We had a less than desirable few nights here. The room itself was normal and comfortable, and some of the staff members were very friendly. However, we felt deceived by the hotel's amenities. First, one of the reasons we booked this place was to enjoy dinner at their restaurant (no nice restaurants anywhere near the hotel). Upon arrival, we were told the restaurant is closed and is only for private...

After some initial issues (restaurant and Spa opening hours changing to our disadvantage) we still decided to come which turned out to be the right choice. Apart from the view from the balcony being impacted by a construction project, the hotel was top class.

Cosy hotel with really comfortable rooms. The private spa felt luxurious, especially after a day of skiing in freezing tempetatures. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, service excellent and friendly. I will definitely be going back, all in all a very relaxing experience.

Coming from three disappointing hotels in Kajaani, hotel Aateli was a very, very positive surprise. The breakfast, the staff, the and room's facilities were just what I needed.

Breakfast offerred varied selection. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room needs were a bit different from other guests because we needed to modify the heavy bed covers and the housekeeping staff was helpful with our use of sheets & towels.

We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We were 2 adulta and 2 kids sleeping in a small room. The size of the room wasn't an issue but having to tolerate the heat as the AC was not working and the alternative solution would have made us all sick from draft, I cannot see myself revisiting this hotel. We did complain but the staff said they couldn't do anything to the issue. Pretty bad to advertise AC in rooms and then it is not working.....

My train arrived early, and the hotel allows early check-in for an additional fee.

The view is superb as the entire station can be seen. The toilet is very clean as well.

Worst hotel experience in Finland so far. The room was old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. The key card system was a constant issue; they were unable to provide us with two functioning room cards. Really nice rooms, very clean. The kids play room is a huge pluse if you are with kids.

The family room was great, with a large bedroom and a separate bunk bed. The wooden cabin was cozy. It's a five-minute walk back to the hotel after skiing, and a three-minute walk to the shopping street. A perfect choice for Levi Ski Resort.

I spent a week at Levi Hotel Spa. Overall the stay was okay, but in my opinion the hotel feels closer to a 3-star hotel than 4 stars. Room was spotless and really well laid out for families

The room is quite large. You can use a room card to access the elevator, so security is guaranteed. Luggage storage is available. Note that you need to find the button on the wall to close the curtains, as one of my companions didn't know this and didn't.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel AX! The hotel’s unique art-inspired design and spacious, well-equipped rooms made our stay truly memorable. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with great vegetarian and vegan options as well. The staff, especially at the reception, were warm and welcoming throughout. The renovated Scandic Kallio is the only hotel in the area that exudes the ruggedness and authenticity of the bohemian district. This was the scond time in the historic building of Villa Urhola. We really like the rooms that have the "villa feeling", high ceilings etc. This house is a completely different case than the main building of Kruunupuisto that is a huge rehab center. The setting was beautiful. From my balcony I looked over lawns and the lake. The grounds are large and have lake access, a pond, a sensory garden and a great little cafe serving waffles. They lead onto a trail which takes you to the lovely art centre and forest museum at Lusto. The layout of the interior shows clearly it was a former hospital, but it's given charm by the old photos, tiny lounges...

The hotel is special for its theme as it was a prison before. The room is clean and secured. The staff and very friendly to guide you the direction. The restaurant has quiet and private place to eat, blending in the nature! Though a bit far away from the centre, take light luggage is high suggested!

Hotel is spacious and has an interesting history. The location, including the rest of the Kakola restaurants and businesses is beautiful although a bit in convenient to reach/leave. The funicular is very helpful and adds a fun quirk. Perhaps due to location, hotel and room amenities are plentiful. Service was amazing!

A good choice for a hotel when visiting Mariehamn. Walking distance from the port where cruises like Viking Line and Tallink docks, and you can reach a lot of the activites around Mariehamn by foot from here. The rooms had good ventilation and AC in the heat, perfectly good beds and the breakfast had lots to pick from, including warm options, and even vegan glutenfree alternatives.

We have 4 beds camping summer house. Located just next to the lake. Beautiful. The house has two bunk beds. So it's really only for kids. Refrigerator, microwave and some cupboards in the house. The beds' size are smaller. One of the upstairs bed is much smaller. The house is clean. We rent the bedsheets and towels for €13 pp. There are some spots we can swim on the lake. A car can be parked easily...
