The staff was very professional and nice but the hotel needs serious renovation especially the rooms. The food at the restaurant was less than average.

We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children). Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly. No noise disturbance. However, the room cleaning remains unsatisfactory (lots of dust behind the sofa and in the corners).

As soon as I stepped in, I felt at home. The reception was crucial and even beyond what is expected. Equally, the restaurant staff was very cordial. It is located very close to the Motorway. The only negative part is that the hotel is a little dated but well cared for.

Lovely boutique hotel. Not a place to relax in as there are no appropriate seating areas. Rooms are well kept and lots of space. Again in our room only one relaxing chair. Another chair could give it a more flexible place to stay.

Everything is just as you expect - it’s comfortable and pleasant. Around a 3min walk to a metro station, and a 10min walk to a bigger train station if needed. Staff were pleasant - were willing to let me back into my room after check out to retrieve something I forgot.

Great stay. Room was spacious. The location is great, near to the port, Christmas markets and sites. Only suggestion is to provide clearer instructions to the parking as they do not have any within their property. We took a while to find parking and a location to offload the luggages.

The hotel is located in the heart of old town and next to Metro Station that is only two stops next to Marceille St. Chart. The room is very big, and equiped with all necessary items. What I like the most in the hotel room are L’Occitane bath gel, shampoo, lotion with very charming smell.

The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was slow Internet. They seriously need to change the bed. It makes such a loud noise, it's unbearable. The shower has no splash guard, so water overflows everywhere. I asked for an accessible room, but then they told me they just patched things up. There's dried mosquito blood on the ceiling and the baseboard is broken. Conveniently located close to the airport and easily accessible by tram. Even though I checked in late, the staff was very welcoming. The welcome drink in the lobby was delicious. I stayed here a few weeks back, the staff was helpful and even though we reached way past out check-in time we were greeted well and overall everything was nice.

Place appeared exactly as pictured, however shower and toilet quite small. Difficulty closing the bathroom door when sitting on the toilet and unable to take dry things into the shower. Would be a good room for a family, a little challenging but still fine for a friend group.

It's a bit far from Marseille Central Station, but it's a very clean and nice place. There are frequent trains from Central Station to Blancarde Station, so you can get there~~

Clean, everything in order, amazing bed, working kitchen and coffee machine absolutely amazing. The window was directly on the street on the ground floor, and was possible to open it from outside. For security reasons I'd recommend the hostel to check a bit on that, particularly on room 4. It's good they had a safe and all to keep anything of value still.
