I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Here are some key points that stood out to me:

Poor service and hospitality: The overall service and hospitality provided by the hotel staff were subpar. They seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs, which significantly impacted my stay.

Unpleasant behavior of some staff members: I encountered a few staff members who exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior. Their lack of courtesy and respect made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my stay.

Inadequate security measures for valuable belongings: When we wanted to deposit our valuable belongings in their safe box, there was no labeling or tagging system to indicate the ownership of the items. This lack of security measures caused us constant stress, worrying that our belongings might be mistakenly given to someone else.

Lack of in-room amenities: Surprisingly, our room lacked basic amenities such as tea bags, sugar, or instant coffee. It was disappointing to find out that these essentials were not provided, leaving us without options for a hot beverage.

Disorganized breakfast arrangements: During breakfast, whenever a table became vacant, new guests would enter the restaurant to have their breakfast. However, the staff failed to promptly clean and reset the tables, leaving us with no choice but to gather leftover food from various tables and eat in an unorganized manner.

Unpleasant odors in the rooms: The rooms had an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout our stay. The lack of proper ventilation or air fresheners made the experience quite uncomfortable.

Unsatisfactory view: If you are looking for a hotel with a good city view, this place is not recommended. The view from the rooms was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
