Just stood for one night but was totally worth it. Quiet Neighbourhood, comfy beds, very good breakfast and easy to check in and out. Lovely place, can recommend.

We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

Great staff and room however the shower head in room 12 could not be adjusted and needs repairing.

Perfect stay in Mulhouse less than 10m to train station and into old town. Spotlessly clean, was so nice to receive a personal welcome and relax as a guest. Staff were great, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was friendly and room was fine. Rating reflects I was charged a higher amount than what ******* quoted. They said I had been upgraded to a larger room which I did not request. Would have been a 5 star rating without this issue.

The hotel is centrally located, with modern, spacious rooms. The first room we were offered had a broken air conditioner, replaced by a very noisy air conditioner. After we complained, they changed our room to one that met 4-star standards.

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.

The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast too expensive. Pool/sauna could be booked for free, but sauna was broken and none of the massage outlets in the pool worked. Parking fairly adventurous.

OK stay in the centre of Strasbourg. The studio we had felt a bit claustrophobic. The appartments are a bit dated, although the central location is good. How this gets a 4 star category is a bit mysterious - 3 star would be more appropriate. The staff were great however, and somewhat saved the experience overall.

This is a very old hotel, very expensive, and not worth the cost. We had a suite on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th so there were 20 steps to climb each time you went to your room. I checked in late at night and had to check out early the next morning to catch the first train, which I'm sure was a hassle for the staff, but they handled it gracefully. The room was clean, and there were two oil heaters, so there were no issues with warmth. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but certainly manageable. My stay at hotel Ibis in Colmar. This was not an exclusive kind of hotel but it was very fresh and the service standard was outstanding. I am 73 years old and have stayed at hotel all over the world but very seldom experienced this kind of service level. If I ever will come back to Colmar I will for sure book at this hotel once again. Was here over Christmas and it’s just outside the main area which meant our suitcases didn’t need to undergo security check. Room was tiny but clean and staff was friendly.
