V etom otele v spa voruyut dengi. shkafchiki ne zakryvayutsya na klyuch. Ne rekomenduyu k poseshcheniyu. In this hotel, money is stolen in the spa. Lockers do not lock with a key. I do not recommend visiting. Personal knows about all!!! They not worry about this!!

We stayed here for 3 nights, we had booked 4 rooms totally. The hotel was huge ,with a grand reception area. Hotel was conveniently located bang opposite a mall. Location of the hotel was very good. The rooms were large and spacious with big balcony which gave us an amazing view of the promenade and the sea. The breakfast spread was huge with lots of of different varieties. The rooms were comfortable and clean , though at times housekeeping was lacking. Staff were very polite and helpful. David and Kate were very nice. The hotel had a beautiful vibe, I would definitely recommend this property.

Very old and not clean hotel. It needs renovation and maintenance work significantly.

Location is very good, service and food terrible, not clean, room was not cleaned, noise and no soundproofing at all, avoid rooms with connection doors, mosquito are another problem. Staff at the reception, especially not guest friendly

The hotel is nice. But breakfast is minimal! no good coffee, bred is not fresh, the pastries are not fresh too. not fit for 5 stars hotel at all! We went to buy breakfast uotsid! The facilities are nice, the location in good. We expect more from the hotel and the price we paid.

Hotel is good but not qualified enough to be a 5 star hotel pool is small although you can go to the beach which is more better breakfast is far from even a normal 5 star hotel . I even have been in a 3 star restaurant with better breakfast . even no warmer for bread and I saw a guy licked his finger and put it in nuts bowl and staff looked at him with smile ! Room was ok but the balcony door is not fixed good and noises outside is reall issue lots of staffs can not speak english and it was hard to communicate with them . beside that , they are not really warm and hospitable As I talked to other tourists , I found out that you can find better hotels near to the price of Grand Gloria By the way , they wont answer to your email , so don't waste your time :)

Our Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria. When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June. We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered. It's in a good location and within walking distance from numerous restuarants and there is a shopping mall immediately across the road.

The hotel is not new, but you want to return to it and that says a lot. Very polite and helpful staff, special thanks! The room is quite cozy, the beds are good. The breakfast is excellent, everything you need, except red fish) They make a delicious omelet upon request. Swimming pool inside with warm water 30 degrees. There is underground parking. Wi-fi is available even on the beach. I think it’s even more beautiful here in the summer, but the prices are different.

Fabulous! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location! I would especially like to note the original architecture and design. A constant feeling of lightness, warmth and comfort. Excellent cuisine - breakfasts and lunches with a large selection, taste and excellent presentation. Best wishes to all the staff. I would like to visit again.
