Positive points:
Very clean, very pleasant and professional staff, very comfortable bed.
Points for improvement:
Nice pool but the water temperature was much too cold. It was impossible to adjust the heating in the room (the system was probably limited).
The hotel is very well located, very clean, and the service is excellent...
Second stay at this hotel. Convenient for when traveling to / from the cruise port or airport. The hotel itself is very nice, small but great character and good facilities. We had a double floor mezzanine family room. Great room with comfy beds, clean, good amenities and nice bathroom, fridge, coffee machine etc so everything you need. There are two big downsides to this hotel that are out of their...
Nice hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. It's a shame I only stayed for a few hours of sleep. But I would definitely come back! I recommend it!
Best western est toujours sans reproche, tout était de qualité, la seule chose qui me gêne c'est cette caution de 100€, en général, les gens qui vont dans un hôtel de cette qualité, sont respectueux et ils n'ont pas faim.
nice small hotel with good customer service. It is walking distance to Old Port.

The staff was very professional and nice but the hotel needs serious renovation especially the rooms. The food at the restaurant was less than average.
We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children).
Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly.
No noise disturbance.
However, the room cleaning remains unsatisfactory (lots of dust behind the sofa and in the corners).
Very well received, family trip 2 adults and 2 children
As soon as I stepped in, I felt at home. The reception was crucial and even beyond what is expected.
Equally, the restaurant staff was very cordial.
It is located very close to the Motorway.
The only negative part is that the hotel is a little dated but well cared for.
Perfect hotel for me and my family, very nice staff especially Dalila and also the breakfast lady (the Parisian)
It is said that the reservation includes lunch or dinner, but I am really disappointed with the ingredients. Other facilities and rooms are ok.

All and all it was really good for the value.
Location is fair but still convenient by public transport, room is ok service is fair too
Good hotel, good breakfast but the staff were excellent and very helpful.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had reserved a room with one large bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two separate beds. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that a change was not possible.
Aside from that, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped as a studio with a kitchenette for cooking. However, it lacked a coffee machine or...
A great little apartment - quiet some distance from the centre but walkable. City tax not as advertised by trip.com and charged an additional 9 euros (almost).

Great chef at the hotel! Very nice decor. Quality rooms!
I loved the staff here they are extremely helpful. The breakfast was ok but basic but a solid 4/5
The room is small, the location is OK, it's very close to the Olympic Stadium, it's not far to walk back after watching the game, and walking with many fans, you won't feel unsafe ~ Very cost-effective
We were very well received at Kyriad. It’s a cozy 3*. The staff is thoughtful and although not everyone spoke English they were always making the effort for the best communication and to make you feel welcome. Good price-quality relationship. We recommend it.
Good facilities and great service ! My daughter has special needs and a wheelchair. And the bathroom was very convenient for her/us. There is the possibility to eat in the evening which is very useful when you get back from busy day. Also a pmr place in front of the hotel
Staff available. We were able to get our room early. Clean room.
Practical: Jugs of water are available in a fridge near reception.
There is a bar and a dinner menu.
Covered and paid parking: €10 per night.
The only downside for us: we were hot in the night and wanted to turn on the air conditioning. It wasn't working. The next day, we went to reception. It was explained to us that the entire...

Lovely boutique hotel. Not a place to relax in as there are no appropriate seating areas. Rooms are well kept and lots of space. Again in our room only one relaxing chair. Another chair could give it a more flexible place to stay.
We stayed one night at Hotel C2 in Marseille. The room was spacious, with high ceilings, a comfortable mattress, and generous closet space. Amenities included Chromecast, Nespresso pods, a towel warmer in the bathroom, robes, and slippers. The hotel also features a spa with an indoor pool and whirlpool.
Service was professional and considerate throughout. We were greeted at the door, assisted with...
Really enjoyed my 6-day stay at the C2 Hotel! The staff were amazing and so helpful. The location is great - A bit away from everything so you get the quiet, but still walkable to most points of interest. I also give the breakfast buffet two thumbs up.
Hotel is close to the port on a quiet street with no shops, restaurants, people))) very small swimming pool and not good service there (at spa zone)
I had a great stay at this hotel! It's very clean, the staff is friendly and amazing, and the pool is fantastic. Despite being in a big city, it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing.
One small note: I arranged a taxi to the airport through the hotel for an early morning ride and was charged 90 euros—much higher than Uber or Bolt, which typically cost around 40 euros. To be fair, I should have double...

The 3* restaurant is the main attraction but the hotel rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Our TV was not working and we did ask reception to fix but nothing happened. For 5* hotel, would have appreciated a Nespresso in room and additional toiletries (eg body lotion)
Best view location in Marseille! Staffs super friendly and helpful! Much better than most 5stars hotel chain! Lucky that we did not stay at Four Seasons Hotel this time and stay here! The room is superb and with a diamond water view of the sea! Look forward to the Michelin 3stars meal tomorrow! Highly recommended
Loved it
Beautiful hotel. The views were gorgeous and the place was great.
I knew I was in for multi course seafood-focused meal and it was exceptional. One of the finest meals I’ve had and one of the best meals I had along the Cote D’Azur. Course after course was artfully plated and impeccably served. And it was all delicious. A three-star delight. The room was spare but stylish. Despite being a multi-star establishment it felt relaxed and understated. But if you have the...
Nice view of the sea but over priced for what they offer
Disclaimer: I’m not a big fan of fish and didn’t realize the set menu was literally all fish. If you love fish maybe you’d like this place better than me but my experience wasn’t great as I was hoping for more variety in the type of seafood they served. The dishes were just too ‘fishy’ for me as the chef specialized in smoked and cured fish. The location and service was fantastic, we had a really nice...

Just renovated. The room is tidy. It is easy to find parking nearby.
I have been a regular visitor to B&B and its previous incarnation as Ibis (B&B is better!). The hotel has been well renovated, with cleanly designed rooms and bathrooms and comfortable beds. Really good! I would like to highlight Cristina's special attention and kindness. She advised us wonderfully! Excellent service and helpfulness. Thank you, Cristina, you made our stay very comfortable.

Great stay. Room was spacious. The location is great, near to the port, Christmas markets and sites. Only suggestion is to provide clearer instructions to the parking as they do not have any within their property. We took a while to find parking and a location to offload the luggages.
The hotel is located in the heart of old town and next to Metro Station that is only two stops next to Marceille St. Chart.
The room is very big, and equiped with all necessary items. What I like the most in the hotel room are L’Occitane bath gel, shampoo, lotion with very charming smell.
The location is fantastic but the service attitude of the receptionists and workers in the hotel were not friendly.
The location is excellent, right next to the subway station!
The breakfast looked good, but because we were in a rush in the morning, they didn't provide breakfast bags, so we just grabbed a few pieces of bread.
We stayed in a four-person room, with the beds facing each other, and only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient!
The hotel location and the room itself were okay, very close to the Old Port. Parking is available in the Indigo underground parking lot near the hotel, which is relatively safe. The elevator was broken the day we checked in, but they still gave us a room on the 5th floor. One floor there is equivalent to 1.5 floors in China. The hotel staff were great. However, the hotel itself could use a major upgrade. The rooms look and feel old. It wasn't as easy to find.
Great location. Bed superb. As most hotels in France basic but totally suits its purpose. Breakfast is €13 for as much contanental fare as you can eat how ever outside is a little cheaper without the return trips. Recommended

Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Food we ordered was very good, from a limited menu, but competition from local restaurants is fierce, so understandable.
Room comfortable but dated and some areas of Hotel need updating. Hotel is close to wooded area, so terrace and pool areas open to wild life.
I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all. Rooms are basic. You’re paying for the location, proximity to a bar & restaurant with a great view, and wonderful service.
The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet.
The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.
Perfect location in Marseilles
Excellent and very clean hotel with perfect location. Very polite and kind staff.
The rooms were nice however needing an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was nice and had alot of choices where you didn't feel like you had the same thing every day. Great location as well.

Super hotel, nice staff, calm room, excellent breakfast
Overall, it was pretty good. We arrived at the hotel early and our room was already prepared, allowing us to check in ahead of time, which is excellent service by European standards. A major drawback regarding the cleanliness of the room: there was a lot of dust and crumbs on the floor.

The studio apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Marseille. Great location with an easy walk to nearby attractions, friendly staff, good price and value for money. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
Really great experience.
The staff was lovely, beautiful restaurant and lounge area. The fact that the hotel is in old buildings but has elevators is great for those who travel with a little bit more.
Great location - able to walk to the old town/port but a little out of the tourist area so you're not bombarded with crowds outside your door.

Great location. Very good restaurant. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Beds on the soft side. Power sockets weirdly clunky. I wish I could unsee how the staff behind the bar did the dishes. With water and their bare hands. DISGUSTING.
Really convenient hotel for our 1 night stay in Marseille. The selling point was the amazing restaurant but the rooms did not disappoint for the purpose that they served.
Hotels should always provide water- without the amazing restaurant this would have been a 2/3 stars because there’s one water dispenser on the first floor. If you’re on the third floor you won’t be happy

The check-in process at this hotel was a hassle, and I'm not sure if it was discrimination. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff, especially one individual, was very cold; she completely ignored me when I greeted her. To top it off, she entered my room midway through my stay without any apology.

They seriously need to change the bed. It makes such a loud noise, it's unbearable. The shower has no splash guard, so water overflows everywhere. I asked for an accessible room, but then they told me they just patched things up. There's dried mosquito blood on the ceiling and the baseboard is broken. Honestly, a lot needs to be reviewed in room 31.

Clean, everything in order, amazing bed, working kitchen and coffee machine absolutely amazing.
The window was directly on the street on the ground floor, and was possible to open it from outside. For security reasons I'd recommend the hostel to check a bit on that, particularly on room 4.
