There are several pools on the premises, including two heated pools, which is a great bonus. The animation team is friendly, energetic, and genuinely entertaining

Drinks at the bar are of good quality with a wide variety available. Sunbeds are plentiful, so there’s no need to worry about availability

Staff will do anything and everything for you. Very clean and tidy everywhere. WiFi worked everywhere with no outages. My only issue was the lack of spirits but that’s only because I like a peach schnapps during the day

Hotel has ample activties for the whole family. Entertainment staff were freindly, especially Merekl. Room staff Wael Mahdy , went out of his way leaving a special towel design everyday and was very friendly

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it continues to be excellent. The food selection is very varied, with grilled options available every evening and plenty of choices for vegetarians

I really liked the snack bar near heated pool ,staff are great happy people ,was a pleasure to eat there ,cheese burger and chips were great ,liked the pizza selection too .

Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match

Excellent selection of food, it was delicious, maybe a bit more of an English breakfast selection, Hotel was beautiful and staff from cleaner Mahmoud, bar staff chef's and waiters you really couldn't say anything about them, a few definitely need to brush up on people skills but overall was a great holiday, also a little mention of the gardeners who cared for everything

The lagoon is a real good place to enjoy your quiet night there. The beach is very good but it's a rocky one

The gardens and the green areas are very well maintained and the gardeners are doing super work with keeping such a vast area well taken care

Because the resort is very large, there are many activities. You can play in the water park, go snorkeling in the sea, participate in beach activities including yoga, Zumba, and volleyball

+ Food quality good but feels often like in a canteen +Beautiful building and access to two neighbors hotels -- beach is not nice -- pools are super cold and 80% of the pools is not used by the people in November when there is 28 C outside

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

The beach was clean, and the water was perfect for swimming. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

This means Nov-March you cannot really use the pools, only the small heated one. - we both got sick, not sure if it was the hotels fault

If there is anything to mention for improvement, it would be the volleyball court. A better ball would be great, and improved lighting in the evening would make playing much easier

There's a pool from the sea but it's just not as good as the sea itself. The animation show was good but wasn't great. They need more creativity and more engaging activities but overall we had a a great time !!

Staying at the Tianweng Seashore Castle Business Suite was an experience filled with tenderness and poetic charm. The room was spacious and elegant, with an endless blue sea right outside the window

Excellent! The facilities are comprehensive, with a perfect resort setup including a swimming pool and private beach. The castle-like environment facing the Red Sea is stunning

The room was incredibly spacious. I booked a standard sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded me directly to Building 4. The sea-view balcony was absolutely beautiful, and the hotel itself is very photogenic

The hotel view is awesome you can see the sea from the reception which is outstanding. The only downside is the sea is very rocky, they need a marina desperately to make this hotel like no other

I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough

I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. Commendable behavior, I have no doubt that whenever I come to Sharm, I will only stay at this hotel

In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry

Main pool heated and nice and warm, you can stay in it all day! The food is plentiful although plain but nice. Many bars and seating areas across the hotel. Very good wi-fi connection throughout the complex

The lifeguards and workers at the towel stations were lovely, I did not catch some of their names however I do remember Ibrahim (I apologise if I spelt wrong) who was very helpful and kind, just like the other lifeguards and towel station workers at the main pool

At the towel station at the beach, the staff were lovely, especially Mohammed who was very helpful and would help us with anything we needed, even if we did not ask

The staff at Rose Restaurant were so kind and would have lovely conversations with me and my family everyday (I did not catch their names but there were two specific workers, one who would take our dirty plates and one who would take our glass’s and bring us drinks, who were both incredible)

Our vacation isn't over yet, but if you're looking for a perfect place, I highly recommend this one. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; just looking at their faces is enough to make you feel positive

A fantastic hotel for grandparents with children and grandchildren. There's an adults-only area on the first floor with sun loungers and a swimming pool

The rooms are a great size and very comfortable. The hotel is a short bus journey away from the beach which is really convenient

Staying at the Jaz Aquaviva for one week. The hotel is superb very clean and the rooms are great. All the staff have been amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to help make your stay amazing

The food is also very good, lots of variety, and the snack bar is good too. The bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails and the bar staff here are wonderful too

Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few

Excellent resort friendly staff, food is different everyday but it's different to my taste. The aqua park is great with all the pools and slides. The spa is perfect for relaxation I booked 2 sessions before I left.

We have visited this hotel a few times, we ended up checking out a couple of days early as we both had sickness and upset stomach the whole time we was there just as we thought it was getting better every time we would eat something we were running for the toilet to be sick or need the toilet, the food is the same everyday, the eggs are raw was at breakfast, sun beds on the beach was a big issue not...

Pros: Location: This hotel boasts a prime location right on a beautiful sandy beach. Perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear water, just steps from your room

Ended up booking here last minute due to our holiday to Zanzibar being cancelled, so had few options and very little time to research, but luckily we struck gold! From the warm and efficient reception on arrival the exceptional service continued throughout our 2 week stay

The balcony was really big with a nice view over the gardens down to the sea

The beach is clean with plenty of sun beds, with an option of adults only section. The hospitality staff are friendly, bringing drinks, moving sun beds

And finally, there is a guy who works at the Spa, he will harass you everyday, 2-3 times per day, whether you are around the pool or the beach, there is no escape from him pestering you to book a treatment at the Spa

Room: We had room 9205, a deluxe select room above the swim up rooms which was really well placed to get to everywhere in the resort. The room was huge with a big bathroom with separate loo and shower area

We arrived very late and they had thoughtfully put sandwiches, cake and fruit in our room

Grounds are beautiful, you can sit at the beach and see a beautiful sunrise over the Red Sea, water park next door was such a nice perk of staying at Serenity

The sea is deep and the waves are strong in the afternoon, making it dangerous. The beach is narrow and dangerous, but there are plenty of fish to see

Lying by the sea was truly comfortable. I didn't pay attention to the location when booking the hotel, and it's quite far from the city center. Next time, I'll probably consider staying in the city.

Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand

There were many pools, and evening performances. I saw a lot of Caucasians, almost no Asians. Maybe I've stayed in too many hotels like this, so it didn't impress me much

All the meals were buffet style, and the taste was pretty much the same for everything, so it got repetitive and boring after a while, but they were generous with the meat portions

But there are plenty of pools for kids, so that's why. But honestly, the sea is the most interesting. After a place like this, going back to a regular place seems a bit boring

The only negatives were: Wheels on bed didn't lock Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!" Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our trip and hope to return someday

Plenty of water in the room; I had an upgraded room, and I liked it. The beach is clean and pleasant. The sea might not be to everyone's tastes; there's a reef, lots of reefs, deep, and the water is active

The restaurant staff is 5 out of 5. The reception and coffee shop staff are also 5 out of 5. It's amazing how some people do their jobs, even humming a little; it's clear they love what they do, and it's a pleasure

There are interesting evening programs, good cuisine, a wide variety of food, and delicious fish (I can't comment on the meat, as I don't eat meat, but it looked amazing). The fruit, however, was mostly unripe

They have a variety of breakfast buffet and you can also avail of their lunch and dinner buffet. Sometimes we avail their dinner buffet when we are both tired and do not want to go somewhere

The only thing that lets the hotel down is their facilities which are very old and dirty, the bathroom’s need a massive upgrade. ESP the bathtubs

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu

The food selection was great throughout the day. There was always a wide range of fish, meat and vegetarian options. The pool and beach areas were clean and had plenty of space with a good mix of sun and shade

The hotel is nice and clean, the room facing a swimming pool, with great AC, the only downside is the water pressure at the bathroom is a bit low

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

A fantastic stay! The snorkeling was top-notch, the room had an amazing pool and ocean view, there were four restaurants offering a variety of choices, and the service was warm and attentive! I woke up naturally every day, went to the sea, ate dinner right after getting out of the water, and even caught the beer festival – I could relax for four days straight!

To top it all off, a small terrace with chairs and a table where you can gaze out at the sea. The sea is just steps away, the beach is well-kept and clean, with a walkway that takes you beyond the coral reef

The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen

I had an amazing stay at the Mercure! The beach is beautiful with its own coral reef—perfect for snorkeling. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive

Amazing stay at lovely beachfront location, but the hotel restaurant was not good. Aside from the great breakfast buffet, all other food was delivered cold and unappetising.
