We got the 2nd floor room next to the kitchen. Room and shower is clean but smell gas most of the time because there is 2 gas water heater next to the window so every time someone turn on the hot water gas smells all over the room.

Though I enjoy cooking in their kitchen I don't recommend using their refrigerator. Nobody clean it! Its dirty and smelly full of rotten food . Your food can gets contaminated.

It's fine place to stay for one-two nights but no longer. 30 minutes walking to the beach, use bus number 1/1s to reach coastline easily

Nice place to stay, staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfy and nice. Had network issues in the room and at some part of property, apart from that everything was good. Overall Great value for money.

Fraud. Don't take risks. They confirm the booking on Booking, and when you arrive, they try to settle you in other apartments. In our case, they tried to put us in two rooms instead of the booked three. Before that, the reservation was confirmed both on booking and by phone.
If you do not agree to settle on their terms, the owner screams and is rude. I even had to calm him down. Hospitality - only by phone.

I told them that something eating us that we itch 24/7. They told me that they don't have mosquitoes but there are many big of them but who cares mosquitoes, some little things, very tiny kind of transparent insects with many little legs on each side ate us. They solved the problem with smile and denying my reality. I saw those little stuff days later in my laptop and now we left hostel, going to another. We gotta boil our clothes and everything 🤷‍♂️💣 it's due to no disinfection. It's not about mosquitoes, it's about other things that they don't disinfect the room

I have booked for 3 days, but when I arrived Batumi airport she messaged me to cancel the booking, that mean 15 minutes befor check in i have to cancel my booking and book another hotel.

2. time there. Verry nice family, green garden and patio. Superclean. Best rooms, 2 kitchen, balconys - and bit out of hussle of citycenter, thank God!
