The hotel is in a very good location, right near the Batumi Bay, and it is very convenient to go to the beach and visit the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. However, on the last day, since we had to catch the train early, the packed lunch box was a bit too simple.

The only drawback is the distance from centre of town, but since this is a resort, it is acceptable. Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

Its not to a standard of a 5 star hotel which is why the 3 star review if it was a 3 star hotel they are doing well. The breakfest is quite basic. The sighns are wrong in the hotel. The staff does not tell you about where things are within the hotel. The wifi does not work in the rooms. The cafe does not have what is advertised. The bed is good the room is fine.
