The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were modern, and the amenities were complete. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making travel and sightseeing effortless.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it was comfortable to stay in, breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic -- right by the tram stop and the cathedral!

Visited on a Monday for dinner around 6pm and it was not too busy. We were seated right away for a table of 4 on the 2nd floor. The sauerkraut and three fish was absolutely delicious. We saw many reviews highlighting this dish specifically and ended up ordering 3 for our table. I don't generally like sauerkraut, but this was a bit more mild than normal and paired very well with the fish and sauce...

What an wonderful dinning experience in Strasbourg. I went to visit Alsace because my great grandma is from there and it was a great experience. I had the 8 meat Choucroute and it was a delight. The coleslaw was very good. You can see all the German influence in this city. Quite historic as well, and the dish shows it. Great service, very friendly staff. Had a great time

Not very clean, but convenient place.

A wonderful hotel in a historic building! It's located right in the heart of all the sights. The view from the window of the Cathedral is a 10 out of 10! Everything you need is there. Relatively clean, but a bit shabby. One downside I'd point out was the housekeeping – the cleaning lady kept forgetting to leave a face towel and once left the door unlocked. Nothing happened, but still.

Excellent location: steps away from the cathedral The location was great, it was clean, and the room had AC which was great. Service was not consistent. The night front desk who looks middle eastern was great, super helpful and nice. The one with glasses and long hair has opportunity for improvement.

The young lady at reception upgraded me to a first floor room to save me tackling too many stairs. Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed room. Small modern en suite. Breakfast is basic but value for money considering the location. You can't fault the hotel's location. Sited between the river and the Cathedral surrounded by museums and restaurants.

The hotel and the room are very small, the breakfast is simple, but the location is good, close to the river, there is a cruise ship pier, Notre Dame Cathedral is also next to it, and it is a 20-minute walk to the train station.

It's cheap and close to the station. The rooms are clean and basic, and the owners friendly, attentive and helpful. If you like "old school" and you're not looking for luxury this is the place for you. If you want modern convenience you'll need to look further afield...

The location was perfect, the style of this vintage local building was amazing.

A nice place, typical for winter time. better to reserve your table ahead. Food is good and portions are good as well. We tried the burger and the Chevre salad.

We went here for a late lunch on the 26th of December so it's nice that it was open and it's right in the center. However, the food was nit very good. The vegetable "steak" was just a fried burger patty that costs just a few euros but was priced at €20. It was not well made, and neither was the onion soup. The onion quiche was tasty. The older waitress was not friendly but the younger one was nice...

We went here twice for dinner and every time had a great experience. The people are very attentive (even though the place was busy) and nice. The food was great. They have several vegetarian options (I loved the potato&cheese sauce one). The wine is good. The prices are overall not high.
