Hotel is very well located at the heart of Strasbourg. I just had some concerns about cleanliness, mostly the carpet looked very dirty. Time for a change!

The hotel is very well located at the heart of Strasbourg, easy access to all the attractions. However, it looks like the hotel needs some renovation. The carpet, for instance, was very dirty. Parking can be tricky if you can’t take a spot on Level One (hotel spots). Parking on Level 2 means carrying bags through some stairs.

Great location, very convenient and good sized rooms for family of three. They converted the sofa into single bed for kid and we had a comfortable stay with good space for luggage and everything else. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles for five nights and chose it mainly for its excellent location. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and roughly 10 minutes to the main train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need. The best part is the location; you can walk to Strasbourg Cathedral. The front desk staff was also very friendly and proactively offered tips about the area. All in all, it's a great city worth visiting!

Friendly Reception Staff. It’s only a few steps from the Christmas mark and it’s 10 minutes walk from the train station. Thank you so much for the coffee machine and the water and the water machine as well. If I would come back to Strasbourg, I would definitely Stay here again 😊

Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

We booked a family room (size 30 qm2). The Hotel gave us a triple room (size 20 qm2) and insisted the triple room is the family room. We requested to change the room, the manager refused and offered us three breakfast for free, actually we paid the breakfast already. That was a chaos!! The manager offered us upgrade by next visit, but we will never book the hotel again, the most terrible experience...

This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and super clean place to stay. It’s close to major attractions and easy to walk everywhere. Room service is better than expected, and I loved that they use Nuxe products. There are also shops nearby, which is very convenient.

A very nice hotel located in the city centre of Colmar, close to many attractions. If you are travelling by car, parking is available for €20 per night, although the spaces can be a bit tight for larger cars — so you’ll need to be extra careful. Hotel has just been renovated. The location is good albeit on the outskirts of the town but this isn’t a problem. The main issue for me was the lack of temperature control and the extremely uncomfortable bedding. I barely slept for 3 nights we were there. The pillows may as well not be pillows. I don’t understand how a hotel cannot invest in their bedding - at this kind of hotel it’s the only thing...

Great location for this hotel. Underground carpark at €20/night but also opposite a public car park. Staff super helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had originally intended to stay at the Mercure Colmar last Christmas. Due to a family emergency we had to change our plans and stayed at the hotel in September. We were in a Privilege Room and it was so nice and well located where we didn’t have any noise or traffic from other guests. Great location for the Christmas markets. Room was large and comfortable. A minor complaint was that hot water in the shower seemed to run low later in the day.

Awesome service on overall. You can expect responsive staffs and a beautiful place that include cleanliness room. We enjoyed the two nights stay in this hotel. The inconvenient was no nearby restaurant which require at least 350m walks and likely drizzle during winter. A good option to have foods in hotel. If for leisure and away from city, this hotel definitely one of my top choice.

The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel. Missed our train connection We missed our connection and needed a room for one night. The staff were very accomodating, room was nicely appointed. Near a large park and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

The hotel could do with a little updating on a few small details, but overall it's magnificent, with tasteful decor, perfect staff, and a fabulous breakfast. One small drawback: the piano bar is closed on Sunday evenings, the only night I was there, and I couldn't access the terrace even to smoke, as I was forced to smoke in front of the entrance.

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.

Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage

Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.

Simply one of the best hotel experiences ever! I did not go to the restaurant because there are so many other places to eat. But the rooms were so clean, so comfortable, so functional, stocked with all you might need. The staff was so kind and helpful. It's a close walk to everything. To be true, I think that Baden Baden or Evian Les Bains were better casinos just because the infrastructure was a bit more to my taste. It was a decent experience over all. I enjoyed the Blackjack dealer Sacha.

Very nice hotel and very pleasant service. The only downside was the bedding; this is just my personal opinion, but I didn't sleep much despite the superb setting because the mattress was really, really too soft. Unfortunate, but a firm mattress is very important to me... Thank you for everything else, and if you have a firm mattress option, I will come back as soon as possible.

The hotel is an ibis so not great interior design for rooms. A little strange to find fish wall paper in the rooms in Strasbourg. Overall ok however fine for visiting the city as a tourist.

Had a great stay at this Ibis. Spent a 3 days there during Christmas market season. The staff was very helpful. We asked for extra blankets late at night and got them immediately. The room is nice and well-equipped. The toilet and bath are separate, which is good. Behind the hotel is the Strasbourg Cathedral, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The hotel service is also very good.

Hotel room was ok. Everything was clean but basic. No hot tea or coffee in room. The shower was awful, water spilled all over the bathroom floor. No way to contain it. It was incredibly hot in the room. The AC did not work nor did setting a lower temp. Thankfully we could open the window. The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.
