We had a great time at this hotel. Rooms were clean, food was good and diverse. Wifi was the only complaint we had but animation kept us entertained😆 thanks to Yara, Stephen and Bouda

Service at the pool bar and the restaurant was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming to us. The kind man working on the grill has a special place in our hearts! We would love to visit again

The presence of crows on the beach could be better managed, perhaps by using closed trash bins and implementing stricter control over food leftovers. The music on the beach is quite loud and tends to repeat frequently

About the resort, very ok, they have everything you need for a 5-star hotel, super ok position, enough space on the private beach, where there were 2 lifeguards at all times, and 2 others at the pool, and they weren't just in numbers, very vigilant and responsible

There is no sand entering into the see, you find the reef, so don't forget your reef shoes, the snorkeling area is accessible via a pier, you can find a lifeguard that can borrow you a safety jacket

However, you are entitled to a free lunch at the Italian restaurant, which is located at the end of another hotel (a 15-minute walk or about 8 minutes with the transfer, which runs every 10 minutes)

Towels were given out strangely; on the first day, there were two (for two people), and then one was added each day. But the towels and linen were clean. Of course, there are no slippers or bathrobes in the room

Fruits included guava, physalis, melon, apples, oranges, dates, and bananas. All the fruits were tasty and ripe. But the alcohol is a real pain; it's of terrible quality. We got seriously ill after trying it

There are some decent bartenders, but also some sleepy and disgruntled ones. There's even a drink menu, but the bartenders seem to be seeing it for the first time and claim nothing on it exists

Sometimes, they might even clear your plate from under your nose if you're still eating or drinking and there's only a little left, without asking. However, service at the bars is quite slow

The good: The reef snorkeling is absolutely incredible, genuinely world class and right on your doorstep. If you like snorkeling, this alone might justify staying here
