It has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). Bathroom was clean but was not new....

The room was nice, with a balcony and furniture. I arrived on a Sunday, so almost all shops were closed except for a few restaurants. There were quite a few tourists at the attractions, and the open restaurants had long queues. The hotel's parking lot was quite spacious.

Parking can be tricky if you can’t take a spot on Level One (hotel spots). Parking on Level 2 means carrying bags through some stairs.

Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

We booked a family room (size 30 qm2). The Hotel gave us a triple room (size 20 qm2) and insisted the triple room is the family room. We requested to change the room, the manager refused and offered us three breakfast for free, actually we paid the breakfast already. That was a chaos!! When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage

A charming and perfect launch point to explore Colmar Christmas markets- which are arguably some of the best! Just walk out the door of this 400 year old plus inn and be on your way. Very nice hotel and very pleasant service. The only downside was the bedding; this is just my personal opinion, but I didn't sleep much despite the superb setting because the mattress was really, really too soft. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the station. The elevator is small, so be careful if you have luggage. Breakfast is practically nonexistent, it doesn't matter if you go early or late. The restaurant is on the second floor, right next to the stairs, so you won't be sleeping there in the mornings and evenings.

The hotel is an ibis so not great interior design for rooms. A little strange to find fish wall paper in the rooms in Strasbourg. Overall ok however fine for visiting the city as a tourist.
