Overall we liked it. Pros: friendly staff, cleanliness and daily cleaning, very tasty and varied breakfasts, good coffee, located close to the sea
Cons: the room was next to the storeroom, the staff's conversations were very audible. The shower stall leaked a lot, the toilet clogged several times (but this was quickly resolved). In the restaurant, the tablecloths, when you come for breakfast, are often dirty from previous guests. It would be more convenient if the table was without a tablecloth and could be wiped

It's incredibly difficult to find. My taxi driver made several trips back and forth before I finally found it. The main issue is the unremarkable facade; it's essentially just an old apartment building. As a result, each room has a completely different layout. We rented two rooms, and even though they were on the same floor, they were very different. The amenities were average, and the toilet had a foul sewer odor. The balcony clothes drying rack was practically rusty, but it was usable. Breakfast was a highlight; it's served at the highest point, offering a distant view of the Black Sea. The waitstaff was all young men and women, and if you go early, there are more waitstaff than guests.

Stayed for two nights on October 5-6. The room is spacious and has a balcony. The facilities are simple but practical. The breakfast is rich and you can enjoy the Black Sea view outside the window while eating. It is very convenient to travel. There is a commercial street on the left and the seaside avenue on the right. Parking is available in front of the door. The front desk staff is very friendly to guests. The price-performance ratio is high and it is recommended to stay.

The family suite is spacious with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Black Sea. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is quite rich, and the price/performance ratio of 200r is too high!

The hotel's hygienic condition is okay, but the design of the bathroom is a bit strange. The breakfast is good. The dining room is on the upper floor and has a sea view. The self-driving car is parked on the roadside in front of the hotel.

I like it. The room is cozy. With a balcony. Convenient especially for smokers. The breakfast is not bad either. The main thing is very clean. Certainly does not correspond to 4 stars, but you will not regret it.
