We spent most of our time by the pool, and thanks to him it was always clean, calm, and very comfortable. He was caring, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect for guests

You can eat or drink at the all inclusive bars on the beach, but cannot go into the pool area directly behind the beach

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful place with a great atmosphere, but there are still some things that could be improved, especially the food, which could be more professional and diverse

However, what truly made our vacation special was one person - Hossam. He was honestly the best staff member at the hotel

The evening shows were another major highlight. The variety was amazing-from professional dance performances and live music to hilarious interactive comedy sketches that had the whole audience laughing

People like him make a huge difference, and he is definitely a big reason why we enjoyed our stay so much

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

The beach is beautiful, the sunbeds were often taken early, but we still always managed to find some. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A fantastic stay overall, and we would happily return

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

It boasts large, beautiful grounds, excellent food, and a special thank you to all the kitchen staff—the cooks and waiters—the service was unobtrusive, and the sea was beyond praise

I just had a wonderful holiday at fort arabesque! The place was so beautifully done and maintained, with the gardens, pools, bars and restaurants

We found that very rude, like a scam. We also loved the dinners at the beach bar, with the delicious barbecue, and the Greek restaurant

The slides amazing so much fun for all the family ! The kids club also great my kids loved it. Beach a little outch to walk out in so would advise sea shoes but beautiful beach area and lots of fish to see

Rooms are spacious and clean, would be desired to renew plumbing but for its price is ok. Territory of hotel is really big, green, with playground, private beach and aquapark. Is available heated outdoor pool (29°)

Because in neighbour hotel Alladin Beach Resort swimming pools are located closer to beach and nearby less buildings so if its strong wind you will feel it

What I really liked that hotel buildings near main swimming pool was protecting from strong wind

Very good bonus that you can use neighbour hotel territories, even take drinks at the beach and if interested to book a free dinner in Alladin Beach Resort

Ali ~ Baba We have traveled to Egypt a few times now and this hotel was slightly more dated inside to others we have stayed BUT the staff ,facilities , food and location has been the BEST ! The kids and me and my partner didn’t want to come home

Nice beach for walking, swimming outside good, near the beach not deep enough, you can walk.

The activities available here are fantastic and impressively well organized. There’s always something enjoyable to take part in, whether you’re in the mood for something adventurous, relaxing, or creative

The food is absolutely outstanding — every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that the kitchen team puts a lot of care and passion into every meal

Really lovely beach, free use of sunbeds and the staff bring any drinks to you. It always felt clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was the condition of our room

They have a taxi service at the hotel and it cost us about £40 for a return (considering it was a 35 min drive each way we thought that was pretty good) There are shops just outside the hotel, a chemist & souvenir shop amongst others

Despite this we would visit again, we'd just ensure we had a better room next time! The food is ok, nothing spectacular but good enough. The staff, especially in the restaurant, we're always lovely

So helpful and great with the kids. Karim especially! It's a way out from anywhere so you'd need to be prepared to get a taxi if you wanted to go into hurghada

It was clean but definitely not up to standard. The was a staple hanging out of my son's bed, which we found when it stabbed him

The shower door came off it's hinge when we opened it, it was just generally in poor condition

the hotel service is really good loved the activities and it feels special ever time we at any pool or beach they came and ask if need anything so that i don’t move from my place for anything

all the food area are amazing especially grill houses near the pool plus ice cream and waffle counter was really a treat everyday ( loved the pancakes ) managers were really good n helpful shout out for Ahmed mansur amazing guy ( manager )

The TV signal was poor, the phone didn’t work (forcing us to climb stairs repeatedly to report issues), and while the shower was eventually fixed, it then flooded into the bedroom

We were informed that Russian and Ukrainian guests shared the same band colour—something that felt highly inappropriate given current global sensitivities

On first impression, the Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh is undeniably beautiful. However, the experience quickly fell short of its 5-star rating

Despite “renovated” rooms, ours was covered in dust and building residue (plaster in sockets, switches, and even the shower). Many power sockets didn’t work—we had to unplug the TV or fridge just to use the kettle

We tried amoura (Lebanese) our favourite, limoni (Italian) also amazing and sinfiran. You also have the option of the main buffet, pool side restaurants and beach restaurant

There’s plenty of options and tasted all delicious. There are 3 main pools which includes 1 adults only, They are heated which was great

Staff were very lovely, in the buffet area they were always helpful and welcoming. Also, everywhere around the resort they are available and always ready to make your day better

Honestly if not the best hotel I stayed in!! The staffs are amazing and the food wow just wow! Stayed for 4 nights so had access to 3 A La Carte restaurants and when I tell you they were amazing

Food was amazing; it was fresh, plenty with multiple options but I had mixed feelings here and I won’t blame that on the restaurant as I am very peculiar about food taste

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized. you need no worries about food. the thing that I did not like is the room service

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around

Beach is good, there are two places to see fish, one is closer in ponton can even see lion fish and eel, but in the end of ponton, which is quite a walk 900 m is really spectacular coral Riff with a lot of different fish

A wonderful all inclusive resort with multiple restaurants and bars on property. They also have a small shopping mall which includes pharmacy, snack shop and clinic. Bar service on the main level is 24 hours a day

Sea is slightly rocky with a place for snorkeling and googles are there to hire WiFi connectivity is great everywhere but the speed is so limited , suitable for browsing but not streaming

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The pools are superb, and you can stand almost everywhere. The entertainment team is great and not intrusive. There are shops opposite the hotel, and a shopping center nearby for those who enjoy shopping

The food is good quality in all the restaurants and snack bars. The soft drinks are excellent, including bottled brands like Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite. The juices are fantastic: mango, guava, melon, apple, and orange

This is the best experience I have had in such a long time traveling, unparalleled service, and great value for money food! In contrast, the facilities and environment in the room may not reach such a high standard

A taxi to Hurghada city center, which is 15 minutes away, costs around €2, but be aware that they prefer cash, so bring some change. We will definitely return to this hotel

There were many people, and we were the only Chinese guests here; everyone was a Russian VIP. The environment was okay, and the snorkeling conditions seemed alright without comparison

Overall it's OK, the rooms are quite new, the swimming pool is large, the seaside scenery and snorkeling facilities are good. The service is OK, but not particularly attentive.

Environment: It's quite close to the beach, so no need to drive, which is very convenient. Service: I hadn't checked in at 2:00 that day, and I kept asking before I even got my room card

The room is nice, but there are not enough plugs. The hotel facilities are perfect, with tennis courts, table tennis, billiards, free drinks at the water bar until sunset, and beach volleyball

Beach spots are limited, so you need to arrive early to secure a good spot. Some staff members were rude, and there was no hot water on our first night

The front desk's line was that they had given us a free upgrade, but the room we got looked exactly like the pictures of the room we booked. The sea view from the balcony was also obstructed

The pool downstairs was the coldest I've ever experienced in any hotel. It was hilarious watching everyone, mostly foreigners, touch the water and then shiveringly walk away

All in all, I personally don't recommend it… The Red Sea is beautiful, but if you're not going out to sea and just experiencing the hotel services, I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The beach views were limited, and the beach itself wasn't great. My overall impression from this Egypt trip is that hotel front desk staff generally aren't very good

The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent. They were very accommodating with the free extra bed, which was a nice bonus! The breakfast had a great variety of bread and fruit, but it was mostly vegetarian

The breakfast was Western-style with a good variety, though if you're craving Chinese food, you'll have to adjust your expectations. It's perfectly fine for filling your stomach though

we had so much fun at this resort! The beach is so beautiful, overlooks an island, and well-maintained, the water is so blue and you can see and swim with lots of different fish! I would recommend scuba diving as there is a lot to see just one the shore of your own beach! The food was also amazing: lots of variety and a great mix between middle eastern and western cuisine with lots of options and snack...

Went there with our 16 month old at the time and were so impressed by the cleanliness, the food quality (and variety) and the amenities on the beach!! The resort has a playground close to the breakfast restaurant AND a playground ON THE BEACH - making it ideal for toddlers

The different pools serve different needs - there's a quiet pool, a party pool, a kids pool (with a big slide). None of the pools had swim up bars though, and the kids pools didn't have shade, which sucked

We didn't feel the need to do any snorkeling excursions because you could go snorkeling all day long just on the beach that comes with the resort

We stayed there for a week from the 21st June. Many pools, and the beach is amazing and great scenery. In my opinion, I feel there there could’ve been a lot more options to choose from

Hotel complex, food, amenities, services are beyond our expectations. Beach was supperb with gorgeous coral reef nearby for snorkling. Area for improvements are wine/spirits quality and slippery tiles around the pool

Beautiful resort, located on a small island just outside Luxor. We had a family room, which were two interconnect rooms. 3 pools, of which one is (slightly) heated

There are 3 pools there and we enjoyed them, even though temperature was not warm enough we still managed to swim a little bit in infinite pool which is the biggest

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was efficient and smooth. The facilities were good, and everything worked as expected, making it a reliable choice for our overnight stay
