I love this place. Very special design and nice atmosphere.

We had an overall positive experience at this hotel, since we picked it for the sea view and more interesting hipsterish interior. The rooms are clean and spacious. They do have nice common - shared spaces with books, playstation and etc. It is a great place to stay for young people, who do not care too much about the comfort want to take some nice pictures for instagram. By that I mean some disadvantages of this place , which is just simple lacking of basic things you would get in a hotel - no drinking water in the rooms, no kettle. There is a coffee machine in the corridor, and each capsule cost 5 gel. The same weird, paying for each ingredient separately, system goes for breakfast, and during other times of the day you cannot really get food. That’s why overall it feels more like a youth hostel with private bedrooms. Another thing I personally didn’t like was the caged bird as a part of the interior, it is 21st century and it might be a disturbing thing for some guests.
Overall it was a good stay, I am hoping they will improve some things.

Best choice for young people. Amazing views of the black sea, the city and the mountains. Nice facilities too. The staff were so nice and helpful. It is a family owned business. This is my room view

Didn’t changed the reservation day and offered nothing instead till I was waiting for my covid test which was negative. In case of cancellation doesn’t returns the money back. Irresponsible and unhelpful.

My favourite hotel in the city!
Best choice for young people. Its a bit far from the city center but the views are worthy. Every room has the sea view, hammocks, comfy bed and TV. Everything's very clean.
Even if it's raining you can stay inside and enjoy playing ping pong, playstation, table football, table hockey, read books, play the piano or listen to vinyl music..
The stuff is so friendly, nice and helpful.
I only didn't like the breakfast menu - not enough options (I'm a picky eater).
It would be nice if they apply some carpets in the hallways.

I would not recommend tour operators and agents to work with this hotel. Their management would not cooperate and provide misleading information about rooms/booking. Their mocking attitude made us cancel our booking with them, even though we prepaid, It is not worth it.
