i really liked this hotel.good price and clean rooms.

First of all, the hotel has a terrible location, it is very far from the center and the sea. We were supposed to arrive at 6 am and because of that we paid the previous night's amount, we changed our plans and just informed the hotel employee that we would arrive at 10 am, we arrived at 11 am and they were cleaning our room at that moment, they made us pay the previous night's amount for nothing and made us wait 40 minutes until the room was cleaned. Of course we did not stay in this hotel, the service is terrible and one of the ladies working there is very tactless. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet vacation

I was in this hotel a few months ago and it left a very unserious impression on me. I didn't like either the service or the staff, so my rating will be 0.

It's a shame that we haven't learned service in Georgia yet.
