Arrival and Room
The hotel driver picked us up at the airport. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quickly and were upgraded to a bigger room on the 38th floor.

Hotel and Room Details
The hotel has two floors in a tall, beautiful tower. The elevators are fast and the service is great. There are no closets or storage space in the room, but we managed fine. The room has a coffee machine with capsules, tea, a kettle, and bottled water. There's a big comfy bed, a fun hammock, a lovely bathtub, a small fridge, mirrors, nice lighting, and a huge balcony with an amazing view of the city and the sea.

Location and Atmosphere
It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach and a large mall with everything you need. Breakfast is not a big buffet, but you get just the right amount of food without overeating. The hotel is full of art and architecture books, and the design is clean, modern, and minimalist — perfect for fans of artistic neo-brutalism. The hosts and owners, Sergo and Julie, are very kind and happy to help with anything.

Excellent fully equipped accommodation and superb service. Ocean and city view is great from balcony. Very close to the beach and shopping centers and restaurants.
Julia and Sergei treated the guest as family members at home.

This is a fun place to stay, the rooms are very cool. Location is removed from most eateries etc. so we were often taking taxis into town, but it is also quieter and less crowded. Unfortunately, biggest let up was service, the receptionist was completely uninterested when we came to check-in and we got almost no information about the place; when we went back to ask he was more interested in his phone than answering questions. The staff in the restaurant/bar area were more engaged. Food at the bar is quite average and expensive for what it is, but views are amazing and the space is cool. If they worked more on their menu we would have certainly eaten there more than once.

We had an overall positive experience at this hotel, since we picked it for the sea view and more interesting hipsterish interior. The rooms are clean and spacious. They do have nice common - shared spaces with books, playstation and etc. It is a great place to stay for young people, who do not care too much about the comfort want to take some nice pictures for instagram. By that I mean some disadvantages of this place , which is just simple lacking of basic things you would get in a hotel - no drinking water in the rooms, no kettle. There is a coffee machine in the corridor, and each capsule cost 5 gel. The same weird, paying for each ingredient separately, system goes for breakfast, and during other times of the day you cannot really get food. That’s why overall it feels more like a youth hostel with private bedrooms. Another thing I personally didn’t like was the caged bird as a part of the interior, it is 21st century and it might be a disturbing thing for some guests.
Overall it was a good stay, I am hoping they will improve some things.

Best choice for young people. Amazing views of the black sea, the city and the mountains. Nice facilities too. The staff were so nice and helpful. It is a family owned business. This is my room view

My favourite hotel in the city!

Best choice for young people. Its a bit far from the city center but the views are worthy. Every room has the sea view, hammocks, comfy bed and TV. Everything's very clean.

Even if it's raining you can stay inside and enjoy playing ping pong, playstation, table football, table hockey, read books, play the piano or listen to vinyl music..

The stuff is so friendly, nice and helpful.

I only didn't like the breakfast menu - not enough options (I'm a picky eater).

It would be nice if they apply some carpets in the hallways.
