It's just awful. We ordered wallpaper, waited a couple of days, and then they delivered a different roll out of four because there was a "factory error" with the batch labeling. We waited a few more days, and then they delivered another roll. Terrible workmanship, a week wasted, and repairs were a complete bust due to negligence, plus we had to drive across town several times to get turned around.

Excellent flooring store, the salespeople are helpful with selection and pricing. Very polite. Free home delivery is another plus.
