Amazing place to stay with family, great food options and amazing service

When getting ready to leave, you can ask for the bellboys to get the baggage with you back to the lobby in one of the golf cars that they use to move around

Everyone works hard and goes above and beyond to allow an enjoyable experience. The resort was very well maintained, clean and beautiful. The pools and lazy river were awesome. We would definitely return in the future

People working there were always very helpful whenever assistance was needed. Food was tasty, and the room we booked (suite with swim out) was awesome

The place is very big, so be aware that there will be quite a bit of walking to get to the lobby (where most restaurants are)

Estalin was great and made sure our stay was comfortable and great.

Great first trip to this resort. Check in took awhile as the room was not ready when we arrived, but they sent us to go get drinks/ food at the beach. Love the long pools as it spread out guests

100% recommendable! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always smiling. They even gave us a complimentary late check-out because our flight was very late. A big thank you to all the staff.

Always had a pick of sun loungers! Food at the buffets were good and lots of options especially for vegetarians ( which is usually hard to find at these resorts)

Excellent! A wonderful beachfront location with very attentive service from all the staff. The facilities are fantastic, and the room was very nice and spacious

Plus, since it's not a very large resort, you can easily walk to all the facilities and the various restaurants. The food was very good, with a wide variety and different themed options

The best resort I've ever stayed at!!! I booked the Majestic Elegance but at the reception I was given an upgrade while staying at the Majestic Mirage, simply SENSATIONAL

Great little spots along the pool to eat and drink so you don’t have to go far. We will be back with our kids next time. I am so happy we came here! Thank you all!

The excellent service and quality of their hotel facilities. As well the quite and peaceful in the pool or beach area. The restaurants were also amazing with a great varity.

This was my first trip, my first resort and my first time outside of Canada. I am so happy, this resort was so amazing

However, many other staff members were less engaged and not particularly friendly (especially at the pool side bars). So, the overall service experience was less than expected with a couple glimmers

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and really enjoyed our time at the resort. The atmosphere, facilities, and service made our vacation very relaxing and memorable

The biggest one was that the toilet ran constantly during our stay, which was a little frustrating and made the room feel less polished than expected. The food was one of the more disappointing parts of the stay

We used the Privilege pool and the 2 attendants, Carlos and Daniel, were superb! There were plenty of towels and both Carlos and Daniel made sure we always had plenty of drinks and food! I recommend if you want pool chairs with umbrellas, you need to get them early as most are taken by 9:00 AM and only chairs without umbrellas are left

Additionally if you have a medical condition making it difficult to navigate stairs, please note that there are no elevators in the buildings so you may want to ask for a room on the ground floor (we did this at the time we made our reservation and the staff was great in accommodating the request)

The service at all the restaurants was great!! All of the bar service was great, with some of the bars serving top shelf liquor!! If you are a beach person and would like a cabana or chairs with an umbrella you will need to be out on the beach early as most are taken by 8:00 AM or earlier

From the moment we arrived, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help

Other members of our family ate at the Mexican restaurant and Route 66 and said the food was ok. No one in our group ate at the steak house as the steaks we like had a up charge of $50 to $100 per person

The Privilege buildings are #’s 6 and 10. When checking into the resort please let the bell staff know you are staying in a Privilege room as Privilege has a separate check in area

There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds

Had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the food is delicious, and the entertainment was really well done. The staff were generally friendly, although some could be a bit more attentive

The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion

Property was great with a beautiful beach. Food was meh but very passable

The facility was good but the service was sometimes slow and needed to wait for a long time.

I did not witness this incident but my friend's did. Apparently there was a guest at the pool by Flame that was drunk and started a fight where he swung at your lifeguard

We loved our two-week stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly. The negative reviews are unfounded and dishonest. I would return without hesitation, even though this is our fourth trip to the Dominican Re

I prefer to be able to walk from my room to the restaurant or the gym or the beach. I do not want to wait in the hot sun for the carts that drive you around

Miguel was the best server ever! We are here for our honeymoon and it was such a lovely experience! Our best meal of the week with phenomenal food at Oregano with server Miguel! We also had the romantic dinner next to the beach and Joan was our server and it was amazing! The service was incredible and the food was to die for!! Plus the view 🥰🥰 such an amazing dinner to celebrate our marriage!

This this is only my second time out of the country and my first time in Punta Cana and 1st all inclusive. My experience has been great so far. The room was great tho I wish I would have sprung for the beach view

My view is still great but nothing beats a beach view. The give you a glass of champagne when you arrive. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room

The resort truly lives up to its name, providing an experience of pure luxury and relaxation. What really made my trip special, beyond the stunning facilities and beautiful grounds, was the incredible service

His excellent service and warm personality made every visit to the Blue Bar a highlight. Excellence El Carmen offers a truly exceptional experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough

I’ve only tried 2 restaurants here so far but what I’ve tried at Oregano and The Grill has been decent. Wish I would’ve come with someone but Overall I will be coming back

Honestly, I would like to give more positive feedback and review but I had better experience in 3 or 4 stars hotels around the world

I can't say enough at how wonderful the people treat you here

Majority of staff do not speak (or don't want to) basic English, so if you don't speak Spanish - you better find other place

My friend and I had a great time at GP Bavaro Suites. It's a beautiful place with a nice stretch of beach and numerous pools to enjoy. We indulged in the luxury and friendly service we received.

A fantastic week to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. Julisa was incredibly helpful in keeping things organized even when we had to move venues last minute. The entire resort staff were friendly and very helpful

The pool bar on the swimming pools are a must, you can enjoy having a drink while swimming. Ronald and Adrian, the guys there, are great Ambassadors of DR, telling us about the traditions

Plenty to do the restaurant are all good and we enjoyed the buffet we liked the large buffet the best. Our rooms had excellent access to the beach pools and restaurants

Overall, Impressive Punta Cana is a good hotel. The rooms were clean, the organization around the resort was nice, and the beach was amazing — definitely one of the best parts of the stay

The pools are great, warm and they have activities in the pool to keep you entertained during the day. Though the floor is very crumbly and paint chipped everywhere but doesn’t ruin the overall experience of the pool

You really have to figure everything out on your own. If you’re stuck at the airport or trying to leave, the hotel does not help — you’re basically on your own

Beautiful Beach view , and it was clean the whole time we were there !

Buffet at beach is the same every day but we switch it up with the Al la carte luncheon in the Gourmet restaurant

The beach is phenomenal as is Darel our butler

He checks in every day, has been on top of our reservation needs and because of him, we will be back :) The rooms are quite dated but they will be closed for renovations from April - November

The nightly shows were very entertaining - like having our own Coco Bongo experiences! They have an entire team dedicated to entertaining the guests with games and parties, so much to do! The food was fantastic - 5 restaurants to choose from and we never had the same thing for dinner twice! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience for a family vacation. Teppanyaki at Ma+Suri, and Le Gourmet are the best restaurants here. The buffet food is average, nothing phenomenal, but nearly on par with any buffet back in the states

Perfect relaxed long-weekend getaway at this all-inclusive resort! Junior suite with jacuzzi, pool, private beach, and multi-cuisine food options, including in-house restaurants, made the experience memorable

Probably the best bartender I’ve had at any resort. Israel at the buffet was another awesome server. Again, incredibly friendly and hardworking. Made sure you got everything you needed asap and did so without issue

José at the steakhouse was fantastic. Worked non-stop, super polite and friendly and made our kid smile to no end. And Sonia, our room staff, was an absolute sweetheart

The pizza shack is overcrowded with the feel of a feeding trough. The pool and beach snack bar doesn't let women enter in bikini tops. There are no star cooks in the kitchen

Family friendly hotels are usually a crap-shoot, but this one was nicer than anticipated. Food was great, resort was great and staff were excellent

From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing from start to finish!!! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun all-inclusive getaway in Punta Cana! The resort complex is stunning, with gorgeous tropical grounds, and a breathtaking sandy beach with crystal-clear turquoise water

Lots of food choices, shows every night, loves the double sinks and double shower in the bathroom. Pretty of loungers and lots of sun or shady spots by the beach. We enjoyed all the restaurants at the resort

He took matters into his own hands and personally walked us to our room and I was so grateful. He apologized for the room check in issues but I got no real explanation as to what happened

We got the run around after I refused to take two twin beds that we were being offered by the front desk so I feel like I was “black listed” by the front desk team as a result

My room wasn’t cleaned for two days and I was told it was as because I didn’t ask for it to be cleaned by pushing the button near the front door

It wasn’t until a concierge manager noticed us waiting in the lobby and commented how long we were waiting did we get our room

It took hours to get our room despite having a butler (whom was not able to effectively execute on any request I had for her)

As an ******* member I was told early check in would be an option- again didn’t happen for us

The pools were always clean and beautiful, with a special mention to The Reserve pools, which were absolutely stunning and peaceful

We stayed in the Reserve, went to the beach reserve and Martin was fantastic! Every morning heading down to the beach, he made sure we had an amazing view of the ocean and had the drinks coming! I would definitely ask for Martin when at the Reserve Beach! Irvin was our concierge, he was also just as amazing! Super relaxing hotel, nightly entertainment that was relaxed and fun!

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was truly exceptional and far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every single employee stood out as professional, and incredibly helpful

The service is very hit or miss here. The entertainment is also minimal and we had no idea what the schedule was since the app didn’t work. There was also no waiter service around the pool or beach

The room cleaning service did an outstanding job every single day, keeping everything perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff in the restaurants and buffets were excellent as well

We would like to give a special mention to Salvador, reservation, what a truly professional, caring person, He genuinely cares about guests, wants you to love DR,representing the hotel at the highest level

I would rate this resort with the following stars: 5 star for personel service and kudos to Angel the golf cart Driver, David the time share Promoter, Bartenders Jessica, Gabriel and the Best one not sure of her name at the main adults only pool Mariolis? the bartender

We also really enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool. The food was mostly very good. The entire resort was wheelchair accessible including the beach area (see attached photo)

A very nice and clean resort. Every staff member we talked with were very pleasant and cheerful.

Beach- Best in the DR! We never had an issue finding a palapa after breakfast. The towel stand was beside the sushi bar that smelled like sewage

Perfect, relaxing, chill, staff was excellent and catered to us making us feel very special! It’s a nice change for 2 older woman traveling! Usually we are overlooked but not here!!

The hotel's main advantage at this time is the seaweed-free sea, so be prepared for it to be crowded. The sun loungers by the sea are tightly packed in about 10 rows, but you have to reserve a spot in the shade by 8 p

The hotel grounds beach pool were beautiful, the rooms were average, beds not that comfortable, low grade finishes in bathrooms and rooms, the restaurants were average, but the food buffet (breakfast dinner) was excellent with plenty of variety

New years eve Party was family friendly and a 10! Very fun and lively and free for guests. Scuba caribe snorkelling was great

The room was clean and modern. The staff were amazing, attentive and polite and the food was good. I’d definitely stay at another RIU.

I have been to newer RIU properties for eg RIU Ocho Rios in Jamaica and it was beautiful there. But RIU Punta Palace is nice too. But not as new as RIU Ocho Rios. Still enjoyed my time because the staff was wonderful

Over all the resort was great! The food was good! Customer Service was outstanding! The only thing the WiFi wasn’t that great. The Riu party was lit we definitely had a time! I would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful place with great people. Alejandro upon arrival set the tone for a great stay. Ricardo always at the pool serving drinks to The Level guests creating a special experience

We had a great experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Ronny. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

He checked in at just the right moments, made great recommendations, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something — drinks refreshed, plates cleared, and everything flowing smoothly

Maximo was wonderful at Quimera restaurant was helpful and attentive the entire experience! The rooms and the facilities were cleaned constantly and housekeeping did more than could be expected

Our food and drinks came out perfectly timed, and Ronny made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. His positive attitude and professionalism really elevated the entire visit

And Octavio in Mar y Sal was the definition of a professional. He was attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, great experience and beautiful environment!

The rooms could use some updates and remodeling but the friendly staff, sense of security, beautiful grounds, beach access, peaceful ambiance, fun entertainment and yummy food make it all well worth a visit! My family had to leave the resort we originally booked at because it was unsafe, dirty and absolutely horrible

But if you just love floating in the pool and drink and eat good food go here. The staff is super friendly and the resort is just gorgeous can't explain. I hope mother nature does her part and cleans the beach

Jewel palm beach must have the friendliest staff in all of Punta Cana! As soon as you arrive, the security verifies our booking at the front gate

Then as you drive up to the lobby entrance, the men that help you with your luggage greet you with smiles and warmth. The same friendly energy is felt all throughout the resort

very sad all around is just blue water but the resort just had it really bad. If you are beach lover don't go here. We try transfer yo another resort but apparently all that side of the island have that problem

Thankfully Jewel had vacancies on such short notice and we were able to book a room the very same day for the rest of our trip. We met guests that had stayed there before

Other than that, most staff were very friendly, as a woman i noticed I was treated poorly by some women staff while my husband had no issues at all

It's nice to be able to get pizza and have hot sandwiches made fresh pressed poolside over at the other Catalonia

Absolutely amazing high recommend it had everything you needed right on the resort without a doubt I will be returning back

Had some issues with the room that have definitely been issues for more than just our stay, whether the were brought up before and ignored or just over looked, these issues should definitely be resolved asap

Beach & Grounds: The beach was stunning, with plenty of shaded areas and loungers. It never felt crowded, and the ground crew was up early each morning cleaning the sargassum, which kept the shoreline pristine

Pool & Entertainment: The pool area was lively, featuring a swim-up bar and daily entertainment. If you want a shaded spot, go early and reserve it with your belongings

They keep the party going and encourage you to join in the fun. I especially enjoyed Sopita down by the pool, and the bartenders in the lobby and the beach. Everyone here makes you feel like family!

We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro in Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and there’s lots to do. The service was excellent throughout our stay

One staff member in particular, Luisito, really stood out. He was always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for us calling us his Canadian family

He helped arrange transportation and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. Luisito also had a fun little greeting he would do when he saw us a cheerful “cucú!” which always made us smile

He always made sure our room was perfectly clean and tidy, and he did his work absolutely spotless every single day. He was especially wonderful with our children — always friendly, warm, and playful

We arrived late in evening, staff is limited but we were able to get our room quickly. At the start, we received room on first floor and was very nice, renovated and clean but a few cockroach in our room

They are friendly and will back off, but there are many. They all have shirts with numbers. The city tour was a lot of fun 😁 All in all, a great holiday and will likely return

The resort is a pretty quick ride from the airport which was nice. The staff and service we received was excellent and very friendly. The nightly shows are well produced and were a lot of fun to go watch

Really enjoyed our stay with the Marien. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The buffet had many great choices which changed daily. The room was kept clean daily

5 stars just because the food offerts are not that abbondante and the rooms, even very clean, needs some renovations. And the internet, even covering including the beach, is not the best

The beach is fabulous with plenty of lounges and day-beds for VIP. The beach bar was very handy too. Beware the locals on the beach who constantly try to take you too their market

The food is nothing fancy, but as long as you go early, there are lots of options. We booked spa couple massages twice (at the start and the end of our trip), and the entire spa staff was incredible
