Very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. Parking is somewhat challenging but a great experience overall

It’s relatively small (5 stories) hotel very close to the train station. Very quiet. There was street noise that quieted down by midnight. The room size is typical euro size. Excellent breakfast for 11 euros. I would definitely stay again when in Strasbourg.

Great if you are travelling in by train as it’s very near the station. Awful lift, took forever to come but better than stairs I suppose. Great location, lots of shops and eateries close by and not far to walk for the main town. We never had breakfast at the hotel but there’s a Macdonald’s close by which was handy for a bit of cheap breakfast

This hotel is directly across the Gare/train station, and within easy walking distance from the old town squares, the Cathedral, and Petite France. Very convenient, location wise. Room was a little crowded/small for a double, but clean and comfortable. Immediately outside the hotel are lots of eateries/dining places. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has everything you need, but since the bathrooms are shared and I understand there are many rooms, they tend to be dirty. They could check them more frequently. Other than that, it's good.

Everything was great! We were a family (dad, me and my sister) and it was very comfortable and cozy!

Honestly, the room reeks of cigarettes, and the toilets and showers are even worse.

Stayed there for a night during a tour. Rooms are small, but rather clean and tidy. Mattresses are thin and hard. There is free WiFi, toilets are are sometimes clean, sometimes dirty, but all in all ok. Breakfast buffet is not expensive and all you can eat/drink. All in all it's ok!

There was a young multilingual Iranian receptionist who was very helpful. While the staff were friendly, he was voluntarily offering his help to guests. Apparently, he was really into his job; certainly enjoying it. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of a museum, city centre, river, and shops. Rooms are small and old but comfortable. An acceptable stay. The staff was helpful and responsive, but our room had an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain. Having the windows open helped but didn’t cure it. The staff offered to move us for the second day, but we elected to remain where we were so as not to have to repack.

Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming.

The room is very small and the suitcase can only be placed on the bed. The bathroom is spotlessly clean. There is a wardrobe and a table, but the space is a bit cramped. What an wonderful dinning experience in Strasbourg. I went to visit Alsace because my great grandma is from there and it was a great experience. I had the 8 meat Choucroute and it was a delight. We only ate at the restaurant, which should probably be rated separately from the hotel. The food was good, especially the Flammkuchen, and the location picturesque. This may be one of the few places that is open continuously throughout the day, or at least opens earlier than most other restaurants, making it a good option for hungry travelers. Recommended.
