Hotel Eurasia in Batumi

Really nice hotel in Batumi! The staff are super kind and helpful. Even though not all of them speak great English, they do everything they can to support you — they even helped us get bus tickets, which was way beyond their job.

The location is pretty good, close to tourist spots and also local shops and services. For a 4-star place it was totally fine, and breakfast was decent too. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay.

We booked two suite rooms for a family with six persons.
Positives:
Location is great near to Grand mall where there are shops and restaurants. Many shops around in the area as you can find groceries and Turkish restaurants. The view of the rooms are wonderful as you can see the sea and the city from the top. Beds are comfy.There is a kettle with coffee and tea. The breakfast was good. People in the reception desk were friendly and the pullman was ready to pick up our luggages to our rooms. Cleaning services are available everyday. Slippers, body lotion and small shampoo are available.

Negatives:
The building is old. Bad smell in the bathrooms and pathways. They need to use air fresheners and disinfectants. No facial tissues inside the rooms. Need to provide 4 mugs as the rooms fit 4 persons. They don’t provide blankets on the beds! No brush and toothpastes! The balcony is nice but dangerous if you have kids. Some towels are small , need to have ones bigger for taking shower. Only one voucher to use the wifi in one device for one person! The signal of the internet must be better as the location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. If you have many devices you can’t use the voucher again! The noise around is easily heard and you can hear the sound of others next to your room!! I recommend serving desserts and cakes in the breakfast buffet.

Overall, it was nice stay. I like most the location near to the Grand mall
