What a TREAT! Free to access, floors 3 and 4, and the rooftop terrace are a wonderful window into this architectural and social experiment, all wrapped into one. Definitely worth a visit.

spent one night at this hotel. It wasn’t indicated beforehand that the bathroom is outside the room. Although it’s considered a private bathroom, there are no locks, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a very average stay, fine for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.

Every architecture lover will be delighted with this building. It’s a living museum with a passionate staff who works there. It is not just a hotel, it’s a history. A capsule taking you back in time.

A unique hotel in an architecturally inspiring building. The staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly. The owner Dominique is an inspiration and informative. The chef went out of his way to provide me with the most amazing vegetarian dinner which wasn't on the menu. He did it bespoke for me. The whole stay was truly amazing.

Obviously a 2 star hotel with cheap prices says it all - Don't expect much. Mattresses is poor. Woke up every morning with back pain. Far away from city centre, so public transport is not possible. You need to use a taxi every time which becomes very expensive.

Excellent hotel and a wonderful experinece

The floor in the room was very dirty( good, that we had our flipflops.

Very reasonable price for the spacious rooms. Rooms are however very basic, dont expect much. No hair dryer, but you can request for one from the reception though they aren't there 24 hours. Check-in was complicated since we reached at 8pm and reception was already closed. There's a self check-in booth but it gave us alot of issues as well. Anyway to fully enjoy your budget price stay- don't have expectations...

Comfortable location - 7-10 mins walk from central railway station, 10-15 mins walk from port & marina. Rooms are not big, but good enough if you want just rest/sleep and go back to the city. WiFi is week in the rooms, but good in the lobby. Neighborhood is a bit creepy, but that's the price for being close to port and central station.

Everything is perfect. But not easy for old people as to access to reception you need to use tiring stairs for non sportive people

This was a last-minute booking. The original hotel was deliberately switched to a worse room by the merchant, so I changed to this one. It wasn't cheap, but it was very old, the key wouldn't open the door, the pillowcases were wrinkled as if someone had used them, and it was very stuffy. When we arrived the reception staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We were shown to our room which was very nice. The continental breakfast was ok; it did the job. Overall, we found this hotel to be good value for money. Would definitely use this hotel again on our next trip to Marseille.

Gorgeous place. Quaint traditional hotel in a great area, and extra bonus of the pool and jacuzzi. Only about 10 mins walk from the port but we preferred the restaurants and bars near the hotel anyway. The owners don’t speak much English but that didn’t matter, we felt welcome nonetheless. They don't hold your luggage before check in or after check out - one of the main reasons we booked to stay in a hotel rather than an Airbnb as we had a late flight out.

We booked the hotel as a supreme suite for three people. It actually could have slept three people, but I would not describe it as a suite neither a supreme. It consisted of one room with a double bed and a single bed separated by a movable curtain. The air conditioning was also very weak, even when set to very cold, and we couldn't sleep well.
