Excellent hotel,all the staff were great,very comfy rooms and great location. It's just a shame the exterior of the building is so run-down,it detracts from the experience a bit.

Stayed here for a few nights, we come from the UK and the staff were 10/10 and very understanding and good English! The room was clean and tidy and the balcony could just do with a repaint. The pool is a lovely place to be also!

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. Rooms were fine. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a pool. Breakfast is pricey and not worth it. One of the staff was amazing!! They should have 2 people at the desk for the check in as it was super busy. Some of us slept in the living room and we kept hearing people slamming doors in the hallway. I would recommend staying only one night there. Great location.

Hotel is just next station. The room has kitchen and cooking tools. However, there was cat in the lobby so be aware if you have allergies. Also from late night to morning, there was no hot water supplied.

I am surprised this is part of the Accor group. I would not stay again. The area is not great, wish I had researched more before going. We passed the novotel on our travels and I wish we had booked there instead. This place is easy to get to from the train station, and has its own laundry available for guests which was very useful.

The hotel is just next to the Marseille train station and very convenience to go around the city. The airport bus is also inside the train station. Just 40 mins away from the airport. Just about 20 mins walk to the fish market and city centre and some of the sightseeing spots. The little kitchen inside the room is also very nice as we did some cooking during our stay. We booked this hotel for a one night stay before our morning flight, so the location was the main criteria. It's right next to St Charles station. The staff was nice, and the hotel had everything we needed.

I chose this Adagio location primarily to be close to bus and train stations to do side trips from the city and for close access to metro lines. It was the perfect location. Before staying, I was concerned a bit about the noise from the station and the neighborhood but was pleasantly surprised. Very warm welcome, decent room but nothing more.

My wife and I were traveling for Rugby World Cup and wanted a location that as reasonably priced and not too far from the stadium. B&B was the perfect place. they were very economical and located next to a lively restaurant and bar. The Staff was welcoming and friendly and our room was comfortable. having on-site parking was helpful as well. There is a short walk (3 min) to the transit stop. Very convenient

Acceptable hotel, clean room but a little small. A little noise from outside at the start of the night but afterwards we sleep like a baby because the bed is comfortable. Reception without staff therefore automatic terminal. Our reservation number didn't work, so it was a real hassle.

Good hotel for the price. Night manager was very kind and helped us for automatic check-in as we arrived almost at midnight. Parking available at this place, wifi is well conection.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was not only large but also had chairs and stools, which was very convenient. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to various attractions within walking distance. It was also very close to the subway. I would recommend it to my friends!

Pretty cool, very well located, close to all amenities :) We had a very good stay, the only downside was that there wasn't a balcony where you could open the windows... other than that, we were satisfied with both the bedding and the staff.

No heating, fortunately there was the security guard who was kind to us and brought us a portable heater.

If you need to be close to the port and you are going on a cruise, then in general, you can. The hotel raises questions, everything is extremely simple and not always clean. The area itself does not inspire confidence, but this can be said about the whole of Marseille, you need to behave carefully and keep an eye on everything. Staff here is very friendly and helpful ( even in English ) The overall vibe here is a budget hotel, nothing special really. The Terrace and courtyard is surprisingly lovely. The only negative here was the shower curtains are old and moldy, but this can be fixed easily with new curtains for 10€

The staff was kind and helpful but the room didn't feel clean, there were some marks on the towels and the bottom half of the shower curtain was dirty.

This hotel is located in the center of city. Double room is not quite spacious as I expected. Well furnished with a table, a bed and a lot of sockets 😂 If you love taking shower with hot water, it will be a minor point, I was waiting 5 mins until they coming (3rd floor)

Service is quite poor, the reception person wasn't sharing any information and seemed really annoying by me wanting to check in into the hotel.

Very very stripped down hotel, more like a motel. No reception in the evening. Very minimal amenities and comfort. Be very careful when pulling directions or ordering Uber as there are three hotels with very similar names right next to each other

I slept very badly and found a cockroach in my room near the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel.

We asked so many times for extra pillows but still did not receive in our room the desk allways closed every time would not stay there again because poor service

Food was tasty and well priced considering how expensive France can be, manager was very friendly and spoke English fluently. Otherwise service was good and no complaints.

This property was a bit different from the pictures on the internet. The room was very small and tight though tidy and clean. My wife and I stayed there overnight as we waited to board our cruise ship the next day. In my opinion, staying that one night at the B&B wasn’t an unpleasant experience.

Front desk gentleman was very friendly and welcoming. Helped us to check in and also offer us utensils for our dinner as we checked in quite late. Overall good location as it is near to airport.

The room smelt badly of smoke as if coming through ventilation system. The aircon system above us kept me awake as the noise all night was not good. We lost a night as we could not stay again due to these two things and went elsewhere. It’s fine for workers or back packers. The manager was lovely though

This 2-star hotel is no frills, in a mainly residential section of Marseille. Unfortunately we stayed at this location on a Sunday, so no restaurants were open in the area. We were happy to locate a sandwich shop not very far away, and we brought these back to the hotel to enjoy in the hotel lobby/breakfast area. Very well-located and the hotel has a lot of retro charm. Be aware that there can be a lot of outdoor noise with music playing loudly till midnight on certain nights at the cafe next door to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned too daily. Only things to watch out for (depends on your preference is): 1. Check out time at 11 2. Lack of breakfast options (I lived on broken up baguette whilst I was there) 3. There is no key card (you got a passcode) - luckily i didn’t lose the paper

Great stay here however our room was extremely warm and air conditioning did not seem to work. The area around it is a little dodgy but fine to walk around in the day time.

Comfortable room and gracious service. Breakfast was good. Our suitcases were held for us while we explored Marseille.

The location allowed walking to and from the train station with my rolly bag. I did not know that there was no elevator, but the staff took my bag up and down, which I also appreciated. The room was small yet functional. I did not partake in the breakfast, but 2 options were provided.

There are street markets, swish department stores, local shops and specialist shops all within walking distance of the hotel. Also, loads of places to eat, including a great bar/restaurant across the road

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and chic. There is an interesting range of shops nearby and the beautiful port is only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is just a seven-minute walk from Marseille St Charles station.

This is a family owned hotel and they are very friendly. They have owned the hotel since 4 generations and it shows that the place has a lot of charm and soul. I definitely recommend.

Overall very good, but beware if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and there is only one room on the ground floor. Also, the first room we got was only a tiny area and then a flight of stairs up to a loft bed. We asked to switch rooms, but then it was on the second floor so still lots of stairs.

The best thing about the Ryad is its location which a short walk from the station and, very close to the Old Port. The rooms are simple but clean, and while there is no lift, the concierge was happy to carry my (very heavy) suitcase up to the top of the building.

The hotel is located in a beautiful old building very central. Not the fanciest area but also not the roughest, close to everything. We got a nice room on the 4th floor with a sunny balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and stylish, but the renovation was probably done a while ago. This is not a luxury hotel, but a good choice for the price. Thank you!

Our room in the annex at the back of the garden was lovely: quiet, clean, spacious (on two levels), well decorated. The staff is helpful, always available. The garden is a big bonus and the hotel is very well positioned in Marseilles and at walking distance from the main train station and the Old Harbour.

The hotel is conveniently located just downhill from the old square of the train station; the location is excellent, and it's within walking distance of the Old Port. A continental breakfast is served, and the service is warm and friendly. Access to the hotel is by swiping your room key or ringing the bell; it's very safe.

The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast is the highlight! It's incredibly abundant, even including eggs 🥚! There are also fruits like bananas 🍌 and oranges 🍊, yogurt and cheese 🧀, and potato pancakes! The variety is amazing! The location is very close to the train station.

This hotel has an absolutely amazing breakfast, it was included with the price we paid for our three nights of stay but one can pay ten euros per person per day for it.
