If you’re dining at the Crowne Plaza, definitely ask for Jose — he’ll make sure you have an excellent experience! I also had a wonderful experience with the overnight front desk staff especially Joel and the bellman miguel

Every single person — from the front desk to the restaurant team, housekeeping, and concierge — went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. We truly felt like family and were super sad to leave

However, humidity inside the room is noticeable, towels and linens look worn, and only one large bath towel is provided. The shower head is also installed quite low. There are several large and clean swimming pools

They are spacious, modern, and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The balcony with a jacuzzi overlooking the pool is a great feature

The beach is beautiful and clean, with shuttle access from the lobby that works well. The beach bar and restaurant are enjoyable

Entertainment is very limited, making the resort extremely quiet. There is no convenience store on site, and communication before arrival was poor, as emails to the reservation department were not answered

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. This hotel is best suited for travelers looking for a modern, clean, and peaceful place to relax rather than a lively all inclusive experience

Food quality at the buffet is acceptable, but variety is limited, and items are not always refilled later. The resort has only three restaurants, with average overall quality

The food is absolutely amazing rather than leaving the hotel we would eat inside since everything was delicious, even the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santo Domingo

The Unique club was completely worth it- the unique beach club restaurant as an option for breakfast and lunch was excellent- food selection was great! The Unique dinners select days of the week were some of the best meals we had

Bid dislike area of the room was super load. Resort its self had weddings every other day which included fireworks on the beach. This was nice because everyone can see but not at almost 11 pm when your child is sleeping

Traveled with toodler they had sofa bed set up with toddler blanket. Beach clean, had good beach service for drinks

He helped me navigate food allergy issues, made our dining and spa reservations, and even went to the local store to get me a brush, that I failed to pack

I highly recommend the unique experience, which includes a butler service during you stay. Our butler, Oliver, went above and beyond

I loved the spa!! They have a variety of services, I got a full body massage, facial and braids later towards the end of my stay

The resort was beautiful and very clean. I don't feel I capitalized on all they had to offer. There was so much to do on the resort and it was very secure. It required everyone to check in at the gate via security

We got the swim out room I loved the privacy we got when we didn’t want to be in the main pool. The food was rarely ever hot which made the taste of it subpar. Diamond club you get room service which was nice

Something important to know about the property is the Royalton Resorts are all bunched up together, and Hideaway is simply one specific building with its own pool and bar, and also access to a restaurant for Hideaway guests only

Clean room nice staff i only ate at the buffet but the food was very good i just wish breakfast options were different bar was good drinks were good and strong i love the key card waterproof bracelet they give you to access your room water park was awesome the only thing is check in is at exactly 3 so cant check in and freshen up have to walk around the resort until 3

The sauna and spa services are also charged separately, so keep that in mind when planning your budget. One tip: bring your own insulated cups to use at the pool bars to avoid the plastic cups

Angela -Spa, We spent a lot of times sitting at lobby with drinks and coffee and watched them. Majority of people did not tip at all ,but they still gave them same service and smiles

They are now working on expanding the pool and the building, so in the future, it will be much better it's close to a nice beach and has a restaurant on the property and in the area

When locals arrive there’s no more peace and quiet, they take glass bottles to the pool putting in danger everybody else. They also turn on loud speakers with no regard to other guests

Food is great, but pool should be cleaned more often, it always had lots of debris, insects and dirtiness, it had a strong chlorine smell

I had to park on the street next to a plie of dirt higher than my SUV. One couldn't even get a drink poolside.

The rooms and the hotel were very clean. All the employees were very friendly. ONE VERY PLUS WAS THE PRESIDENT BEERS were fro mte bottle.

The staff was very nice and helpful, Specially thr bartender (Mauricio) at the lobby bar. He was very knowledgeable of the drinks and recomended a restaurant in the town outside the resort.

So I cannot talk much about how accessible to services the hotel is. Overall I liked it there and I will likely go back though I like hotels on the malecón for the view they offer

The room is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The facilities are very complete. The entire activity area of ​​the hotel is very large. There is a small swimming pool at the door of the room

The only thing that wasn’t amazing is the beach was filled with seaweed, but this didn’t bother us especially since they can shuttle you daily to a beautiful beach 10mins away

I never had warm water let alone hot, Morning evening late night, no variation and temperature. Every fixture is corroded and has Hardin water in it and on it

The same gurgling in bubbling exist, making me use the public pressure toilet in the main lobby is opposed to using the one in my room for future deposits

The bathroom sink, water, no water, flow or pressure to speak of. This hotel is currently taking US Navy Sailors, for sure relief at a discounted price

My toilet did not work correctly, on my first attempt to use it as a toilet it stopped up

We've spent time in the sport's bar, lobby, outside of the sport's bar, the drinks are good everywhere, the Beach snack bar is close to the beach which is very convenient and there are also bathrooms there

The Beach is absolutely beautiful from one end to end to the other and the playabatcha resort seems interesting as we are able to venture over there as well

The pizza shop was excellent to and the icecream shop super yummy 😋 over all I would definitely recommend this resort, we're enjoying the last 5 days we've been here and look forward to the next 5 we are spending here until it'ime to go home

A bit of a long wait at the snack bar so we went there when we needed a sun break. The chicken and burgers were awesome. Anne Marie in the buffet was always there to greet us in the morning with a big smile for breakfast

We had the best 3 days at the Eden Roc Cap Cana. Incredible hotel, service, beach, pool, food- amazing experience and will definitely be back! Our concierges Miguel and Braulio were incredible and went above and beyond

It was so fun having the golf cart to drive around cap cana, we stayed in the villa with a private pool which was incredible! The villa itself is a little dated in style but really beautiful and clean and so private, we loved it

The beach is amazing! It has lots of waves so there’s no water sports or snorkeling on the beach at the hotel but it was incredible. Very very chill relaxed vibe at the hotel not at all a party vibe

We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Blue and it was all amazing! Highly recommend also ordering the beach snacks, was so great to have kosher food on the beach

If you can do it, the beach bungalows look incredible. The main area of the hotel is incredibly beautiful. Loved the spa, had a great massage and facial
