Where to stay in Ayia Napa

I went here for my birthday last week - all inclusive, and had the most amazing time. The staff were so lovely and attentive - their customer service was excellent. Our rooms were clean and comfortable; when we had an issue with the shower, we called reception and the maintenance man showed up within less than 5 minutes. There was a good range of food, drinks and cocktails (lunch was my favourite)...

Only a few minuses... they put together 2 single beds to make a double bed. Loud music by the pool. You have to pay for drinks, water or soda if you have half-board. Speaking of pluses, the rooms are very white and clean, a small balcony, but chaires in plastic aren't comfortable. The cleaning lady is always nice. For lunch you can even have mussels (half-board). Lots of choices for breakfast or dinner...

This is a great little hotel, food is varied and really good. The staff are all very friendly and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed half board but the drinks were very reasonable. The beach is just a short walk past the lovely pool area. All in all a little gem. We will definitely be coming back.

We have just got home from this hotel, had a lovely stay here. Hotel is amazing absolutely, spotless and very modern. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and always freshly made. Great location Will definitely return

The rooms are okay and nicely modern. The bathroom is also modern and clean, but not very well maintained — we had to shower with slippers on due to black mold on the shower floor. Housekeeping staff do a good job. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and the bed neatly made. They keep the room as clean as possible. The place and the bedrooms was really nice and i loved the pool, the only Con i have, it was the food at lunch, it wasn't 4 stars hotel food. Generally it's value of money!!

We have visited this hotel in 2023 and we loved it. To say it has gone down hill since then is an understatement, rooms are dated, falling apart and dirty. The pool area is tiny and the sunbeds are taken at 4am in the morning by older people who believe they can tell children not to splash. Lovely hotel- some good some bad. Booked with Jet2, on arrival to hotel they had no booking for us! Not what you need when you arrive after midnight and a long day travelling. Night reception put us in a room ( family of 3 with 2 beds) but this was quickly rectified in the morning by the reservations manager. Who did her best to ensure we were happy. Stayed here from 20th August for 2 weeks. Had a great room 4039 on the second floor overlooking the pool. Room size was great for the 3 of us and had plenty of storage. Room was cleaned and towels restocked everyday. Had to get up at 6am to get a lounger or you had no chance of sitting round the pool. You could get pool towels for free from reception. Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, cozy, and well taken care of. The staff were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Only one thing was missing… the cute bartender from last year 😅🍸 Still, an amazing stay and I’d definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Fedrania! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations. A special shoutout to the incredible night staff member Paul, who was just a calm man. My number 1 place to stay in Ayia Napa, it has been my 5th time staying here and this year the reception staff are incredible and I upgraded to the private pool room which I would strongly recommended!
