Simple, compact, and yet very well located! My wife and I visited Alsace region early November and stayed in this hotel overnight in transit. Not good as a home base but excellent if just overnighting! I do have one complaint: the shower head is absolutely unuseable mounted on the wall and you must hold it in your hand! They don't seem to test their facilities personally :-)

Overall great experience. Spacious rooms with plenty of amenities and an attentive staff. I only have one complaint - this hotel seems to be suffering from a rather severe fruit fly infestation. Get that under control and you deserve every one of those 3 stars.

The single room was spacious enough for one person. The photos online are better than the reality, especially what comes to bathrooms. Carrelage was broken on the floor so I assume there will be humidity at one point. No shampoo or conditioner available. The heating / cooling system did not function properly in the room. The receptionist kindly found me an extra blanket. Ear plugs would have been useful...

Wonderful staff and a great place to stay when you are in Colmar. The rooms were Spa quality and all air conditioned. Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent with fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. It was wonderful!

The hotel is conveniently located within a 12-minute walk of the old town. Vietnamese and Thai restaurants are also nearby. Paid parking is also available. However, if you have large luggage, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as the rooms are quite small.

It's OK, but the area is very small. This hotel chain has many locations. I also stayed in this hotel in Paris. There is also one in Zurich, although it is small and relatively cheap.

Average hotel location is not bad less than 10 minutes walk to main attractions there are tons of other hotels but usually colmar is very busy during Christmas holidays it’s recommended to book a hotel with a lot of time in advance , rooms are clean and small but more than enough if you are not planning to stay a long time at the room

About 10 mins walk from colmar station. Housekeeper is good, they folded our Pyjamas. However, there is a dried pee smell in the toilet area, although it looks clean. Could be the toilet bowl surface or the flooring that is permanently stained.

There was a young multilingual Iranian receptionist who was very helpful. While the staff were friendly, he was voluntarily offering his help to guests. Apparently, he was really into his job; certainly enjoying it. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of a museum, city centre, river, and shops. Rooms are small and old but comfortable. An acceptable stay. The staff was helpful and responsive, but our room had an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain. Having the windows open helped but didn’t cure it. The staff offered to move us for the second day, but we elected to remain where we were so as not to have to repack.

Overall fantastic hotel, spacious and clean rooms with pretty views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. However it should be made clearer that the spa/sauna/pool are not included in the hotel price, and that a supplement is required of 20€ per hour of use of the spa. But it is still a good hotel and I would return there as the location is good.

Our room at Au Cerf D'Or was beautiful and comfortable; quiet but easily walkable to the old town and local restaurants.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in late November, early December. The units have a large comfortable bed, kitchenette with a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was small, but well appointed. The location is a bit far from the old town (about a 15-minute walk), but it has a pool and a resort-like atmosphere, which was fun! The view is great, and it's a great place to eat! Parking is also convenient.

Really well priced, spacious room - we got the family room for three adults and there are two bunk beds located in a separate room with a pocket door for privacy (and a window). The hygiene was non-existent, but for 1-2 nights, it's manageable.

So what i like about the accomodation is just its just one trip away from the train station and the city center...it was also not so difficult to locate. Beds were comfortable and ofcourse its affordable. The staff were also very nice to us. I appreciate how the staff tried to communicate with us in english.

We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

I got so lucky picking a quiet hotel. Location was just far enough from the touristy cathedral square but still close enough to walk to reaching , although strasbourg’s transit system is amazing! I could have stayed further away and still access everything.

Walk across from Strasbourg Central Station ( Gare Central) to the Hotel. There's another Mercure Hotel nearby. Can walk to Petite France area. Notre Dame Cathedral Strasbourg can be easily reached by Tram if you do not want to try walking. Couldn't find an English TV channel. In the case of my room, toilet flush not powerful? Need to be repaired or replaced?

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and offers very, very dated and poorly cleaned rooms for these promotions! I absolutely do not recommend it until all the rooms are renovated... On the other hand, the staff is impeccable.

We went there each year for the Easter Period (not during the covid period of course) and this year also and hope to be able to do so the next year(s)...
