If that hotel is a 3 or 4 stars hotel, its management took it down to 1 star.
I reserved 3 nights from booking for the price and location but it was a big mistake.
I got room for 1.5 days without hot water at December, so I couldn't take a shower as water temp was about 15 C.and they changedthe room after a lot of complaints while the hotel is almost empty from people.
The other pain was from the huge sound speaker at the pool which is operated continuously loudly from 9 am to 11 pm you can't take any nap at this period as the room windows glass is not insulting sound. I complained a lot with that and again they said that is normal at any hotel. While the occupation of the hotel was less than 10% in my opinion and I didn't see any one around the pool for 3 days they insist that it is an an instruction. If you want to stay in Naama bay there are a lot of hotels nearby with the same rates but managed in a better way .
