very nice place, a good number of pools, very nice service, bartenders very sociable, maybe the location is not the best but it could be worse, sandy beach, food in restaurants is good and there is a large selection, shopkeepers in front of the hotel are not the most pleasant

Restaurant Service was superb at all hours. Heated Pool, Regular Pool, safe Beach area & great snorkling right by another pool bar

Good from the outside , bad from the inside Hotel looks beautiful, nice pool and beach , but room is not clean (floor has many dirt , breakfast is not good , the restaurant table is not clean , and the spoon , fork and cup _ check them before you use )

I went to reception twice alone and both times after saying hello I had to wait at least a minute for them to look at me. (Only the people who did activities in the pool were really nice)

The hotel includes three meals and free drinks, and the double-side sea view room is less than 500 yuan per night, focusing on cost-effectiveness

All meals are included, there are plenty of entertainment facilities, the beach is nice, there are many types of food, but the quality is very ordinary. Maybe I'm used to the good life in China...

The servers all were kind and helpful but I want to give a special thanks to Emad one of the servers in the buffet as he was very kind and made sure we were taken care of at all times! Besides there being no wifi in the rooms everything else about this hotel is top notch and I would book here again! Thank you everyone!

It's a very clean hotel and you'll definitely be satisfied with the food and staff. The value for money is very good. I don't think there are many Japanese people staying here, but I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks

The service is enthusiastic, but there are occasional project promotions, and the hotel is more expensive than the projects outside The doorman is responsible for paying attention to people coming in and out, and will register their departure and return

This man does his job with great care !!The resort itself also impresses with its cleanliness - everywhere, from the pools to the restaurants, This is a very important aspect that immediately sets this hotel apart from others

!! (Adagio pizzeria was the best because of the people of there they make you day better) All the staff at Meraki Resort are very polite and helpful, making it a pleasure to stay there. We will definitely return here !

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. Right in the middle of Naama Bay, within walking distance to the market, cafes and the sea. The rooms were a bit old but clean.

It was a fantastic trip. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, soft, and comfortable, and the seawater had a beautiful gradient of blue. The only downside was the large waves, but they were still quite spectacular.

Wonderful Stay at Charmillion Club Resort! Our overall stay was truly wonderful and exceeded expectations. We had so much fun enjoying the pools and especially diving in the beautiful sea

The beach is also great, the coral reef is still quite alive and you will see hundreds of colorful fishes. (Please never touch the corals). Only negative point: sometimes is too windy and dangerous to go in deep waters

He’d be a brilliant concierge in Mayfair, Manhattan… anywhere! But if it’s literally impossible to doze off in the sun by the pool - which is surely what people travel from so far away to do - can a hotel be truly excellent? I’m not sure

The service everywhere was excellent including especially Hany in the bar on the terrace. Also Bishop in the restaurant and Mohamed my personal “body guard”. But really everyone was great

We spent a wonderful nine days here! We chose a holiday with the Posh Club concept, and it was truly the best decision. Everything was of the highest standard—from the airport welcome to the private reception area

the pool is so nice and near the beach also you can have ice cream and there is snacks restaurant. also you can go to Naama bay it’s not far away like 13 minutes by taxi and make shopping there

My kids and I had an amazing time. They really liked the pool, slide and foam party. The entertainment host where very nice and friendly.

The heated pool with slides was great, and the swim-up bar with snacks available throughout the day was a really nice touch. The staff were lovely, and our room was always very clean

You can get everything you want in a pleasant conversation with the staff. The pools are clean, the beach as well. the lobby bar is extremely kind and makes the best coffee in Hurghada

We've just come back from this hotel, food, staff were amazing, the hotel was a beautiful looking hotel, the rooms just need a bit of updating, we wouldn't hesitate on going back

The towels for the beach are small, and i mean so small, it's more like hand towels. And good luck getting a pool side as the locals will wake up at 6 am and put towels all over and not come back

We found rather more than expected. I really enjoyed riding aqua park facilities. There are busy swimming pools and those without anyone. But sea isn’t too deep for adult, but good for kids and kite surfing beginners

I told him no, kept walking, so he sat on the sunbed next to me for like 1 hour just staring. They also have construction going on at the beach 24/7, and I mean day and night

And also the locals looking you up and down and saying nice body I've never had so much sexual harassment in one hotel. One man asked if he could sit on my sunbed as he liked my music

This place is one of the only hotels that doesn't have a Red Flag at the beach, so every couple of minutes, you will be bombarded by the salespeople

The Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort is a somewhat older resort, but its location is perfect, with a large private sandy beach offering access to the Red Sea

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun

The pools were safe and clean. The animators were friendly, and aqua parks were a lot of fun. I wish to have this experience again

The seven a la carte restaurants (reservations are required) are superb, and the food is very good. There's an eighth restaurant for an additional fee. The service staff (regardless of the discipline) is excellent

Nice hotel, breakfast buffet is not 5 star Direct. Same breakfast every day, had to eat out the last three days in the hotel.

Excellent location, very good hotel

I originally wrote a glowing review after our earlier stays, but unfortunately, I’ve had to edit it based on this recent experience. First, the toilet in our room had a strong sewerage smell, which was very unpleasant

And the cake was delicious!! I also felt really secure in the hotel with the amount of security and cameras around the place. There is, however, one *serious* problem with this hotel. The shops that are located on-site

Rooms are clean, however, missing some cosmetics. People are very nice and helpful. Vey hard workers that sometimes get mistreated by the guests. The location of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous

Jaz Palmariva is a lovely hotel. All of the hotel staff (are fantastic. The food is second-to-none and has to be the best I've had whilst staying at any hotel on holiday

Rooms clean, lovely meals, friendly personal, clear water, long beach walks and as long as the sea was calm, a nearly untouched snorkling spot at the outside reef

I was rebooked from another hotel and was a little bit scared because reviews said, the hotel is closed, but it wasn't. Renovation is ongoing but mainly at the other hotel and nearly every hotel is doing so in January

One of the premium properties of @El Goona and a brilliant landscape… the food is finger licking good and the service is pampering… Not just food and drinks, but also all activities also done in house

The whole concept and architecture of the hotel is truly beautiful and unique. The design, inspired by islands and lagoons, is stunning and creates an incredibly relaxing and romantic atmosphere

The best hotel in El Gouna for location and service

Thank goodness we are only here for 8 days, this review is after 3 days I am hoping for better things for the next 5 days fingers crossed, I will review the remainder of my stay at the end of the experience

The pool is near the room. A bus takes us to two different beaches. Jacuzzi. It's beautiful in the dark outside. Mango market is a 15 minute walk away. Variety of meals is excellent.

Good variety of food , different and clean pools & good aqua park. Good entertainment show but some shows need to be improved.

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

As a family we loved this resort, it's very family friendly with huge water slides, many pools and the entertainment was 10/10. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom state

This is a lovely hotel, the room service/ house keeping is absolutely amazing, everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas, such as the Italian and the food in the restaurant has a good, but slightly limited menu

Plenty of sun bed at this time of year at beach and pool. Food was good , a little samey and sometimes salty but could always find something to eat

We have stayed at the Parrotel Beach resort twice now and we love it there. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and so well maintained

We had a lovely room, it was cleaned every day and we received bottled water every day and a top up of tea and coffee and clean towels. The private beach is stunning

The entertainers are chatty and encourage people to join in the fun, games, dancing, and active recreation. The food is very diverse, so everyone will surely find something they enjoy

There is a beautiful coral reef, and you can rent one in front of it; I recommend bringing your own. In winter, there is a shallow, heated pool for children – a big plus

The rooms before the renovation need updating, but they are cleaned and the water is refilled daily. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere and a great stay
