We were so lucky to find out about this absolute gem of a hotel. As many other people have said it is a perfect oasis in what is a busy city. We stayed for 4 nights using it as a base to explore the Calanques to the east of Marseille and it was wonderful to be able to return to the peace and tranquility each evening. The breakfast is fabulous and we also took advantage of the evening menu that...
I had the pleasure of staying here with my daughter for a few weeks. Glorious little hideaway, close to the Calanques and beaches of Marseille. Attentive staff, beautiful grounds, a lovely, quiet pool and a great breakfast in the mornings. The room was perfectly appointed, comfortable beds, powerful A/C to keep us cool during the heatwave, and a great walk-in shower. The room could’ve used a few more...
Save and idyllic family hotel in the South of Marseille. Amazing and courteous staff and owners. A green park-like tranquil hotel area with swimmingpool. Beautifully designed signature rooms with personal elements. They have the label la clef verte. Gorgeous partly homemade breakfast with homemade glutenfree and dairyfree cakes! Dinner options available. We loved our stay and would recommend it to...

Everything was really good!
We spent a night here my dad and I and We really appreciated it!
Very clean and nice room with air conditioning, TV... and quiet hotel.
This article, detailing the £1.5 billion acquisition of the sandwich chain 'Bitesize' by the investment conglomerate 'ABC Holdings,' is more than just a fictional narrative. It serves as a brilliantly constructed and highly relevant case study that mirrors the real-world 2018 acquisition of Pret A Manger by JAB Holding Company. As an analytical tool, it excels in capturing the complexity and multi...
Impeccable service, very good welcome, clean bedding, clean room despite being a one-room apartment, very decent breakfast. Compared to other one-room apartments, this one is clean and well located.
Me and my boyfriend had a good stay, although all the reviews on google maps were negative. To be honest, by reading them, I was afraid and expecting a dirty and messy hotel, which was not the case. Of course, it’s not a 5 star hotel, but the room was very clean, the toilets and bathrooms as well. This F1 hotel is located out of Marseille centre ville, but there’s a bus stop nearby, you can catch the...

Genuinely the best building I have ever set foot in
What a TREAT! Free to access, floors 3 and 4, and the rooftop terrace are a wonderful window into this architectural and social experiment, all wrapped into one. Definitely worth a visit.
spent one night at this hotel. It wasn’t indicated beforehand that the bathroom is outside the room. Although it’s considered a private bathroom, there are no locks, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a very average stay, fine for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.
Every architecture lover will be delighted with this building. It’s a living museum with a passionate staff who works there. It is not just a hotel, it’s a history. A capsule taking you back in time.
What an amazing experience and opportunity to stay at this beautiful piece of architectural history! They are a bit understaffed but everything was ok. Air Conditioning works great, which is important for Marseille summers! The bathrooms are a bit dated and awkward, but they are landmarked and required to be preserved in original condition and design. The rest of the building is also beautiful...
A unique hotel in an architecturally inspiring building. The staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly. The owner Dominique is an inspiration and informative. The chef went out of his way to provide me with the most amazing vegetarian dinner which wasn't on the menu. He did it bespoke for me. The whole stay was truly amazing.

Obviously a 2 star hotel with cheap prices says it all - Don't expect much.
Mattresses is poor. Woke up every morning with back pain. Far away from city centre, so public transport is not possible. You need to use a taxi every time which becomes very expensive.

Excellent hotel and a wonderful experinece
The floor in the room was very dirty( good, that we had our flipflops.
Very reasonable price for the spacious rooms. Rooms are however very basic, dont expect much. No hair dryer, but you can request for one from the reception though they aren't there 24 hours. Check-in was complicated since we reached at 8pm and reception was already closed. There's a self check-in booth but it gave us alot of issues as well. Anyway to fully enjoy your budget price stay- don't have expectations...

Nice location, shops and restaurants near by. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok. We had a smoking room which was good as my partner smokes.
Nice location and smoking rooms?. Close to harbour and many bars, also close to trams. The bathroom and breakfast could be improved and the lift is very small for luggage
AC didn't work in first room. Initial manager didn't want to deal with it, but next manager gave second room and it worked
Comfortable location - 7-10 mins walk from central railway station, 10-15 mins walk from port & marina. Rooms are not big, but good enough if you want just rest/sleep and go back to the city. WiFi is week in the rooms, but good in the lobby. Neighborhood is a bit creepy, but that's the price for being close to port and central station.

Surprisingly a very good stay. Awesome rooms that are real basic and simple great beds, clean linen and hot showers and clean bathrooms. Loved it. Best staff that are friendly
It's so hot without air conditioning.
Everything is perfect. But not easy for old people as to access to reception you need to use tiring stairs for non sportive people
This was a last-minute booking. The original hotel was deliberately switched to a worse room by the merchant, so I changed to this one. It wasn't cheap, but it was very old, the key wouldn't open the door, the pillowcases were wrinkled as if someone had used them, and it was very stuffy. The only downside was its proximity to the old port, and the service was acceptable. Overall, it wasn't good value...

The hotel is basic but clean, despite being tight by the old port it was quiet and the air conditioning in the room was very welcome. The breakfast was basic but good. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good budget hotel in the centre of Marseille.

Very comfortable, great location , absolutely clean , Breakfast needs a big improvement.
Nice simple hostel in Nice!
We decided quite surprisenly to stay in Nice, booked room about 30min before arrival.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok, but beds good to sleep in. We enjoyed breakfast, there was enough options for us.
Although it is near the port, it is blocked on all sides. It is a building sandwiched between buildings and does not have a port view. I could only see the roof of the building next door through the small window. Even though I had already paid for the accommodation, they asked for one more night as a deposit. I didn't understand English, so I used a translation app to show it in French, but I couldn...
Hotel very well located 30 seconds from the old port, the hotel is really nice, very surprised by everything in general in the hotel
When we arrived the reception staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We were shown to our room which was very nice. The continental breakfast was ok; it did the job. Overall, we found this hotel to be good value for money. Would definitely use this hotel again on our next trip to Marseille.

This is a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in a fantastic location. We were visiting family who live nearby, and this was the perfect place to stay. Yes, it's basic, but it has everything you need (unless you need parking, which can be a little tricky, although public parking is available across the road). Our room was serviced every day, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and...
I was a reluctant at the very first due to its only two-stars rating. But after being there for 5 days I have to state that this place deserves more than only two stars.
The hotel is managed by a lovely mid-age couple who know how to treat their customers well. Our travel agency eDreams cheated us by offering a misleading information. Basically we payed for a room with a balcony that didn't existed...
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are modern and clean. The service is really nice, especially Nicolas was basically our tour guide and gave us so many good advice for food and sightseeing! The area is also very nice, walking distance to several beaches and a lot of bars and restaurants around. It can get loud at night though with the street, so earplugs are helpful.
We can recommend the hotel...
Very clean- it the best what this hotel have. Was suprizing what is around hotel and how clean hoyel is. Rooms- old, but very clean. Pictures looks better as in reality.
I think its good place on summer- beach, games, bars...
If you have bicycles- it amazing, because there are "beach" road till the center.
Whatever- rooms are expensive comparing with other countries and there are nothing exeptional...
Well I keep masing the 3,5 stars in many reviews...
The location is "cool" the Hotel is reasonable, definitely the most improvable thing was friendliness at the staff...
But ok
Comfortable and clean hotel in a beautiful seaside location, nice decor and friendly owners. Very easy to get to both National park (Calanques) and old town Marseille (port) either by ferry from Pointe Rouge or bus right across the road. Here's some pictures of the park/beach across.

Nicely located in a not too touristic area. The neighbourhood has lots of bars and restaurant and is sort of alternative. Nevertheless, the B&B is not too noisy. Windows are isolated. The style is rustic, and as such individual. We liked it very much, but it’s maybe not everybody’s choice. Be sure to have your breakfast booked/announced a day before, as it is not possible to get it ad hoc. Breakfast...
Fantastic location, convenient for Old Port & Panier district. Charming, rustic ambiance, spacious, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great local bars and restaurants. Staff were very welcoming...with possible exception of the owner!
Gorgeous place. Quaint traditional hotel in a great area, and extra bonus of the pool and jacuzzi. Only about 10 mins walk from the port but we preferred the restaurants and bars near the hotel anyway. The owners don’t speak much English but that didn’t matter, we felt welcome nonetheless. My family loved our stay. We stayed in a room with two bedrooms which was ideal!

Top notch, that's why I'm extending my stay.
I found many ants in the room, the reception said it was normal, don’t know what to say.
the hotel was nice and the breakfast was fair. the room was also good. the best thing of this hotel was the girl on the reception desk, mrs Maria, who have us very important insights about the city.
They don't hold your luggage before check in or after check out - one of the main reasons we booked to stay in a hotel rather than an Airbnb as we had a late flight out.
Cheap and bare bones. Great for solo travelers or partners, no fridge in room with little ammenties in general but that's to be expected for the price. Very hot at night, weak air conditioner
You can walk to the seaside. It's conveniently located near the station. At night, you can hear people talking from the road in front of the hotel.

The staff is very pleasant and the hotel is well located.
The hotel is ideally located, close to bus lines, the metro, and Saint-Charles train station, as well as not far from the Prado.
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The staff is incredibly kind: everyone we met was absolutely lovely.
The only minor drawbacks were a lack of natural light in the room and the cleanliness could be improved.
For the price, I highly recommend it
The hotel is OK, clean, the room size is OK, and the facilities are basically up to standard. It is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for going everywhere. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby, and the snacks and fruits meet the needs. Overall, I feel good.
I would be very careful before booking this hotel during the summertime. They say there is AC but it's extremely weak, perhaps 10% strength, we tested out four different rooms. In the end I had to sleep with a wet towel. Thankfully they allowed me to leave the next day with a refund, all of the staff claimed a taxi would be €15 Euros but actually it was €30+.
Other than that, the hotel seemed good...

We are in the bedroom for sleeping and maybe extra. the room are nice a little small but for short stay is fine. The staffs are very nice anything you asked they will do for you.
