Nice hotel, breakfast buffet is not 5 star Direct. Same breakfast every day, had to eat out the last three days in the hotel.

The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day

The hotel is very good , but Rooms are old . Location is awesome , serves is good , many restaurants and they do have bus to take guest to the hotel private beach . I recommend it for families

Excellent location, very good hotel

I originally wrote a glowing review after our earlier stays, but unfortunately, I’ve had to edit it based on this recent experience. First, the toilet in our room had a strong sewerage smell, which was very unpleasant

Everything was great except for the hotel management’s lack of respect toward the pasta chef at lunch, as he was standing under the scorching sun while there were movable umbrellas just a few meters away that could have been placed to give him some shade

The staff of the front office were excellent and professional and also thoseof the room service, but some of the staff at the restaurants are not the same, especially those at the oriental restaurant

It seems that you can also get light meals at the restaurant near the beach depending on the time. As for alcohol, the beer is Sakkara beer, not Stella

There are several types of cocktails, and the lineup available at all restaurants and bars is the same. If possible, I recommend drinking at the lobby bar. It seems that you can smoke anywhere on the premises

You can order a la carte at the restaurant for lunch. At breakfast, there is a live kitchen (fried eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs) on the balcony of the restaurant, so it is recommended

There are cats living throughout the hotel, so if you don't like them, be careful (they will try to get into your room). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffet style (changes daily)

When we asked, they said they had upgraded one of our rooms. After much negotiation, they finally combined the two rooms into one suite with a much better view. We didn't check in until 6:30 PM

The hotel has a great location and environment. The all-inclusive price is hassle-free, and the surrounding area is also very convenient.

In the end, to avoid ruining our vacation, we had to compromise! If you want ocean views, there are plenty of options there; if you want better service, don't bother

Throughout the entire process, the housekeeping manager was extremely arrogant

PS: The waiting area was behind the front desk, and we almost froze to death!

This was one of those all-inclusive packages, but since we were only staying one night and leaving the next morning, we didn't have that option. The room was full of Europeans. It felt like their vacation paradise

The beach is lovely white and long. Swimming is easy with all the sandy bottom. The entertainment is also great. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. However the secret sauce to this hotel is the staff

We have been coming for ten years. There is very little staff turnover which indicates great management. The hotel staff are a family and care for the guests as well as each other. We cannot recommend highly enough

The hotel was very nice! Great vibes and activities every day! Food was good, the people working there were all very friendly and nice! It was safe and they have cameras everywhere The gym was big and well equipped

I’m almost afraid to recommend this hotel… because I might not find a free room the next time I come back! 😉 I’ve stayed here more than once, and every single visit has been absolutely excellent — both the standard of the rooms and the service are consistently top-notch

I want to say that we come here twice a year for a month each time. We are Canadian which is somewhat unusual in this area. The hotel itself is beautiful. The gardens stunning and the food sumptuous

The rooms are spacious and have their own pool. The cleanliness is excellent, and the buffet is excellent, offering a wide selection of seafood, meat, desserts, and snacks, with menu changes for extended stays

The staff are also very friendly and attentive, with no discrimination. The ocean view is stunning, the water is wide, and the beach is clean. This is a perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation

In February the swimming polls and the sea was cold but the garden around and restaurant service was very good

The resort isn't the newest, but its has its own unique charms. Plus, the beautifully maintained gardens and plenty of greenery help to relax. Overall, the Staff os very friendly and helpful with lots od smiles

During the day we were supposed to leave due to unfortunate circumstances (a lot of people from the hotel were from our country and wanted to go back as quickly as possible) He was more the patient and understanding with everyone as far and we saw, and also gave us late check out for free so we won't get caught in the rush and chaos at the border from the all the people heading back

The hotel was welcoming from the moment we entered. Mr Fadel took care to check us in quickly and efficiently, and very kindly gave us a late check-out and an upgraded room

Mr Mustafa the concierge also treated us with great efficiency and kindness. This is Egyptian hospitality at its best. The room was spacious, very comfortable, with lovely shower and a balcony with a sea view

The amenities at the hotel were awesome, fun, and relaxing. The hotel was being run exceptionally efficient by the general manager Mr Moheeb, even during the busy season

The beach is on site, a short walk from the room. There is a floating bridge to see cool fishes. The palm tree lighting is beautiful in the dark. A wide variety of food and desserts. A golf cart took us to our room

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

Ahmed Is the Best Bartender in Egypt! It is was an amazing stay at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh beach resort and one of the absolute highlights was Ahmed at the pool bar

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave

Definitely 5 star but if I was to be critical of anything it's the lack of coral and fish off of the resort beach compared to other resorts we've stayed at, and I don't think there's anything the hotel can do about it

We enjoyed the all inclusive - free drinks and many and la carte restaurants too choose in addition to the Main buffet restaurant. Some times We gave 2 euro in tips to some waiters/emploees

We had ordered a trip to Luxor with another Company, but maybe better to have ordered it by the hotell. The hotell was clean and nice, also big rooms. Only thing is that the beds and pillows was a bit hard

The water in the beach sometimes it goes way off the beach because of the reflux, if you want deep weather you need to go somewhere around 800 meters

We had at the Spa very nice beauty treatments by Sara and very nice massasje by Manar/Basmala

Very good value for money place the Aqua was nice ,heated pool ,staff ,varity of restaurants and food 3 nights did not feel bored at all with all activities you can do there every one there starting from reception trying to make your vacation easier

It's worth noting that the sea view rooms are different from the pictures; they offer views of the external road and construction site plus a distant side sea view, not views of the internal pool and greenery plus the side sea view

The pools and Aqua Park were very good and enjoyed my time there. The sea shore has a very beautiful collection of coral reefs and many activities is available

It’s a nice resort but been to better places with better service in sharm. The beach is ok but there’s no sand really, although you could snorkel and walk amongst the fish

Pools are heated in December, which is perfect for kids. The kids’ club is also a big advantage, open from 10 AM to 5 PM, giving parents some time to relax or explore

The choice wasn’t limited, but there was little variation. At the pool, it was noticeable that tipping played an important role

Made our Wedding Anniversary stay amazing. Food was delicious, plenty of choice and always spaces to sit down. Room was very clean, bed is comfortable, overall the whole hotel is well looked after, clean and modern

The resort has great sports facilities: paddle and tennis courts are a big plus. However, the tennis court needs maintenance, and the volleyball court is poorly lit at night, making it difficult to play after sunset

This was my favorite hotel throughout my entire Egypt trip! Luxor's weather was wonderfully warm, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The sunlight streaming through the sheer curtains was absolutely beautiful

MORE INFORMATION 1 - Great snorkelling attached to hotel My wife and I have been to Egypt 8 times including this holiday and this is probably the best volume and variety of fish we have ever seen! Access is via a short floating jetty, which although a bit wobbly is secure enough

2 - Great food, both in buffet and specialty restaurants Both the quality and variety of food in the main buffet was very good indeed. There were a number of chefs walking around checking food levels

The jetty is just a few minutes walk from anywhere in the hotel complex and there is a golf cart style free taxi service available depending on what time you choose to go

8am as that’s when the jetty opens and it’s also when many fish choose to feed. Apart from winter sun, snorkelling is one of the main reasons we go to Egypt so often

Therefore, this was a big highlight for us! Hotel Management: It would be nice if the floating jetty was a little less wobbly. Some sections move up and down
