A clean, comfortable hotel, which is located in one of the most favorable locations in the center of Batumi. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, but the hotel itself is quiet and cozy. I especially want to mention the attentive, polite staff. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next visit.

Wanted some cheap place to stay, could never imagine to get so bad experience. Hotel has some severe cleaning problems. Everything is dirty.

Good hotel. Rooms are clean with everything you need for a long stay, there is an option for laundry. Also there is a good restaurant.

Best location with the best city view. Service was fantastic, staffs are very friendly and attentive.
Definitely will visit again while I am in Georgia. Highly recommended.

It was fine for a couple nights. Obviously cheap construction. Our door frame was loose. The employees were nice enough. There is no breakfast or anything anymore.

The hotel is located far from the sea, but there are many shops and restaurants. As for the service, the room was cleaned once for 8 nights, only checked in at 3 pm. There are 3 beds in room 409 for three, there is no balcony to dry clothes, the view from the window is generally something ... A huge minus stinks of sewage, they asked to be relocated, they did not make concessions to the request to bring at least a freshener, they reacted strangely and brought it in a day. The overall impression is not very good. 2 out of 5 weak.

Number 604 is simply wonderful! Everything is fine, the only remark was that they did not change the shower head that broke, but even without it it was comfortable to wash, good pressure and hot and cold water and there is also a shower that pours from above. Balcony, good view. We were allowed to pay after check in. Near a cafe with cheap and very tasty food! The hotel has a cafe where breakfast costs 10lar. To the beach 12 minutes walk. The lack of a refrigerator was not critical for us. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The air conditioner cooled well. They provided a lot of towels. Great value for the price, very convenient location. Elevator. I recommend.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Workers is well Otel is well but owner is such a rude guy. He yelling costumers and doesn't care anything and he getting you out of the hotel when he want!!!!

Nice, newly opened hotel with experienced staff, prices are good and location is perfect in calm area of Batumi with reachable distance to sea and old town (10-15 mins by walk).

Staff of hotel is very helpful and easy to communicate ☺️
