of town but it was in a nice peaceful area , only 12-17 euro for a taxi if you wanted to go into the centre. When we arrived it was around 11pm just as the bar was shutting however the lovely guy behind the bar let us order a pizza and got us a drink as we had been travelling...

I just absolutely love this the place is just mesmerising and the beach is so nice. Everyone was extremely helpful especially the manager and all the staff. I think that once this hotel was great, built with style, nice pools, near the beach...but unfortunately, it is not maintained and now, the only good thing is the pool area. Had to stay here 1 night as there was no availability at vassos nissi beach hotel that evening.........This is a 3 star hotel..at best, arrived to an unclean room, no towels, cobwebs everywhere no AC working...I had booked a pool view room... but it was more like a garden view room. They have a useful car park...but it's not lit to the hotel reception... which is upstairs... and there was no lift....

The resort is very nice, the room was spacious, and both the sea and the beach are amazing. We only had breakfast, but lunch and dinner are also available. Of course, some improvements and renovations could be made, but overall we had a great time there.

We had a swim up room, a real little sun trap cone mid afternoon. Whilst this is classed as a vibe hotel it’s not overly loud or over run with younger guests. The food options for vegans there were a few. I appreciated that they had on breakfast non dairy milk. The remote was unclean, the walls reparation was superficial. Nice location but the appartements are very overused, a lot of things are almost breaking by itself. The price is also a bit too high but the reception is always there to support the location is the best about it only like 20 min walk from the beach.

The hotel was excellent, with a very convenient location. We appreciated that it was almost equally distant from Nissi Beach and the city center – a bit of a walk, but perfect for us as we enjoy strolling. The location is great, and the staff is friendly. However, we had mold in the bathroom. They sent someone to remove it, but there was so much mold that it still smelled like mold. When the window was closed and the air conditioning was off, the smell was really bad.
