It is very friendly reception with Nana. She answers all my questions very quick. Even i did not need to book from Booking.com. Rooms are very clean and silent. Location is close to restaurants and coffee and Public transport to Tiblisi, Kutaisi and Sarpi.

Very warm and helpful owner. She’s the best. Amazing location. Good price. Not the most luxurious but you get what you pay for.

I haven't stayed as they were overbooked, but I give 5 stars for the nice staff. The receptionist placed me in another hotel (a more expensive one) for the same price, walked with me to check if I'm fine and was extremely sweet.

We stayed here for a week long vacation. The location is great, it's in Old city and all the main sight seeing monuments are walking distance. It's about 8-10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel personnel is nice and friendly, we were given a bottle of homemade wine of our check-in. The facilities are not brand new, and the cleanliness is average. But good experience overall. We were on 4th floor. Though there is no elevator and we had to climb, we enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony.
