10/10 experience! The staffs are just so hospitable making our experience so enjoyable that we wished we stayed for another few more night. Would definitely come back again!

Nice people, excellent food, fish every day. Plenty of fruit and vegetable salads. I liked the desserts: chocolate mousse and bananas in caramel. Drink Mai Tai.

Everything was good, just a heads-up that the bellhop asked for a tip.

Harika Bir Konaklama – A Stay That Turned My Trip Around – Ein Aufenthalt, der meinen Urlaub gerettet hat I only stayed in Hurghada for two days, and unfortunately my first day didn’t go well because I had booked the wrong hotel

I chose to stay here because of a popular golf course. I found an online coach, and the sand traps were incredibly challenging. Most of the hotel guests were older Caucasians, and it was surprisingly quiet

The hotel itself is quite large, and the snorkeling area is expansive with very clean water. The buffet theme changes daily, so you can always find something you like

Everything was great except for the hotel management’s lack of respect toward the pasta chef at lunch, as he was standing under the scorching sun while there were movable umbrellas just a few meters away that could have been placed to give him some shade

The staff of the front office were excellent and professional and also thoseof the room service, but some of the staff at the restaurants are not the same, especially those at the oriental restaurant

It seems that you can also get light meals at the restaurant near the beach depending on the time. As for alcohol, the beer is Sakkara beer, not Stella

There are several types of cocktails, and the lineup available at all restaurants and bars is the same. If possible, I recommend drinking at the lobby bar. It seems that you can smoke anywhere on the premises

You can order a la carte at the restaurant for lunch. At breakfast, there is a live kitchen (fried eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs) on the balcony of the restaurant, so it is recommended

There are cats living throughout the hotel, so if you don't like them, be careful (they will try to get into your room). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffet style (changes daily)

When we asked, they said they had upgraded one of our rooms. After much negotiation, they finally combined the two rooms into one suite with a much better view. We didn't check in until 6:30 PM

The hotel has a great location and environment. The all-inclusive price is hassle-free, and the surrounding area is also very convenient.

In the end, to avoid ruining our vacation, we had to compromise! If you want ocean views, there are plenty of options there; if you want better service, don't bother

Throughout the entire process, the housekeeping manager was extremely arrogant

PS: The waiting area was behind the front desk, and we almost froze to death!

This was one of those all-inclusive packages, but since we were only staying one night and leaving the next morning, we didn't have that option. The room was full of Europeans. It felt like their vacation paradise

Swimming pool is huge, includes a small area for kids, and guests have access to the aqua park in The V hotel (side by side to Pyramisa) The sand beach is very good, and the open water is extremely amazing

Very good hotel, amazing food and friendly animation. We enjoyed the pool party and particularly the evening entertainment. All staff are friendly and we feel so welcomed here, we enjoyed our stay here.

The restaurant isn't as clean as it should be for a 5-star hotel; birds are flying around indoors. There is no angle in the bathtub, so the water stays in the cabin and also on the bathroom floor

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

We went there in December which is the winter season. The water is a bit cold so we couldn't fully enjoy the water facilities in the resort. There is abundance of food for guests for breakfast and lunch

The beach is lovely white and long. Swimming is easy with all the sandy bottom. The entertainment is also great. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. However the secret sauce to this hotel is the staff

We have been coming for ten years. There is very little staff turnover which indicates great management. The hotel staff are a family and care for the guests as well as each other. We cannot recommend highly enough

We came from England to Egypt for my first time and were graciously accepted and welcomed by everybody including the staff and guests. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, polite and welcoming

The beach is on site, a short walk from the room. There is a floating bridge to see cool fishes. The palm tree lighting is beautiful in the dark. A wide variety of food and desserts. A golf cart took us to our room

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious

The resort maintains a very high standard of five-star service, and I personally think it's a hotel with excellent value for money in the Red Sea

Definitely 5 star but if I was to be critical of anything it's the lack of coral and fish off of the resort beach compared to other resorts we've stayed at, and I don't think there's anything the hotel can do about it

Our 9 night stay at the Savoy was very pleasant. There's plenty to do and the staff are great and friendly especially Ashraf at the pool who was always friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him

We enjoyed the all inclusive - free drinks and many and la carte restaurants too choose in addition to the Main buffet restaurant. Some times We gave 2 euro in tips to some waiters/emploees

We had ordered a trip to Luxor with another Company, but maybe better to have ordered it by the hotell. The hotell was clean and nice, also big rooms. Only thing is that the beds and pillows was a bit hard

The water in the beach sometimes it goes way off the beach because of the reflux, if you want deep weather you need to go somewhere around 800 meters

We had at the Spa very nice beauty treatments by Sara and very nice massasje by Manar/Basmala

Very good value for money place the Aqua was nice ,heated pool ,staff ,varity of restaurants and food 3 nights did not feel bored at all with all activities you can do there every one there starting from reception trying to make your vacation easier

The food was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. My favourite was the Lebanese restaurant, which served delicious, authentic dishes full of flavour

Late night check-in was fast and smooth. A golf cart took us to our room. The sunrise was beautiful from the window. The sea is on site, just a few minutes of walking and stairs

Just so you know, the hotel’s beach is only for diving; there is no shallow area for swimming

There's a submersed bridge to walk among the awesome fishes and snorkel. The canteen is good with a variety of food. There are shops on site to buy clothes and stuff, also a small grocery store

Would have stayed there longer if they had vacant rooms, but it was all booked out

But if you walk a bit outside, there are minibuses passing by and you can go anywhere with them. You can also take their number and contact them later when you want to go somewhere

Other restaurants were disappointing: the beach club had hygiene issues (birds around the food, oil everywhere), and the à la carte restaurants (Italian and Buddha Bar) were below expectations ! average quality, tough meat, and very basic sushi

Pools are heated in December, which is perfect for kids. The kids’ club is also a big advantage, open from 10 AM to 5 PM, giving parents some time to relax or explore

The choice wasn’t limited, but there was little variation. At the pool, it was noticeable that tipping played an important role

Made our Wedding Anniversary stay amazing. Food was delicious, plenty of choice and always spaces to sit down. Room was very clean, bed is comfortable, overall the whole hotel is well looked after, clean and modern

The resort has great sports facilities: paddle and tennis courts are a big plus. However, the tennis court needs maintenance, and the volleyball court is poorly lit at night, making it difficult to play after sunset

I really liked the hotel's spacious grounds, which include a beautiful garden, a flowing artificial river, and large swimming pools, one of which has warm water. The beautiful beach has two restaurants and cafes

They set up a candlelit dinner on the beach for us, and it was truly quite dreamy, and we couldn’t have planned it better

This is the first time at this hotel as a couple and probably the last as my husband gas dementia. But everyone has been so kind and helpful, the food plentiful and the standard very high

MORE INFORMATION 1 - Great snorkelling attached to hotel My wife and I have been to Egypt 8 times including this holiday and this is probably the best volume and variety of fish we have ever seen! Access is via a short floating jetty, which although a bit wobbly is secure enough

2 - Great food, both in buffet and specialty restaurants Both the quality and variety of food in the main buffet was very good indeed. There were a number of chefs walking around checking food levels

The jetty is just a few minutes walk from anywhere in the hotel complex and there is a golf cart style free taxi service available depending on what time you choose to go

8am as that’s when the jetty opens and it’s also when many fish choose to feed. Apart from winter sun, snorkelling is one of the main reasons we go to Egypt so often

Therefore, this was a big highlight for us! Hotel Management: It would be nice if the floating jetty was a little less wobbly. Some sections move up and down

There are plenty of sunbeds both at the pool and on the beach. Rich animation program provided by an international team (I enjoyed having conversations in Spanish with always smiling Ibis)

Since it was the end of the year, I expected it to be too cold to swim, but during the day, even at 22 degrees Celsius, the sun was quite strong, and many people were swimming in both the pool and the sea

Some corals were colorful, like purple and pink, and there were many large blue shells. I wanted to see more spectacular coral and fish, so I took an INDRIVE to Ras Um Sid's beach club

It's recommended to book these early as there's a limited capacity. The hotel had many pools and cute cats, making it a very comfortable stay. My only complaint was that the shower water in my room was lukewarm

Very satisfied, spent a very perfect three days, if you can stay for a week it would be even better. The hotel is located eight minutes away from the airport by taxi, and a few minutes walk from the beach
