Pool is nice and so is the beach. Anyways, thanks to Anna at the check out, Omar at the bar, Luis at the bar as well, and many others. Thanks for making this small vacation a great time for us

Pool and beach are beautiful, and rooms are clean. Only negative is it’s very hard and almost impossible to get restaurant reservations

Good stay if on a budget & want to get away, service was friendly, sometimes a bit slow; room was clean upon arrival but during our stay it could have been better stocked in the bathroom, grounds, pool, and beach all very clean; bar staff below La Mexicana were Espectacular( Manuela & José (?); he’s been there 10years!) Main buffet was good- you must make a dinner reservation for all other restaurants...

Clean pool. The property needs to update room maintenance and they need better buffet food options

The hotel is more on the older side however they do a good job to maintain the the grounds clean and offer great amenities like towels, entertainment and food. The restrooms need a little more attention

The grounds, beach, and pools were well maintained and beautiful. Food was good and alot of variety at the buffet

They really have the patience of saints! They made the pool bars fun and made excellent drinks! Kelvin at the bar in the theater was THE SWEETEST! He was very friendly, had the best smile and always had our drinks ready for us

He made us feel truly special and it was so nice meeting him. We will look for him every time we go! Luis, Jimy and Charley at the adult pool bars were phenomenal

He even checked to make sure we got home safely. I would recommend him 1000 times again! Jency! He looked for us every morning for breakfast and we were lucky enough to have him as our waiter for dinner a few times

This would be our first time in Punta Cana and all inclusive. Looking for something all inclusive and adults only. After looking at different resorts, reviews and even YouTube videos

Check-in was a breeze and then we were taken to our room by a butler! When we arrived to our room, once again ,taken away from the size and beautiful room that was ours for our stay

The food options were decent! Plenty of options to choose from! Nightly entertainment was great! The pool is absolutely gorgeous, plenty of space for everyone! The beach was clean of seaweed our entire stay

My experience at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was excellent from start to finish. The resort felt like paradise—beautiful pools, a stunning beach, and spacious suites with every comfort

The entertainment team (specially Nova and fire) were great! Wonderful personalities, plenty of activities & overall made going to the pool and beach a fun time

A huge shoutout to Francis, Nova, J Low, Jorgi, Flower and Junior for going above and beyond to make my stay so much fun! During my visit, there were some issues with sargassum on the beach, but the hotel worked hard to clear it daily, and I really appreciated their effort to keep the area as beautiful as possible

There were plenty of options to choose from, so I never got bored with the food. The entertainment team was outstanding. They not only kept me entertained but also made sure I had company throughout the trip

The restaurants were good – I especially enjoyed Bordeaux for its elegant dining experience and Himitsu, which had a great show from the Chef’s cooking in front of you

The beach was absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm waters that were perfect for relaxing and swimming

We stayed for 8 days and on day 3 finally got to use the swim out we paid for and day 8 finally got hot shower! Pool wasn’t filled water was stagnant shower water cool

Had a wonderful time at this resort. It is in a wonderful location, just a few resorts down from a national park if you want to explore some trails, with a gorgeous beach that is surrounded by tide pools

Best bar is by far the lobby bar, they can serve everyone premium alcohol (other bars it is only for preferred members) and it is open the latest. The bar by the beach is hit and miss but ideal for convenience

Went on a family vacation for 8 adults and 2 kids! Overall the best all inclusive we have been to! Staff is so friendly and kind! The beach is incredible! We spent most of our time there because the water is so beautiful! Luckily at this time of year no seaweed! Food has been better than all of our other places we have been (Cuba and Mexico)! We loved Coco Cafe for their espressoo and Lattes! Loved...

We only got a butler the last three days of service who wasn’t really able to do very much for us but apologize for the pool and apologize for lack of warm water because they needed to get parts to fix the water system, but that should’ve been told to us upon check-in which the room wasn’t even ready at 4 pm

Great drinks!! We stayed in the Tierra suite and it was amazing, private pool and beach front. Our mayordomo was awesome, David C. & Angelo at the beach service was amazing as well

Awesome experience here, smaller resort compared to others but it dosent feel small. Great beach location and excellent staff

The only downside was room service food was not good and not enough breakfast options, just one buffet and we felt the food there was always cold. All other restaurants for lunch & dinner were awesome

We stayed in the Viento Suite Ocean View it was expensive but worth it. We had the second floor and rooftop looking out over the beach to the ocean it was beautiful and the sound of the waves was mesmerizing

After COVID, we finally returned to celebrate my birthday and decided to stay at Live Aqua and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and very clean, and the weather during our stay was perfect

Shout out to Victor OG, Baby Face and Johnny Bravo to name a few. The two ladies working the drinks by the preferred pool closest to the buffet, amazing little team

Not only does the entertainment team work their butts off on stage, but they run around running activities throughout the day, with enthusiasm, while also having a bit of time to stop and say hello; a fist bump or a high five with a big smile

com provided amazing customer service when I needed to make changes to the guest name on my reservation prior to my arrival, they went above and beyond to make this happen

This is our second year in a row visiting and I think we’ll be back next year. Kids love it and the second year was even better, we easily acclimated and jumped right in with an excursion in buggies, second day there

Water slide and lazy river area is fantastic and well staffed observing safety etc. Eateries by the pools are perfect for a quick meal. Whomever designed this place from Hyatt, fantastic job

The beach has a waves but we actually had fun staying close to shore and jumping whenever the waves pass. The resort is not too large, but also not too small

One less comment on the beach is that you can’t swim in the ocean there

The room, just a king with ocean view was so comfortable. Very very clean! Comfy bed, great balcony, The bathroom was GREAT! Jacuzzi tub separate toilet

Doors open up the bathroom to the main room and it’s open and airy or you can keep it private and cozy

Room was clean. Property nicely maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. Lunch and dinner was OK. 24 hour cafe was very nice. Room service was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I’ve never been to an all-inclusive where I’ve actually lost weight before the only restaurant that we’ve found so far where we can find anything that’s reasonably well done is at the steakhouse

I reported a guest stalking us and being rude to my 2 daughters and myself. I text the concierge, talked to the front desk and they did not even respond or talk to me

We just returned from a 10-day stay at the Meliá Adults Only Resort in Punta Cana, and the highlight of our trip was without a doubt the incredible staff at the Elyxr Bar

The bar staff ( Radalis, Ramone and William from the fresco pool bar) at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment I sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

We had such an amazing vacation at Dreams Royal Beach. There are so many staff that are always happy to help. We were very spoiled by the kindness, friendliness, and willingness of the staff to help with any need

I've read many reviews where the beach was loud, and patrons were constantly being solicited by vendors. That was not the case on this beach. It is very quiet and there were almost no vendors and they left us alone

The staff was great everywhere! The steak was amazing at all the restaurants and we all (teenagers included) liked the grill by the beach. The New Year’s celebration was fun and the whole family had a good time!

Beautiful resort nestled in a tropical garden, on a wide sandy beach. But that's already in the description. For the price, the room was nice but cramped for four people. both on the floor and in the furniture

We still enjoy our stay, we love the long walk on the property, the beach was always clean, a lot of seats, love the bars, and caffee by the pool, the juice bars, also we felt safe to walk outside the property for local shopping

Spent about $600 per person on gratuities, cabs (can not walk anywhere from here), "adventures" and local shops. Do research on exchange, dollar goes a long way

Though there were one or two things we disliked, the 10 days I've spent there were honestly the best 10 days of my life, I've been in a few places around the world, but Natura Park and Punta Cana as a whole was the best vacation I ever had, I felt the true meaning of relaxing and forgetting about everything bad in this world while I was there

We just returned from an incredible week at the Hyatt Zilara, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the food and the variety of restaurants were outstanding—far beyond any other hotel we’ve stayed at

Bloved was our favorite dining establishment i the whole resort. I discovered some delicious Dominican food, as well as some familiar dishes. The staff are all happy, kind and very accommodating

They have lots of fun things to do- and it is also a great place to relax! The beach was absolutely beautiful. This was our first trip down south and certainly did not disappoint! We would 100% come back here again!

A couple of issues but were made up for other people. The happiness, Coordinator Hanzel was incredible. Him and his team made our stay 10 times better than it would’ve been without them

The beach is beautiful, the pool is great, the staff are amazing, but the rooms we had (yes, we had to switch rooms more than once) were not great (think leaking AC and water coming out of bathroom pot lights; part of the ceiling came down in our first room) and the food wasn’t that good

Every evening they have fun parties. They have a great gym that I used every time. If you’re looking to book, fun adventures find Eddie the pirate on the beach

the service was awesome, everyone was nice and helpful. The buffet was okay, the meats were mostly too salty and overcooked. Omelette station was great! Wish you had a heated whirlpool. We had a pleasant stay overall.

All in all, I don’t have any regrets and we had a great time, and the pool/ocean/staff made things bearable but I wouldn’t return even at the price we paid

Nehemiah and Eduardo took great care of us in the dining area. It was very attentive and friendly. The whole staff was very attentive and paid post detail to cleanliness

We used the tennis courts to try and keep our bodies moving after floating in the water for a couple days which we liked. The pool had great entertainment and even a foam party on Friday afternoon which was a ton of fun

Punta Cana Princess was a great resort. The staff was excellent all around. The beach and views were excellent. Our room had an amazing sunrise view. My only comment was that the buffet food was only ordinary

Probably the best beach we have been to in Punta Cana. It is wide and nicely slopping into the ocean. There is no coral or rocks in the swimming area and the seaweed was at a minimum

My husband and I chose Sanctuary Cap Cana for our honeymoon after a ton of research and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The resort was absolutely stunning, and extremely clean and well kept

The beach was across the street but the path was private and wasn't inconvenient at all, and the poolside was perfectly fine as well

The private beach area does NOT extend to the water, so you have to brave some pretty aggressive vendors to get to the ocean proper

But then he made it pretty clear that I owed him a drink in return, I ended up being whisked to some bar 10 minutes away and bought him and his friend a round of drinks for an absurd price, then ended up giving him even more money after he complained he can't afford diapers for his kids at what the resort pays

After directly saying I'm not at all interested whatasoever, I got glared at by them for the rest of the stay. The Ugly - There is no ATM in the resort, so I had to walk two blocks in town to go to a bank

The Good - the resort is well-kept, the food was fine, the drinks flowed, and they had plenty of activities for those into that. The room was well air conditioned and the wifi was pricey but stable

The pools can get quite loud at times with multiple foam parties in one week with ear splitting DJ music for two hours straight

Johnny Solano was the most amazing host. He made our stay absolutely great. They have 4 pickle ball courts. He got us the equipment to use when everyone else, didn't have a clue as to what we were wanting to play

Which was to be reserved and additional charge and that didn't seem worth the cost and after being there I felt I made the right choice. Pool had plenty of lounges and so did the beach

The room was great oceanfront with a beautiful view. Our Butler Samuel was wonderful, accommodating and very helpful! Diamond Club is well worth the extra money!
