The hotel doesn't live up to its stars; it's very tired. The restaurant on the 13th floor is, to put it mildly, not very good; it's cold in the wind (we sat in our jackets at breakfast). The room smelled of smoke. During housekeeping, they took away our slippers and didn't give us new ones. The pool offers children's activities, with only one lane available. The hammam wasn't working, and the sauna had no light. The balcony seals are old; in a strong wind, it feels like there's no door. The TV didn't work properly. The carpet in the room was dirty.
