Still needs lots of effort,, but in general it was nice, and the stuff is good and friendly. Swimming there among 🐠 🐠 is such a nice experience. But please keep the beach and the sea clean

Take care there is a kind of dangerous 🐠 there, it usually appears near the beach after sunset

We stayed in room 11011 from January 31st to February 9th. For a 5-star hotel, the bathroom needed a refresh. The silicone in the shower and dark furniture throughout the room and bathroom don't give it a modern feel

But that wasn't a major issue for us since we were out of the room most of the time anyway. The room was always beautifully cleaned and smelled nice. Things that should have been in the room were replenished

I can't mention everyone by name, but it was wonderful to meet you all. We ate breakfast and lunch at the beach restaurant most of the time

After 14 years of coming to Egypt and staying in many hotels, this one is average. What sets it apart are the excellent sunshades and a beautiful beach. Crowds and waiting for everything: meals, a free table, juices, etc

The gentleman who always cleaned our room was very kind. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. From the gardeners to every member of staff, genuine friendliness and smiles radiated

The best 3 star hotel we have stayed at, everything has been perfect here, the staff, the room, the swimming pools, the grounds, the hygiene, lovely tasty food, the beach and sea is so beautiful, clean with a coral reaf with lots of fish to see

Good place near the town centre but the room is not good The furniture in the rooms is old and needs to be renewed, and the beach is not near and not suitable for swimming because there are many rocks in it

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained

A special highlight was the Cleopatra SPA – truly amazing! I also want to give a big thanks to Yasmine, who did my hair beautifully. She was professional, kind, and very talented. I will definitely come back again

Beautiful, well-maintained green territory, a very good beach, and the possibility to swim directly from the shore. Sunbeds were always available everywhere – by the pool and on the beach, even in the first line

Stayed for one week all inclusive. All the hotels within the resort are excellently maintained, pool areas clean as are the surrounding areas. Beach front was also beautiful with good swim/snorkelling

Particularly Erika was always available, kind, genuine and a real class act! They all went above and beyond to help and entertain us but they also made genuine friends out of us and I really hope one day I get the chance to exchange the kindness and host them

The coral reef is a magical place, where I had the chance to go diving and snorkeling and see Napoleon fish in their natural habitat

Hotel was beautifully decorated throughout for Xmas which was very sweet considering it’s mainly a Muslim country! The room was spacious with great air-con, we stayed in a family suite and the kids loved having their “own room” within our room

Our room has been cleaned daily, and overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The water park and pool areas are well-maintained and a lot of fun for the children

Staff were honestly incredible ! All waiting staff, entertainment team, lifeguards, cleaners really were top tier. Mahmoud (pic below) really went above and beyond for us and the kids adored him

This was the best budget hotel we stayed at in Egypt. The biggest plus was the fantastic buffet selection, especially seafood: crabs, mussels, shrimp, and four or five types of fish

The pastries weren't quite as tasty, but that's not a deal-breaker. We went to the Charmilion Sea Life beach

Our room was cleaned to an impecable standard by the turnover staff, and our cleaner often made animal shapes out of towels for the kids, which they loved! The servers and cleaners are always making sure things are cleared off tables fast and wiped down regularly with cleaners always around mopping floors and gardeners taking care of the grounds constantly

We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us

There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of food options. These facilities were spaced out well, so you didn’t have to walk far to find a counter to order a drink

There’s a lifeguard on duty from morning to sunset, which added a great sense of comfort. Food variety and quality was great, we've never were hungry or unsatisfied with our meals

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the service was genuinely excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable

I'll start by saying that we were warmly received, and the reception and accommodation were great. Everything was taken care of quickly and without hassling us after a long trip

The beach is amazing, sandy and the water is clear, suitable for kids and also snorkeling. There are 3 pools, one for small kids. The pools are clean and the life guards are very awake to any one who breaks the rules

A great stay at Albatros Aqua Park, Sharm El Sheikh We spent 10 days here and left very satisfied. The water park is large with slides for all ages, the pools are clean, and the resort is well maintained

Good place good food but far away to sea it has service

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — they brought fresh fruit to our room and provided as much water as we needed, which was a really thoughtful detail

Located a 10-minute drive from the airport, the room was the same as in the pictures, slightly larger, and cleanliness was up to Egyptian standards

The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, the best we had during our week in Egypt, and very good value for the price. There were lots and lots of cats in the courtyard

There were several supermarkets close by, so we were able to buy souvenirs at very good prices. Taking a taxi to the souk was affordable and straightforward, making it easy to explore the area

Also a couple of splash parks for wee ones and a wave pool. They also have a “crazy river” where you can row around in a raft battle wave: this was a lot of fun

Italian, Fish, Chinese, Indian, Egyptian. Options of a snack bars during day doing pizza, nuggets, burgers, hot dogs etc. We never went hungry, and waiting staff are amazing, very attentive and happy to see you

Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were absolutely fantastic – we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived

The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored

Nice beach... food is ok. Overall not bad.

Large heated pool, the food is monotonous but tasty, the room is clean and comfortable (only we didn’t have a very good view of the fence), the staff is very friendly, beer and other alcoholic drinks are poured in any quantity

Nice place to stay at , the idea of having both aqua park and access to the beach is great . Staff were very nice , the hotel has free shuttle to naama bay 3 times a day which adds to its value.

Overall it was good, food was varied and tasty, location was great however bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

The room was very nice and clean, the cleaning staff are also very kind. There is loads of things to do, chlorinated and freshwater. I spent alot of time in the heated freshwater pool and it was absolutely lovely

And it was a wonderful holiday! Clever build, nice lobby, rooms are maybe not super new, but for adventurous or relaxing holiday satisfying

You can play tennis, billiards, and ping pong for free. There are camels and quad bikes on the beach for a fee. The sea entrance is shallow, but you can swim from the pier

The stay at the Bliss Nada hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is great, and the staff’s service — exceptional. The waiters in particular are incredibly hardworking, kind, and always willing to help

They do so much for the guests, and their warm attitude makes the stay even more enjoyable. However, I need to share one remark. In my opinion, the manager’s behavior towards the waiters is not very pleasant

  Reception staff were helpful and kind and could not do enough for us, We were escorted to our upgraded room 953 superior double bed plus sofa bed for our son.   The room smelled amazing fresh  and clean

My family and I, 2 adults and 1 14 year old typical teenage son! have just returned from a 7 day stay All Inclusive  holiday @ The Sharm Holiday resort

  Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange.   Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty

Wael does an amazing job – the towel art he creates is absolutely beautiful, from elegant swans to creative animal shapes decorated with flower petals

It’s such a lovely surprise to come back to the room and see his work. Excellent housekeeping and a wonderful touch of creativity!

The rooms are always spotless and perfectly organized. Every detail is taken care of with great attention and love

Also just swimming in the pool was great because of the professional lifeguards that were making us feel safe. There wasn't really much noise problems everything was neutral

Location is great, near you have shops and pharmacy. Value was equal to the experience. I'll recommend to everyone to go there

Although the hotel has more sunbeds and places on the beach and poolside than guests, early in the morning, positions are taken up with towels, which spoils the feeling of relaxation and puts early risers at an unfair disadvantage because when they arrive at the beach at, for example, 7:30 AM, half of the sunbeds are already occupied
