Clean, good rooms

It's a normal area of Batumi, far from the center, but this can be solved by a cheap taxi, the main thing is to know how to bargain, the noise of construction at night is also annoying!

Overall, it's not bad. It's close to the sea, everything is within walking distance, and the windows have a nice view. However, the apartment is generally run-down, dirty, and dusty. The mattress is well-worn and very uncomfortable. The landlady is friendly, responsive, and willing to help solve any problems.

The building is simultaneously being built and falling apart. There are frequent power outages. And, mind you, there's a fee for the elevator. Of course, 20 tetri is nothing, but you don't always have change on hand. Moreover, the elevator sometimes eats up 20 tetri and doesn't go anywhere.
Overall, it's livable.
